Requirements:

Food & Beverage Retail Operations

  • Support Food & Beverage operation during high-volume times by taking orders, serving, or assisting with prep.

Position Overview

Be the driving force behind a safer, healthier workplace. Were seeking an experienced Occupational Health Nurse to lead onsite care, injury prevention, and wellness programs that keep our team thriving.

Responsibilities

  • Provide onsite nursing care, assessments, triage, referrals, and followup for injuries and illnesses.
  • Manage workers compensation cases and support returntowork and fitforduty processes.
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA, FMLA, ADA, and company health and safety policies.
  • Administer programs including drug/alcohol testing, hearing conservation, emergency response, and safety training.
  • Maintain accurate medical records and OSHA documentation.
  • Promote wellness through education, early intervention, and resource awareness.
  • Collaborate with HR, Safety, management, and healthcare providers to support employee wellbeing.

Qualifications

  • Registered Nurse (RN) required; BSN preferred.
  • 5+ years of occupational health nursing experience (manufacturing preferred).
  • Knowledge of OSHA, FMLA, ADA, and workers compensation.
  • Strong communication, organization, and casemanagement skills.
  • CAOHC and COHN/COHNS certifications preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; current CPR certification.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary starting at $90,000+.
