PROMAN Staffing has partnered with our global manufacturing client to source and hire a proactive, analytical Production Planner to join their facility in Aurora, Ill. This is a DIRECT HIRE opportunity!

What You’ll Do

Build & manage production schedules using SAP

Balance demand vs. capacity like a pro

Keep materials, machines & labor aligned for smooth operations

Jump on bottlenecks fast & keep production flowing

Partner closely with cross‑functional teams

Support continuous improvement & planning accuracy initiatives

What You Bring

Bachelor’s degree

3–5 yrs in manufacturing production planning

SAP PP expertise (required!)

Strong Excel + analytical skills

Clear communicator, team player & highly proactive

Thrives in fast‑paced environments with tight deadlines
