The Opportunity
- Up to $100k sign-on bonus for qualified candidates.
- Seeking Board Eligible/Certified Emergency Medicine physicians.
- Current OR state license is a plus.
- Have at least six (6) months of Emergency Medicine experience.
- Have at least one letter of recommendation from a board-certified emergency medicine physician attesting to your clinical knowledge and skills in emergency medicine.
- Hold active board certification in family medicine or internal medicine.
- Hold active ACLS, ATLS, NRP, and PALS certifications.
- Hold a certification in Emergency Medicine OR be working on obtaining a certification in Emergency Medicine through the Board of Certification in Emergency Medicine (BCEM). This is a requirement if you have under 5 years of experience in Emergency Medicine.
- Single Physician coverage.

Lower Umpqua Hospital – Reedsport, Oregon
- 16-bed facility and Level IV Trauma Center.
- 2-bed Emergency Department with x-ray and CT available 24 hours a day.
- Patient mix is mostly middle-aged and retirement-aged with some peds and family. Seasonal traffic from Dunes recreation area.
- Annual volume of 15,000 with approximately a 17% admit/transfer rate.
- Sub-specialty backup includes general and trauma surgery, ortho, hospitalists, and PCP offices on hospital property.

Your Impact
As a Merchandise Presentation Analyst II, you will directly influence the in-store experience by developing and maintaining planograms that balance customer shopability, brand standards, and business performance. You will use data, analytics, and hands-on merchandising expertise to make informed recommendations on assortment, facings, capacity, and space allocation.
Partnering closely with Merchandising, Inventory Control, Fixtures, Signing, and Store Operations, you will ensure planograms are accurate, executable, and delivered on time—supporting seamless execution at the store level and driving incremental sales across the business.
What You’ll Do
- Create, maintain, and update planograms using enterprise space planning software (JDA preferred) for assigned categories and supporting areas of the business.
- Leverage design and visualization tools such as SketchUp, Adobe InDesign, and Adobe Photoshop to support clear communication and visual merchandising strategies.
- Serve as a subject-matter expert in physical merchandising, supporting store sets and in-store execution when needed to inform best-in-class presentation direction.
- Monitor seasonal shifts, sales performance, and market trends to adapt planograms and space strategies accordingly.
- Own planogram execution timelines, ensuring deliverables are completed accurately and on schedule.
- Schedule and lead category review kickoff meetings, driving collaboration and alignment with key stakeholders including Merchandising, Inventory Control, Fixtures, Signing, and other partners.
- Create reporting and validation tools to ensure planogram accuracy and adherence to company standards.
- Facilitate proactive communication with stakeholders and invite feedback from store teams to support continuous improvement.
- Develop and maintain optimized space allocation recommendations, including minimum and maximum capacity by category, merchandise program, and fixture type.
- Make data-informed recommendations on choice count, facings, and capacity to support strong presentation and appropriate inventory levels by store.
- Take a proactive approach to business challenges, demonstrating curiosity, adaptability, and a willingness to learn, cross-train, and support onboarding of new team members.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) required, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Merchandising and product knowledge background preferred.
- Required experience building planograms (JDA experience preferred).
- Intermediate proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, and SketchUp.

Product Testing Engineer is responsible for executing development projects to generate functioning prototypes that will eventually become production ATV/SxS vehicles, researching and applying new technologies to support business targets and maintaining global vehicle product quality.
Key Accountabilities
- Develop basic component and system layouts for ATV/SxS prototype vehicles that achieve concept targets, function requirements, and manufacturing requisites with minimal supervision.
- Communicate specification requirements and manufacturing control points via prototype, production drawings and prepare test summaries.
- Set basic performance targets to satisfy vehicle concept and competitiveness. Perform validations of specification targets, requirements, components, and complete vehicles through application of engineering principles, simulations, and physical testing with minimal supervision.
- Maintain accurate technical, development, and administrative documentation as required.
- Create and manage schedule of individual work to ensure deadlines are met, communicate resource needs with supervisor, and effectively utilize contractor resources with minimal supervision.

This position follows a 4-10s schedule, and you may be required to work weekends, holidays, evenings, at heights and in adverse weather conditions.

- Be familiar location of all ski lifts and travel routes on the mountain. Know how to operate the lift controls, run lift on auxiliary or evacuation diesels.

- Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance procedures.
- Climb lift towers to inspect, diagnose, adjust, and repair or replace components at extreme heights in all weather conditions.
