sera responsable de :

c) La disponibilité des rapports afin de permettre au département du
contrôle de la production de contrôler le progrès du travail effectué;
d) Contrôler les espaces réservés pour fins de rétention dans les ateliers
et la réquisition de matériel;
e) Remplacer le personnel clérical du département, contrôle de la
production, si nécessaire.

2027 Summer Associate Program (Class of 2028)
Burke, Warren, MacKay & Serritella, P.C. will host a ten-week Summer Associate Program in-person in its Chicago office during the Summer of 2027 for rising 3L law students (i.e., the Class of 2028). The Program will commence on June 1, 2027 and run through August 7, 2027. Summer Associates will be compensated based upon a pro-rated first-year associate salary.

Summer Associates in 2027 will receive a variety of substantive and challenging work assignments. Summer Associates will also be encouraged to proactively seek feedback from the attorneys with whom they are working. Compensation: The hiring salary for this position is $160,000 year, pro-rated for time spent at the firm.

Job Description
- Support attorneys on plaintiff-side wage-and-hour and consumer class action matters in state and federal court

RESPONSIBILITIES

Class A Truck Driver Duties and Responsibilities
* Fully understand how to operate and safely drive your assigned delivery vehicle
* Drive trucks with a Gross Vehicle Weight (GVW) over 26,000 lbs.
* Pull a towed weight exceeding 10,000 lbs.
* Ensure trailer hitch is properly and securely attached to the tractor unit
* Transport goods, livestock, etc. from the place of origin to assigned destination

We're seeking experienced OTR Truck Drivers with a Class A CDL and strong flatbed/oversize load expertise to transport freight safely and efficiently across the country. Key Responsibilities
* Safely operate tractor-trailer combinations hauling flatbed and oversize loads to destinations throughout the Lower 48 states.
* Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure compliance with DOT and company safety standards.
* Secure and tarping oversize and specialty loads appropriately using chains, binders, straps, and other required equipment.
* Communicate professionally with dispatch, customers, and team members regarding scheduling, load status, delivery requirements, and any delays.
