Position Overview
The Transmission Planning & Interconnection Manager is responsible for leading
interconnection and transmission-related activities throughout the development and execution
of utility-scale renewable energy projects. Working under the guidance of senior
interconnection leadership, this role supports projects from early site screening through
construction and commissioning. Responsibilities include technical analysis, coordination
with utilities and system operators, oversight of interconnection studies, and support of
regulatory and compliance activities. The position serves as a primary technical interface
between internal teams, external consultants, transmission owners, and market operators.
Key Responsibilities
• Oversee interconnection activities for a portfolio of solar and battery storage projects
across multiple stages of development and construction.
• Coordinate closely with transmission owners, RTOs/ISOs, consultants, and internal
stakeholders regarding applications, studies, modeling assumptions, and technical
requirements.
• Perform and direct power flow, interconnection, and economic analyses to evaluate
site viability, system impacts, and optimal project sizing.
• Analyze transmission constraints, congestion exposure, curtailment risk, and nodal or
basis risk associated with prospective and active projects.
• Support the review, negotiation, and execution of interconnection agreements,
including technical schedules and exhibits.
• Guide the development and review of preliminary interconnection designs, including
single-line diagrams and protection concepts.
• Develop and manage interconnection schedules aligned with overall project
development plans and EPC timelines.
• Monitor the engineering, procurement, and construction of interconnection facilities
executed by utilities or third-party contractors, including leading coordination calls as

• Track market rule changes, ISO stakeholder processes, and transmission planning

Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems Engineering, Computer
Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in transmission planning, interconnection, power
markets, or related roles within the electric power industry.
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience with power flow, production cost modeling,
or transmission analysis tools such as PowerWorld, PSS®E, PLEXOS, TARA, or
similar platforms.
• Demonstrated project management capability; professional certification (e.g., PMP) is
a plus.
• Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and drive complex
workstreams to completion.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present technical
information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Highly organized with strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail

As shift supervisor you are responsible for the Safety, Quality, Cost, and Delivery [SQCD] goals and targets within your direct area of responsibility. Through demonstrating the ability to lead, coach, and mentor of all your direct reports to achieve a high performing and competent team.
Major Responsibilities
- Acts as a coach to lead all responsible direct reports assigned to the shift which includes but is not limited to coordinating day-to-day activities, future planning, and project work.
- Determines and manages appropriate labor requirements in conjunction with the Team Leaders.

Typical Day in the Life of a Direct Support Professional (DSP)
A typical day as a DSP provides an opportunity to serve our supported individuals, assist your fellow staff members and might include the following:
- Supervise, assist, and instruct supported individuals in activities designed to enhance their independence to include community and social activities.
- Assist LEAP’s supported individuals to care for their homes and personal possessions. When needed/directed, perform housekeeping tasks for resident’s who fail to do so. Report any unsafe conditions.
- General housekeeping, snow removal, vehicle upkeep and meal preparation.
- Paperwork/reporting/attending meetings, participating in training and other tasks as assigned.

Job Summary
The Physician Assistant (PA) Primary Care is a licensed, certified healthcare provider. They provide direct patient care and have prescriptive authority. They are credentialed, privileged, and billed as an independent provider by Medicare and Medicaid. The Advanced Practice Provider offers medical care based on the supervising physician's scope of practice.
These providers typically provide care to patients in an internal medicine, family medicine, geriatric or pediatric clinic.
Essential Functions of the Role
- Assess the physical and mental condition of patients by performing comprehensive or problem-focused physical exams and obtaining medical histories.
- Orders, collects, interprets, and evaluates laboratory and other diagnostic tests to assess patient problems and health care needs.
- Prescribes, recommends, or uses medical drug therapies or other treatments. Performs procedures following approved protocols, focusing on efficacy, safety, and cost.
- Recommends interventions to modify behavior associated with health risks.
