Overview

As an Associate-level professional with proficient experience, you are sought for our Enterprise Data Services (EDS) team. In your role as a Support Engineer, you will be responsible for the stability and reliability of the production environment for our critical, enterprise-wide data exchange platform. You will partner with business stakeholders and work within an innovative, collaborative team focused on delivering business value. This position requires you to bring an innovative approach to application and infrastructure support, utilizing the latest technologies and practices. You will be responsible for the full life-cycle of issue resolution, from your initial analysis to implementing permanent fixes and ultimately ensuring our platforms are stable and reliable to meet complex business goals.

What You’ll Do

• Proactively monitor platform health, investigate alerts, and act early to prevent customer impact

Expectations

It is the Bank’s expectation that employees hired into this role will work in the Cary office in accordance with the Bank’s hybrid working model.

Medical Equipment Technician

Medical Equipment Technicians are responsible for ensuring safe delivery, providing setup, and education in usage of home medical equipment for our customers. Setup is done in their home, long-term care setting, clinic or any location deemed necessary to service patients.

Job Duties:

Warehouse Technician (Driving)

The Warehouse Technician will process orders, prepare items for shipment and receive incoming inventory. Where applicable also responsible for cleaning and disinfecting returned equipment, cleaning room maintenance, stocking and staging inventory, and inventory maintenance. The technician assists the supervisor or manager in pulling and loading equipment for delivery in addition to assembly of equipment when necessary, maintaining confidentiality and all other aspects of HIPAA compliance are essential in this job. Employees in this position may also be requested to deliver equipment to patients and/or facilities.  

Essential Functions and Job Responsibilities:

• Performs data entry in appropriate applications, updates shipping information, and tracks orders. 
• Completes clerical tasks including faxing, scanning, filing, and general phone calls.  
• Prepares shipping containers in advance and creates labels. 
• Reviews itemized customer lists; locates and assembles outgoing merchandise to fulfill requests. 
• Verifies contents of outgoing packages against invoices or bills of lading.
• Receives and opens merchandise shipments, processes packing slips or invoices, and safely stores items. 
• Documents returned items and cleans equipment following the Branch Maintenance and Cleaning Guidelines

Operations Manager

The Manager of Operations oversees the operations performed within a branch. Specifically, providing leadership, guidance, and coordination of services to ensure the distribution of all medical equipment, supplies and services delivered to a patient’s home accurately and on-time. Collaboration with leadership, health systems, hospice partners and key community referral sources to improve patient services. The Manager of Operations may also serve as the site leader in absence of on-site leadership.

Job Duties:

• Comply with all current government regulations and professional standards respecting patient care

Inside Sales Specialist

The Inside Sales Specialist is responsible for ensuring continuity between the patients, clinics, community, physician practice and the home setting to maximize patient satisfaction of services. Increasing sales, billed revenue, and new patients in accordance with department goals. Optimize patient safety, comfort, and well-being; to improve awareness and confidence among healthcare professionals, physicians and patients regarding current options and capabilities; to coordinate referrals to ensure timely admission and appropriate patient care based on referrals. Brain Power Enrichment is a pioneer in intellectual enrichment for bright and talented young minds. Headquartered in Canada, where we serve thousands of students each year, Brain Power also offers virtual programs worldwide. Now, we are bringing our award-winning model to the United States with our first Manhattan campus opening in April 2026 in Gramercy Park.

The Role

We are seeking exceptional part-time faculty members in Mathematics, with a particular focus at this time on Grades 1-5. Classes are scheduled to run Monday 5pm-7pm in April-June 2026 and Tuesday and Wednesday 5pm-9pm September 2026-June 2027.

This is not a typical teaching role. At Brain Power, you will lead seminar-style classes of 6–12 highly motivated, gifted students. Our pedagogy is rooted in Socratic dialogue—teachers guide students through rigorous discussions, probing questions, and challenging ideas that inspire critical thinking, creativity, and leadership.

All materials are provided, developed and tested over decades of practice. Yet we know the true magic happens when faculty bring their own creativity, intellectual flair, and research interests into the classroom.

Classes meet once per week for two hours across the academic year (34 weeks). This flexible, freelance role allows you to make a profound impact while maintaining your academic, professional, or creative pursuits.

Ideal Candidate

• Educational Background: At the current time we are focused on PhD candidates for our NYC team. Candidates for this particular role must be working on a PhD or complete (we do recruit for other expert level roles, that are currently filled)
• Distinctive Edge: Candidates with unique research interests, Ivy League or other top-tier academic backgrounds, or a proven “X factor” will be particularly well-suited to our environment.
• Mindset: Passion for ideas, commitment to rigorous intellectual engagement, and the ability to inspire bright young learners.
• Experience: Teaching certification is welcome but not required. Prior experience with gifted or advanced students is an asset.
• Location: Reliable commute to Manhattan, NYC.
