Join our team in a dynamic 17-bed Emergency Department (ED) with a 1:4 nurse to patient ratio. Our diverse staff includes RNs, CNAs, Paramedics, Secretaries, and Providers, creating a collaborative environment to deliver exceptional care. Known for our wide variety of patient experiences, including Abdominal pain, and shortness of breath, we also take pride in our chest pain accreditation. With an average daily volume of approximately 74 patients, this role offers the opportunity to contribute to high-quality emergency medical care while working alongside a dedicated team in a fast-paced setting.

Medical Equipment Technician
Medical Equipment Technicians are responsible for ensuring safe delivery, providing setup, and education in usage of home medical equipment for our customers. Setup is done in their home, long-term care setting, clinic or any location deemed necessary to service patients.
Job Duties:
- Develop and maintain working knowledge of current HME products and services offered by the company and all
- applicable governmental regulations.
- Comply with all applicable company policies and procedures.
- Educate customers in proper use and care of respiratory and HME equipment in a home setting.
- Complete required documentation following equipment setup, delivery or pickups as required.
- Assist with customer equipment problems under emergency conditions.
- Process all orders in a timely, accurate manner.
- Promote services and products to referral sources in the community as appropriate.
- Develop basic reimbursement knowledge and completely document all information necessary to ensure
- reimbursement for all appropriate equipment, products, and services.
- Assist with implementation of quality improvement program to meet company policies.
- Maintain home oxygen systems through regularly scheduled visits to customers.

Minimum Job Qualifications:

- Entry level sales, customer service background essential
- One (1) year of Military, delivery driver with sales component or health care technician experience would be
- considered related experience and preferred.
- Senior level requires two (2) years of work-related experience and one (1) year of exact job experience.
- Valid and unrestricted driver’s license in the state of residence
Physical Demands and Work Environment:
- Must be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds.

Warehouse Technician (Driving)
The Warehouse Technician will process orders, prepare items for shipment and receive incoming inventory. Where applicable also responsible for cleaning and disinfecting returned equipment, cleaning room maintenance, stocking and staging inventory, and inventory maintenance. The technician assists the supervisor or manager in pulling and loading equipment for delivery in addition to assembly of equipment when necessary, maintaining confidentiality and all other aspects of HIPAA compliance are essential in this job. Employees in this position may also be requested to deliver equipment to patients and/or facilities.
Essential Functions and Job Responsibilities:
- Performs data entry in appropriate applications, updates shipping information, and tracks orders.
- Completes clerical tasks including faxing, scanning, filing, and general phone calls.
- Prepares shipping containers in advance and creates labels.
- Reviews itemized customer lists; locates and assembles outgoing merchandise to fulfill requests.
- Verifies contents of outgoing packages against invoices or bills of lading.
- Receives and opens merchandise shipments, processes packing slips or invoices, and safely stores items.
- Documents returned items and cleans equipment following the Branch Maintenance and Cleaning Guidelines
- Retains knowledge of and consistently adheres to procedures for the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), infection control, and hazardous materials handling.

The Program Director of Behavioral Health oversees strategic planning, operations, and policy enforcement to ensure high-quality, cost-effective behavioral health services. How you'll contribute
A Case Manager, Registered Nurse (RN) who excels in this role:
Consults with nursing staff and multidisciplinary team regularly to evaluate patients' status and appropriateness of medical care including admission, length of stay, transfer and discharge
Monitors patient and family satisfaction. Responds to questions and complaints from patients, family members and payors regarding care.
Participates in discharge planning including coordinating patient transfers to other facilities and coordinating community resources. Provides discharge education and resource referrals to patients.
Performs chart review to identify actual or potential issues with service delivery, patient outcomes and satisfaction, compliance, cost and reimbursement.

What we're looking for
Applicants should have a current state RN license and possess a bachelor's degree from an accredited nursing school. Additional requirements include:
Basic Life Support certification is required within 30 days of hire.
ACLS and PALS are required within six months of hire.

How you'll contribute
A Therapist who excels in this role:
- Conducts individual and group therapy sessions to educate patients regarding psychological, emotional, or substance abuse problems
- Displays active involvement in treatment planning process
- Provides family session counseling to all patients to ensure appropriate communication and involvement of family members and support groups
- Actively communicates with clients, families, and outside referral sources
- Demonstrates proactive communication with those involved with the patient's treatment
- Works well with the interdisciplinary team including physicians, utilization review and nursing staff members
- Demonstrates active communication with team members
- Effectively communicates to UR on treatment and LOS issues
- Completes appropriate paperwork for clients in a timely, accurate and complete manner
- Demonstrates appropriate crisis intervention and de-escalation skills
- Acts as a member of team with crisis situation occurs, assisting others to ensure patient safety
- Completes accurate assessments of patients utilizing clinical skills
- Assists care coordination department as requested
- Completes all documentation thoroughly, timely, and in accordance with hospital standards
- Displays a thorough knowledge of confidentiality
- Completes releases appropriately
- Demonstrates knowledge of HIPAA regulations and abides by those standards
- Demonstrates a working knowledge of all clinical regulations, including TJC, Medicaid, and state and federal laws
- Displays active involvement in the discharge, transition, and after-care planning treatment processes Other duties as assigned

Valley Springs Behavioral Health Hospital offers compassionate, high-quality inpatient and outpatient mental health and co-occurring treatment for teens, adults, and seniors. We provide a full-range of evidence-based medical and clinical services in a state-of-the-art healing environment.
Programs include inpatient mental health and co-occurring treatment, Partial Hospitalization Programs (PHP), and Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP).
How you'll contribute
The Lead Therapist performs social services functions to include assisting patients in meeting their bio-psychosocial needs while enabling them access to therapeutic treatment skills to achieve their optimal level of emotional health. Therapist counsels patients individually or through group education regarding psychological, emotional, or substance abuse problems using evaluative techniques and develops and implements therapeutic treatment. Therapist provides education, social work services, basic consultation, and crisis intervention. Therapist provides referrals to patients for aftercare. Lead Therapist supervises individual and group counseling and oversees responsibility for training new staff to ensure clinical documentation is current and accurate and meets all regulatory and other standards. Lead Therapist will assist with monitoring and coaching relating to accurate and timely completion of documentation and assists with coordinating coverage of shifts. Lead Therapist will help to disseminate information from the DCS and/or other management to therapists when assigned as needed.Why join us
