With general autonomy, this position is responsible for leading all technical support activities for Multi-Chem's operations in the Rockies. The geographic area currently covers the states of Colorado, Utah, and North Dakota. Primary responsibilities include:
Performing field surveys to identify and diagnose production challenges related to phase separation, asset integrity, and flow assurance issues
Prepare technical recommendations for the application of specialty chemicals to resolve production challenges
Assist the sales team with customer bid presentations, well review meetings, failure meetings, etc. as needed
Identify product line gaps and collaborate with corporate technology on development and field trial of new products
Troubleshooting support for existing accounts where performance issues are noted
Mentorship of less-experienced personnel on technical matters
Additional responsibilities include:
Responsible for acquiring and maintaining any necessary equipment the technical services group may need.
Assisting with customer sales calls as needed
Help with customer retention activities such as performing wellness checks on existing business and ensuring customers have the proper programs in place

The Production Supervisor is responsible for maximizing productivity and achieving Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) by managing and directing filler and packaging employees on assigned shifts. Key duties include planning and overseeing daily tasks, resolving operational roadblocks and employee concerns, and strictly enforcing all safety and quality protocols, OSHA regulations, and company policies. This position drives operational excellence by adhering to Continuous Improvement (CI) processes and the Management Operating Structure (MOS), requiring collaboration with other departments. The role reports to the Production Manager, Filling & Packing.

The incumbent is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of the Fill Pack and Material Handling employees, up to 20 employees in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
