POSITION SUMMARY:
To efficiently manage the day-to-day operation of the shift manufacturing function while producing top quality and safe beverage products following company policies and procedures.
REPRESENTATIVE RESPONSIBILITIES:
The following responsibilities are general duties that a particular employee in this position may or may not be required to perform. The actual duties required of this position will vary.
- Directs a work force of between 15 and 20 hourly employees, including line machine operators, lab technicians and mechanics.
- Works closely with other shift production supervisors for exchange of information and to assure continuity of production activities across shifts.
- Partner with Maintenance Supervisor to coordinate repairs and preventive maintenance of production equipment; Quality Control Manager to coordinate quality control activities and corrective actions; Warehouse Supervisors to coordinate availability of materials stored in warehouse; Logistics Supervisor and outside vendor logistics dispatchers to coordinate Just-in-Time synchronization of raw material deliveries.
- Disseminate production procedures and union contract, ensures adherence to work rules and administers disciplinary action.
- Monitor equipment operation, coordinating raw materials, preparing reports, motivating and supervising plant employees.
- Supervise production personnel to achieve production efficiency and cost goals.
- Supervise employees to manufacture quality products in adherence to company quality policies and procedures.
- Achieve accurate work order processing and receiving of raw materials (bottles, cans, etc.).
- Develop and monitor employee performance and perform employee evaluations.
- Maintain a safe environment and enforce safety procedures and practices.
- Achieve standard efficiency goals and operate with breakage under 0.25% on a consistent basis. Operate with raw material loss under 1%.

- Ensure that employees run equipment at target speeds, operating equipment effectively, attending to issues quickly and safely. Ensure operators report downtime and equipment issues accurately.
- Ensure that operators and lab technicians perform flavor changeovers with correct timing, correct product and correct materials, with minimum downtime and material loss. Investigate any deviations and report them for discussion and improvement.
- Monitor raw material usage and waste during shift maintaining awareness of syrup batch yields, bottle loss and low-fill rejects, etc. Contribute with practical suggestions to reduce waste.
- Review operator process and downtime logs, initial them in real time and take action to address repetitive issues. Ensure that operators have access to required process control blank sheets.
- Monitor production processes while on the production floor, researching opportunities for improvement and proposing solutions. Engage crew in line meetings or discussions of line issues in order to gather suggestions and improvements.
- Work closely with shift mechanics, discussing operational and mechanical issues and facilitating agreement to resolve repetitive issues. Submit maintenance work requests as dictated by operational issues.
- Monitor shift mechanics’ performance, ensuring prompt response to line issues and providing guidance related to production line priorities. Communicate performance issues to maintenance management and follow up on performance improvement plans and disciplinary action, if needed.
- Perform administrative duties effectively, including preparation of manning schedule for regular work week and overtime shifts, labor coding for payroll approval, and downtime reporting.
- Communicate with logistics and other supervisors to ensure adequate supply of raw materials to maintain production continuity across all shifts.
- Ensure that raw material shipments are accurately processed in inventory system and put away following SOP's and FIFO procedures. Ensure that used pallets and dunnage are returned following SOP’s.
- Perform safety inspections of production areas monthly. Ensure employees run equipment following safety best practices and SOP’s. Ensure that employees wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as determined by safety procedures. Report unsafe conditions, including those reported by employees. Report safety incidents and lost time accidents immediately.
- Report immediately any condition that may contaminate or make products and packages unsafe.
- Review operators’ process control and packaging inspection log sheets, ensuring inspections are taking place in a timely manner and take action to address operational issues reported.
- Report and take action in response to raw material quality issues, segregate defective materials, and ensure operators and lab technicians gather defective samples of product or raw materials including lot number information.
- Ensure that quality issues are addressed on a timely manner so that defects are kept to a minimum and product on hold is minimized.
- Ensure that subordinates maintain work station area and equipment clean, follow Housekeeping SOP's and keep cleaning tools in their proper location. Enforce and ensure that employees follow Good Manufacturing Practices as trained.
- Ensure that employees report at their stations in time and in uniform, take their breaks at specified times and do not leave work stations unattended.
- Report all attendance incidents via email and submit log sheet to HR on a daily basis.
- Perform other duties as required.

- Five years manufacturing line supervisory experience.
- Beverage, food or other fast paced packaging line experience.

Perform bench work (e.g., drilling, honing, tapping, reaming) on production and experimental parts, as required

Lay-out, plan and sequence machining operation

How You'll Contribute:
The main role of the Video Production Specialist I will be to help manage various video projects, assisting other Production Specialists or Webcast directors on behalf of a client to ensure project delivery, coordination of the production, video project details from concept/creation through completion via Multimedia editors, Field Production, Creative Director, and Distribution Support Team.
What You'll Do:
- The Production Specialist I will be the liaison between the Production Specialist II or Account Specialist client and the creative department.
- Must thrive in a team environment. The role is responsible for providing the team a timeline based on the project requirements. The Production Specialist I may also need to set timeline expectations with the team based on team capacity.
- Will track status of project, reinforce timelines and maintain client expectation set; a main focus will be to keep team members on task based on identified timelines for completion.
- Identify high priority projects and work to integrate priority to satisfy client requests.
- Has the ability to research or request research from team members in support of client project for background, and development of storyboards and scripts.
- Skilled in creative writing and copy development for digital, print, and video content.
- Have a great working relationship with clients; update them proactively on projects.
- Know where and how to get a video project completed; have a complete understanding of work processes, and work within the process to complete projects on time.
- Initiate and request resources through the scheduling process to ensure appropriate resources are retained for all aspects of client production projects. To include coordinating client requests and production crew schedules; in house and freelance, through appropriate scheduling channels.
- Has the ability to efficiently log video footage, search for footage and photos for projects, and search for in-house voice over talent as well as outside talent for freelance positions.
- Provide complete estimates, budgeting information and maintain client communications and approvals for all projects.
- Will also act as a production assistant, teleprompter operator, floor director, and other related crew members of productions as scheduled and required.

- High School Diploma or GED
- College Degree in Business Administration, Management or Communications preferred
Required Skills/Qualifications:
- 1-3 years' experience in customer Service Arena, Video Broadcasting, Theatre, Event Planning preferably in a corporate environment as well as project management
- This position requires an understanding of department technology and service offerings; business and office procedures; and the ability to adhere to documented policies and procedures.
- The candidate must be computer literate with experience using Microsoft Office, Outlook and database software.
- Must have the ability to multitask, with attention to detail.
- Must be able to think on your feet, make decisions on your own and must be motivated.
- The candidate must be a self-starter, someone who is able to work with a group as well as individually, in a corporate environment.
- Effective and efficient quality of work is required.
- This position also may expose the individual to a great deal of confidential information; it is important the individual understands the importance of being discreet.

Our compensation ranges reflect the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The pay details below range from our lowest geographic market up to our highest geographic market. The Sr. Production Scheduler will be responsible for planning and scheduling functions to coordinate products and materials across various production phases.
What we're looking for:
- Education: HS diploma or equivalent; 2-year degree preferred.
- Experience: 1-2 years of similar supply-chain/planning experience preferred.
- 1-2 years of SAP experience.
- 3-5 years QSS or WMS experience (preferred).
- CPIM preferred.
- Certifications: Warehouse equipment licenses (preferred).

- Collaborate with purchasing and manufacturing, coordinate the delivery, assembly, and distribution of components and sub-assemblies to support production flow and adherence to the Master Production Schedule (MPS).
- Revise SAP in stock dates when required, collaborating with management, marketing, sales, customer service, and production.
- Provide estimated in-stock dates based on component availability for make-to-order (MTO) manufactured items.
- Review documents, such as production schedules, work orders, and Bills of Material, to determine materials requirements or material priorities.
- Identifies overdue material and communicates with purchasing to expedite.
- Collaborates with Forecasting & Inventory Planning and Purchasing on root-cause analysis of material shortages that have been perpetually past due.
- Assist in troubleshooting of inventory control issues as they pertain to component availability for production.
- Addresses are less concrete and often lead to problems by applying experience from similar situations or selecting solutions from known alternatives.
- Communicate with internal and external contacts, exchanging information that requires explanation to ensure alignment and operational efficiency.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

GZ Printpak LLC is seeking a 2nd shift Production Supervisor to lead evening manufacturing operations. This is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing production teams on the floor and ensuring safety, quality, delivery, and performance goals are achieved.
The Production Supervisor serves as the primary point of leadership for the shift and is expected to maintain a consistent floor presence. This role requires strong communication skills, hands-on leadership, and the ability to manage people, processes, and performance in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support production teams during 2nd shift operations with full accountability for shift performance
- Own and achieve key production KPIs, including production output, labor efficiency, OEE, scrap rate, and related performance targets
- Monitor daily production performance related to safety, quality, delivery, cost, and team effectiveness
- Lead performance analysis and develop action plans to address gaps, improve results, and sustain improvements

Key Responsibilities
Production Leadership

Operational Management

Requirements
