Job Purpose:
The Talent Acquisition Compliance Sr. Specialist ensures recruiting and hiring activities comply with employment and immigration laws, internal policies, and audit standards. This role monitors compliance controls, maintains accurate documentation, and identifies risks or process gaps across the Talent Acquisition lifecycle. As a trusted partner to Talent Acquisition, HR, and Compliance teams, the specialist promotes consistent, equitable, and compliant hiring practices. This position serves as a subject matter expert within I-9 hiring compliance, exercising broad independent judgment, providing strategic oversight, influencing policy and process design, and supporting enterprise risk mitigation efforts.
Key Accountabilities:
• Talent Acquisition Compliance
o Oversee governance and monitor recruiting and hiring activities for compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations (e.g., EEO, OFCCP, I 9, background screening, data privacy) acting as the SME for I-9 hiring compliance
o Apply established compliance controls and identify deviations, trends, or potential risks
o Partner with TA and HR stakeholders to address compliance findings and drive effective counter measures
o Interpret policies and procedures to ensure consistent application across hiring practices
• Audits & Regulatory Readiness
o Maintain audit ready hiring and recruitment documentation ready hiring and recruitment documentation
o Prepare and validate data, records, and reports for internal and external audits
o Track audit findings and corrective actions to completion
o Ensure record retention and documentation standards are consistently met
• Process Ownership & Improvement
o Maintain standardized TA compliance processes and documentation

• Reporting & Data Integrity

Qualifications, Experience, and Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Legal Studies, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, Talent Acquisition, Compliance, or a related professional role with experience of employment law
• Foundational knowledge of employment laws and compliance principles
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage sensitive, confidential information within HR Systems

Job PurposeLead the accounting and financial reporting activities (including monthly/quarterly/annual financial/SOX audits) of AHM Automobile Business Segment I in accordance with IFRS/US GAAP/SOX as well as collaborating with North American Honda subsidiaries for automobile business performance, including inventory valuation, cost of sales, and vehicle service contract accounting.
Key Accountabilities- Manage and review AHM financial reporting and account analyses for Automobile Segments, with a main focus on inventory, cost of sales, and vehicle service contract accounting
- Coordinate AHM quarterly/annual financial audit (including SOX compliance)
- Prepare/present account analysis from business performance perspectives to management (esp. for key areas such as retail and wholesale sales results)
- Implement new accounting standards/modify existing reporting in accordance with IFRS/write accounting memos for new transactions, drawing accounting treatment conclusions based on appropriate accounting guidance, working closely with AHM and other NA entities in the rapidly changing Honda re-org activities
- Develop/train staff by transferring knowledge/providing challenging work/asking questions for process improvements
- Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance or related field

JOB PURPOSE
Lead the development and execution of American Honda’s Power Sports and Products brand strategy across licensing, sponsorships, brand ambassadors, and partnerships to drive business growth and enhance overall brand value, while ensuring alignment with internal stakeholders and global counterparts.

About this Position:
Lead and manage New Model project for new launches in North America through cross-functional coordination and cost roll-up of automotive parts sourced within Global and North American supply base, all which have significant impact on HDMA financial performance. Effectively lead and develop cost targets and strategies to achieve NM Model cost reduction goals for assigned models, monitoring progress and performance against the project, plan versus actual. Provide clear, concise, and accurate cost and maker layout reports to Purchasing management and New Model Cost in line with project requirements. Monitor progress and performance against the project, plan versus actual Lead team cost correlation activity with both global and regional design functions. Support project meetings and prepare reports to communicate the status of the project within and beyond the project team.
Responsibilities include:
- Create, maintain, and manage multiple new models (13-17) project schedules to meet overall schedule milestones and deliverables
- Represent the Department independently in project team meetings, theme activity, and evaluations; communicating across DEB areas to share ideas and gain consensus on key decisions and milestones
- Independently summarize Unit activity, conduct periodic reviews with Unit, Department & Division management to confirm new model status. This includes Supplier and Cost strategy items.
- Create and manage new model cost targets through cost correlation activity with design, effectively managing performance and implementing countermeasure plans accordingly (annual supplier spend $3.2B/$38M investment).
- Accurately roll-up cost (piece price and investment) for each NM event, and report cost and project status at New Model Evaluations to Procurement and Design Leadership
- Report departments project status, clarifying risk and path forward at New Model evaluations (Cost Evaluations, We Are Ready) to Procurement Senior Management
- Communicate and collaborate across DEB areas of the business to share ideas and reach consensus. Share project requirements to Department team and suppliers
- Develop and manage the coordination of cost table activity for use in supplier negotiation
