Partners Personnel is seeking assembly associates for a leading golf club manufacturing company. Payrate $18-$18.50. Mon-Friday 5:30am-2pm.
Job requirements:
- Complete golf club assembly in a team setting in accordance with company standards and quality requirements.
- Shafting Apply weights & shaft to club head with epoxy.
- Loft & Lie Adjust angle of head by using leverage bar and or hammer.
- Cutting/Ferule Sand Cut shaft to length using circular saw and ferule sand.
- Tape - Apply double sided tape to shaft.
- Swing Weight Weigh club on scale.
- Giloo/Insert weights Apply hot melt and or weights.
- Arccos Insert Apply insert to bottom end of grip.
- Cleaning Wipe down product and apply labels needed and or head covers.
- Packing Assure order is complete and place in required box & apply labels.
- Golf Bag Flat Assembly Assemble tops and or bottoms and insert stay.
- Mold injection operator Load & unload plastic parts from machine.
- Tip Blast Shaft preparation.
- Burn off Removing club head from shaft.
- Carboard recycle Moving large recycle bin from production floor to compactor.
- Read & interpret process documentation, such as procedures & work instructions to ensure products are following documented requirements.
- Must frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
- Inspect for quality throughout the assembly process.
- Adhere to company safety rules and procedures.
- Full-time position requiring regular and consistent attendance.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred

The Production Operator II - Mozzarella (Cooker) position is responsible for blending product back into the cheese making process while assuring product meets quality standards. Assure product meets quality standards, and assumes responsibility for the operational flow of the Cooker equipment.
From your EXPERTISE to ours
Key responsibilities for this position include:
* Meet efficiency budget levels with maintaining a high quality product.
* Must remove and unload racks of cheese and feed cheese onto conveyors or input lines.
* Stack empty racks for retrieval.
* Accurately complete associated CCP and line operation paperwork while maintaining efficiencies.
* Perform sanitation duties as assigned, and keep work area clean/organized.
* Take immediate corrective action for any product that does not meet quality or product specifications.
* Contribute to continual process improvement and increased performance.
* Participate in internal/external audits and maintain ISO22000/ISO9001/HACCP compliance.
* Attend department meetings and trainings as assigned by supervisor or manager.
