Accountability:

Essential Functions and Duties:

• Prepare computer programs to control CNC machine operations using CAD/CAM terminal (Siemens NX and MasterCam).
  
• Prepare flow charts, documents and sequence logic and write complete sequence of machine operations necessary to complete cycle.

• Specify patterns on programming sheet for way part is to be machined.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in an engineering discipline preferred and/or equivalent experience.
  
• Ten or more years direct experience in multi-axis programming of Aerospace machining operations and materials.
  
• Ability to program in appropriate programming language using either a CAD/CAM terminal and/or manually generated.
  
• 3D modeling sketcher, assemblies, lathe, and drafting capability in Siemens PLM (NX 8.5) or later version
  
• CAD/CAM software: Siemens NX and MasterCam required

The 5-Axis CNC Programmer is responsible for developing and optimizing complex CNC programs for 5-axis machining centers. This role requires expertise in CNC programming, advanced knowledge of machining techniques, and proficiency in using CAD/CAM software to produce high-precision parts and components. Key Responsibilities:

• Program Development:

TRUMPF CNC Punch Press Programmer

As the TRUMPF CNC Punch Press Programmer, you will be responsible for preparing Top Assembly, detailed technical component drawings and weldments. These drawings will be used by production personnel. Additionally, this position will interact with welding Technicians and Assembly personnel to discuss project specifications and product adjustments. Major Responsibilities

For this role, the target salary range is $110,000 - $165,000 (actual range may vary based on experience).
