Job Description
Directly supervise and coordinate the activities of production and operating workers, such as inspectors, precision workers, machine setters and operators, assemblers, fabricators, and plant and system operators.
Shift: B Shift M-Thu 5pm-3:30am

Responsibilities:
- Provide operational support services and sometimes act as first-line supervisor of a transactional operations area. Involves using existing systems and protocols.
- Operate complex machines and systems, adjusting processes to optimize quality and productivity. Also responsible for generating solutions to complex inefficiencies.
- Contribute data and information to production plans. Run reports, check accuracy, and distribute information.
- Lead a team performing routine work; conduct employee training in equipment operations or work and safety procedures or assign employee training to experienced workers.
- Follow the organization's EHS policies, procedures and mandatory instructions; to identify and mitigate environmental risks and risks to the wellbeing of oneself and others in the workplace; instruct the team in safe working methods; identify instances of risky behaviors within the team and take appropriate action, escalating serious issues as appropriate.
- Ensure work is completed to the required standards of productivity, quality and timeliness; support the quality function by working within strict quality standards.
- Provide instruction and informal advice to less experienced colleagues within the team to develop their skills.
- Develop knowledge and understanding of the organization's policies and procedures and of relevant regulatory codes and codes of conduct to ensure own work adheres to those standards. Obtain authorization from a supervisor or manager for any exceptions from mandatory procedure.
Experience:
- High School diploma or GED required.
- Excellent interpersonal, problem solving, analytical, conflict resolution, time management, and communication skills required.
- Sound experience and understanding of straightforward procedures or systems (7 to 12 months)
- Basic experience of coordinating the work of others (4 to 6 months)

What You Will Do:
Job Description
Setup and operate one machine tool or process equipment type and operate more than one unrelated machine tool or process equipment types within an assigned area to produce precision turbine engine parts.
Perform work where methods, procedures and processes are well developed and the required tooling, gaging and fixturing are provided.
Under the direction of leader/supervisor, work from verbal and written instructions, operation sheets, drawings and other pertinent information. Following established methods and procedures, use manual or numerically controlled machine tools such as milling, boring, grinding, turning, broaching and shaping machines to achieve the required dimensional specifications.
Recognize indications of dull or damaged cutting tools and replace them as needed.
Perform bench, assembly and surface finishing operations such as deburring, blending, trimming and fitting, using a variety of hand and power tools.
Follow prescribed methods and procedures to perform drilling, riveting and bonding operations to assemble various details in producing a finished part. Operate part-marking equipment.
Use a variety of media, dry or liquid, to perform cleaning or part preparation and finishing operations. Operate tumbling, grit blast, shot peen, buffing and polishing equipment, wash machines and dip tanks for part surface conditioning.
Apply masking as required. Perform applications of anti-gall and polymite coatings utilizing dry bake ovens to cure.
Utilize a variety of fixed or variable measuring instruments to check dimensions and part features. Operate OpCert and other computer–based systems to retrieve and store information and records.
Refer difficulties to leader or supervisor.
Perform routine servicing throughout assigned area following specified procedures and written instructions, such as operators’
checklist, for upkeep and to assure equipment operates properly.
May be assigned to carry out tasks, not specifically listed, within the scope and skill level of this job description in support of department objectives and to develop individuals' skills.

We are seeking a detail-oriented Email Developer to handle the technical build and deployment of email campaigns. This role focuses on the hands-on development and implementation of emails using Salesforce Marketing Automation, working from client-provided specifications and creative assets.
Key Responsibilities
Email Development
- Code and build responsive email templates in Salesforce Marketing Automation based on client-supplied specifications
- Develop email campaigns using HTML/CSS and platform-specific scripting languages
- Implement dynamic content, personalization tokens, and conditional logic as specified
- Configure tracking parameters, links, and UTM codes according to requirements
*Data Management
- Import and manage subscriber data from client-provided databases into Salesforce Marketing Automation
- Perform data segmentation and list creation based on client criteria
- Ensure data integrity and compliance with email marketing regulations
- Execute data cleansing and deduplication processes as needed
Campaign Deployment
- Schedule and deploy email campaigns according to client timelines
- Conduct pre-deployment testing including rendering tests across email clients and devices
- Monitor campaign deployment for technical issues and resolve any sending errors
- Execute A/B tests as directed by client specifications
Technical Quality Assurance
- Perform thorough QA checks on all email code before deployment
- Debug HTML/CSS issues and ensure cross-client compatibility
- Verify correct data mapping and personalization tokens
- Validate that emails render properly across all major email clients and devices
Technical Documentation
- Generate post-deployment technical reports on delivery rates, bounces, and technical performance
- Document email build procedures and technical configurations

Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of hands-on email development experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar platforms
- Expert-level HTML/CSS skills specifically for email development

- Experience with responsive email design and mobile optimization
- Strong understanding of email client rendering quirks and workarounds

Performs the in-process and final inspection of products used in airframe and missile manufacturing. Analyze engineering blueprints, process specifications, shop travelers and manufacturing planning documents to determine nature and extent of inspection requirements.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Determines most practical inspection method and technique; plans sequence of operation; selects precision measuring instruments and equipment to dimensionally inspect units. Performs surface table inspections using standard positioning, measuring and layout instruments and equipment. Uses shop mathematics, decimals and fractions in the performance of the work noted herein.
- Conducts first article, receiving inspection, in-process inspection and final inspection assignments; visually and dimensionally inspects a wide variety of airframes parts and aerospace assemblies/components.
- Witness's first piece part production and certifies acceptability; observes and performs in-process inspection during component build-up and sub-assembly stages; performs final assembly inspection and observes testing operations to assure quality, workmanship and strict compliance with Arrowhead, military space and commercial specifications and standards.
- Inspects incoming metallic and fiber materials, plastic and rubber compounds for correct formulation call- out, serialization, identification, cure date and shelf life; verifies vendor and material certifications; checks heat codes, batch and lot numbers to assure product tractability; certifies the proper mixing and blending of bonding agents and adhesives. Inspects reinforced plastic and rubber products for delaminating, blisters, porosity, bond, elasticity, gauge surface smoothness and similar defects or characteristics. Checks configuration and part dimensions with or without the aid of assembly check gauges, fixtures and tooling. Prepares shipping data package for non-metal (soft goods) components/assemblies in accordance with contractual requirements.
- Monitors oven and cure processes and records temperature readings and dwell time; performs or observes pressurization and leak test using plant air, nitrogen and helium.
- Prepare rework tags, inspection reports and documentation. Coordinates rejection with MRB, engineering and customer representatives for depositions and process refinement. Assembles end item documentation for the review and acceptance of finished products. Prepares and maintains history files, records and reports.

Education and Experience

Role Description
Perform duties necessary to monitor accurate tracking and valuation of product inventory. Includes other duties related to inventory consisting of reporting, analysis, and support and training for other staff.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Responsible for managing the Inventory Master file and ensuring compliance to policy and procedure. Reviewing for consistency and identification of discontinued products.
- System Administration for the Warehousing and Manufacturing Modules of the ERP.
- Data Extraction from ERP System for Inventory Transactions and Troubleshooting.
- Set up of new process in ERP system for tracking of Inventory. System enhancements, updates, and conversions.
- Prepares and directs routine cycle counts of specific inventory products and consumable supply items. This includes all ethanol inventories required for external reporting compliance at least monthly.
- Directs full physical count of all inventories (Finished Good, Raw Materials, Packaging, and Consumable Supply Items) on a scheduled basis. Reconciles physical count to perpetual count in accounting system. Requires travel to facilities.
- Research with operations reported or identified inventory discrepancies to determine root cause and process improvements for product quantities and costing.
- Responsible to determine the need to make adjusting transactions to correct inventory balances, correcting either on hand quantities and/or average cost as needed, ensuring lot numbers and representation in transaction history is properly documented.
- Prepares and reviews the Dead Stock/Slow Moving/NC Report and works with operations to formulate a game plan for the use or disposal of the products.
