4 pm β 2 am (Mon-Thurs)
Wages start between $19.00 - $25.00 / hour or more based on relevant work experience and a strong employment history.Β
Essential Functions of this position include:
- Prepare for Operation - Access job ticket information and set up a flexographic printing press to produce labels and other products to customer specifications.Β Ensure the machine is adequately stocked with the correct raw materials for each job.Β
- Operate Flexographic Press - Operate assigned equipment in accordance with company safety standards and departmental SOPs to produce printed products according to customer specifications.Β Continually monitor supply levels of inks, paper, and other required materials to add as needed.Β Make routine adjustments as needed to maintain print quality and correct any issues as soon as possible.
- Perform Troubleshooting & Maintenance - Observe and monitor machine operations to determine whether adjustments are needed.Β Perform basic maintenance and advanced troubleshooting of assigned equipment during shift.

Quad Lomira is hiring a Full-Time Building Maintenance Mechanic (Boiler Room) This role is responsible for inspecting, troubleshooting, repairing and maintaining the boiler and solvent recovery systems to keep them in safe operating condition at all times. This includes boilers and their support equipment, solvent recovery from press to the adsorbers, water treatment equipment (boilers and cooling towers), chillers, pumps, air compressors, low pressure air blowers, vacuum pumps, and the fire suppression system.

- Coordination of materials to be recycled within the plant using a forklift or tugger.

We have the following shift options to offer:
Sunday-Thursday Third Shift: 9 PM- 5AMΒ
Overtime is always a possibility, but never guaranteed. Wages start between $18.00 - $21.00 / hour or more based on relevant work experience and stability with work history. Other responsibilities of the position include:
- Coordination of materials to be recycled within the plant using a forklift or tugger.
- Removal of all recyclables from around the plant
- Depositing recyclables into the recycling system
- Operating the bailing and shredding system
- Separating and storing the various grades of recyclables for shipment
- Loading semi-truck trailers and rail cars
- Complete basic forms for billing and service orders
- Comply with all quality, safety, and work rules and regulations.
- Follow all clean-up and housekeeping procedures.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to accurately complete billing and shipping forms.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to read and write; good verbal and written comprehension.
- The ability to multi-task and prioritize job needs.
- Ability to lift 10-15 pounds continuously and up to 50 pounds, occasionally.
- Daytime hours, working 40 hours per week.Β

Quad is seeking a skilled Equipment Maintenance Mechanic to join our Lomira, WI facility. The Mechanic plays an essential role in helping the plant provide high quality product and efficient service to our customers by minimizing operational downtime.
Day-to-day responsibilities of this role include performing various types of maintenance work on printing press equipment, such as:
* Skillfully conduct inspections, preventative, proactive and repair type maintenance activities on all production related equipment, to include bearings, belts and chains, coupling alignment, gear boxes, bench work; pumps, rebuilding and overhauling; conveyor maintenance, fans and blowers, robotics, electric motor replacement and diagnostics.
* Utilize and maintain assembly and part drawings to determine part quality and conformity.
* Follow SOP's, and written procedures, to perform all types of proactive and preventative maintenance tasks, repairs and rebuilds on all production related equipment. Utilize equipment and component documentation to determine proper tensions, speeds, alignment tolerances, pressures, flows, etc.
* Proactive in creating and maintaining a safe and clean working environment at all times.
* Properly lubricate, identify, adjust and replace complex components and assemblies of production related equipment to include cylinder changes, folder and print unit drive train rebuilds, and installation of mechanical speed controls.
* Display a complete understanding of the production process and factors that can affect production yields and quality.
* Display an ability to routinely and successfully troubleshoot production related deficiencies and determine a plan to correct and prevent similar conditions through scheduled maintenance tasks. About the Role

What You'll Do
* Operate and maintain the press and all auxiliary equipment.
* Direct and guide crew members to achieve productivity and quality goals.

* Troubleshoot unit, folder, reel, and stacker problems with minimal delay.
