Comply with all The Spice & Tea Exchange operating standards and procedures pertaining to the daily operation and management of the store

Monitor and respond to the generic store email account on a daily basis in the absence of the Store Manager

Communicate any necessary new information to the Store Manager and remaining staff

Sticker merchandise with labels, SKUs, prices, and locations and assist in the creation of labels and maintain adequate levels of backup labels

Blend and package products as necessary and where applicable

Assist in the recording of inventory registrations, write-offs, and invoices in the back end of the POS

Stock shelves, containers, counters, and tables with merchandise, assist with monthly, quarterly, or annual physical inventory, and maintain inventories to ensure product availability

We're seeking production workers to join our team. In this role, you will work in our state-of-the-art processing plant where you could operate and maintain machinery, package, label, box, cut product, and/or unrack product to ensure production standards are met, finalize products, and prepare these products for shipping. Position Overview


We are seeking experienced Slitter, Rewinder, and Flexo Printing Press Operators to join our production team in Marshall County, Indiana. This is a hands-on manufacturing role ideal for candidates with experience operating slitter/rewinder equipment and working with materials such as film, paper, foil, or labels.


The selected candidate will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining slitter, rewinder, or flexographic press equipment to ensure production goals and quality standards are consistently met.


Key Responsibilities

  • Set up and operate slitter, rewinder, or flexo press machines according to job specifications
  • Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments to maintain quality and efficiency

Position Overview:

In this role, we are looking for a detail-oriented Quality leader who is highly skilled in food safety, food quality, and good manufacturing practices.

Primary Responsibilities:
