About the Role
This position is part of the flyADVANCED maintenance team based at KXLL. While flyADVANCED operates separately from the flight school, this role exists primarily to support flyGATEWAY Flight School operations by maintaining a high-utilization general aviation training fleet.
The role is hands-on and maintenance-driven, ideal for technicians who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment focused on piston aircraft, preventative maintenance, and operational reliability rather than turbine or airline-style operations.
Our maintenance team plays a critical role in keeping the Piper P100 fleet safe, compliant, and mission-ready to support daily training operations.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on Piper P100 training aircraft
- Conduct 100-hour and annual inspections in accordance with FAA regulations
- Troubleshoot and repair airframe, powerplant, and basic avionics discrepancies
- Remove, install, rig, and operationally check aircraft components and systems as required
- Accurately complete maintenance records, logbook entries, and work orders in compliance with FAA and company standards
- Coordinate with flight school leadership to minimize aircraft downtime and maximize availability
- Work collaboratively with other technicians to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality maintenance outcomes
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused maintenance workspace
- Support aircraft return-to-service and overall operational readiness

Key Responsibilities
Business Development
- Identify and develop new opportunities for capillary string deployment/spooling, downhole gauge system deployment/spooling and ESP cable spooling services.
- Build relationships with production engineers, artificial lift teams, completions engineers, and field foremen.
- Generate and manage a qualified sales pipeline across Bakken operators.
- Increase market share within existing accounts.

Aggressive Prospecting

Revenue Conversion
- Rapid quote turnaround and bid follow-up.
- Close jobs with urgency.
- Coordinate tightly with operations to ensure execution speed.
- Turn first jobs into multi-well programs.
Account Management
- Serve as primary commercial point of contact.
- Coordinate with operations management.
- Assist in pricing strategy, bid preparation, and negotiations.

Technical & Field Support
- Understand capillary injection systems, chemical delivery strings, gauge monitoring systems, and ESP cable handling requirements.
- Periodically as needed, attend field jobs, in an observatory role, for the purpose and support of customers and to strengthen customer relationships.
- Gather market intelligence and customer activity.
Reporting & Planning
- Maintain CRM records and accurate sales forecasts.
- Develop territory growth plans with measurable targets.
- Participate in weekly sales and operations meetings.
Qualifications
Required
- 6+ years of oilfield sales experience, preferably in artificial lift, downhole gauge, ESP spooling, capillary spooling, wireline, or related completion services.
- Strong understanding of the Bakken operations and operators.
- Established relationships with operators and service companies in the Bakken.
- Proven track record of revenue growth and new account acquisition.
- Willingness to travel locally in the Bakken and be in the field frequently.

Overview:
The primary responsibility of a Process Mechanic is to maximize equipment availability for processing by safely maintaining equipment through, Preventive and Corrective maintenance and repairs. In support of these activities, Process Maintenance provides personnel 24/hours/day, 7 days per week for maintenance, discrepancy response, contractor oversight, vendor resource management, project support and training. All Process Mechanics are trained to perform routine maintenance in the primary manufacturing support areas and Materials Management, Quality Control Labs, and Utility Operations.
Responsibilities:
- Repair and repetitive maintenance of valves, centrifuges, pumps, autoclaves, washers, tanks, and associated piping.
- Exhibit detail-oriented documentation skills to ensure Right-First-Time operations.
- Escalate process issues as necessary to ensure resolution of issue.
- Comply with cGMP, SOP and manufacturing documentation.
- Timely completion of tasks and work orders with appropriate documentation -according to standard operating procedures, applicable standards, guidelines, practices, and policies.

* Operate controls to activate robots and apply gases/powders for coating structures that meet specifications, while also preparing and post-processing components for Thermal Spray.
* Utilize surface preparation equipment and perform manual tasks such as masking, part conditioning, and blending as needed.
* Maintain equipment functionality by adding media/powder, checking barrels, changing nozzles/hoses, and ensuring proper fluid levels and alignment.
* Interpret technical documents (drawings, blueprints, specifications) to determine necessary tools for operations and ensure compliance with Siemens standards.
* Load/unload parts using authorized material handling devices and assist with crane operations, while maintaining detailed records and adhering to quality checks.

* Operation and knowledge of the following is required

Ensure safe and efficient workflow by supervising shop staff and overseeing production in accordance with company policy, customer demands, and local, state, and federal regulations.
Shift leads should always conduct themselves with the best interest of Nucor Rebar Fabrication and their team in mind.
Your Responsibilities • Must adhere to Nucor Rebar Fabrication’s safety programs and standards.
• Demonstrate conduct consistent with Nucor Rebar Fabrication’s vision and values.
• Work with Production Supervisor in establishing daily work assignments to maximize shift operations.
• Oversee all processes, equipment, employees, safety, and shop housekeeping in meeting production quality and quantity standards on the shift.
• Help train new employees in the safe and efficient use of equipment to which they are assigned.
• Troubleshoot production problems so that delays are minimized, and equipment functions as safely and efficiently as possible.
• Oversee and/or assist with maintenance on all shop equipment and report any problems to Maintenance.
• Quality Control
- Perform inspections of completed work for correct quantity, accurate fabrication, correctly tagged material, and timely shipment.
• Provide performance feedback to Production Supervisor in support of merit program and/or disciplinary actions.
• Ensure that established policies, rules and regulations, and procedures are followed.
• Collect necessary data for production reports, time sheets, incentive calculations and other reports as required by management.
Where appropriate, operate computer equipment.
• Perform various jobs such as operation of shear, bender, crane, car puller, fork-lift operator, etc.
so that shift work is done efficiently and on time.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Minimum Qualifications: • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in the future • High school diploma, GED or state/local equivalent • Minimum 5 years experience in a production environment • Able to operate all shop equipment (or willing to learn fabrication equipment in first 90 days) Preferred Qualifications: • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office • OSHA 10 Certification (if you don’t already have this, you will be required to obtain certification in your first 90 days on the job) • Skilled in communication, supervision, and planning • Must be highly motivated and a self-starter What You Need to Know • Working with heavy equipment which requires attention to safety • Overtime frequently required • Must be flexible with regard to work schedules • Must be familiar with and adhere to shop safety policies and procedures Physical Demands • Some heavy lifting (50 lbs.) may be necessary • Working conditions can be noisy, dusty, hot, cold Safety is the most important part of all jobs within Nucor; therefore, candidates must be able to demonstrate the ability to initiate, lead, and uphold safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards at all times.
