Position Overview

Are you an expert in electrical systems, energy management, and construction practices — and passionate about improving performance across an entire multi‑site organization? As the Manager of Electrical Systems, you’ll lead critical energy management initiatives, oversee electrical construction activities, and guide a high‑performing team responsible for delivering efficient, safe, and cost‑effective solutions across stores, facilities, and support center locations.

What You’ll Do

Energy Management Leadership

  • Lead all Energy Management System (EMS) programs for stores, facilities, and corporate locations from design through installation.
  • Develop and implement energy‑reduction plans that drive efficiency across facilities and construction projects.
  • Recommend policies and strategies focused on energy conservation and long‑term cost savings.
  • Provide accurate cost estimates, ROI assessments, and supporting documentation for energy initiatives.
  • Manage Electricians, Refrigeration Engineers, and outside vendors to support program execution.
  • Coordinate with utility companies to maximize rebate opportunities tied to energy‑efficient installations.

Electrical Construction Management

  • Oversee all electrical components of construction projects from design through completion.
  • Initiate, evaluate, and prioritize work requests; develop and maintain project schedules.
  • Supervise and coordinate team members assigned to electrical projects.
  • Prepare scopes of work, proposals, schedules, and negotiate vendor and contractor costs.
  • Conduct pre‑bid walk‑throughs and participate in construction and maintenance meetings.

Lighting Programs & Technology

  • Lead lighting retrofit, replacement, and maintenance programs from initial design through installation.

  • Stay current on lighting technology, best practices, and local code requirements.

Document Control & Technical Specifications

  • Oversee all electrical construction documents including design, plan check, bidding, and final construction stages.
  • Generate punch lists and manage project closeout activities.
  • Review and verify As‑Built documentation for accuracy.
  • Prepare and update electrical specifications to align with company standards and project needs.

Leadership, Operations & Fiscal Management

The Stormwater Treatment System Operator at the Stella-Jones manufacturing plant in Sheridan, Oregon is responsible for ensuring stringent environmental compliance with all aspects associated with the operation of the stormwater treatment system to include compliance with the facility's State issued stormwater permit. Principal Responsibilities:

Health and Safety is the number one priority at Stella-Jones: Perform all work in a safe manner and comply with all safe work policies, programs, and procedures.

Operate equipment and utilize chemicals to treat stormwater for discharge in compliance with the State issued facility stormwater permit.

Manage waste materials generated at the facility for disposal in accordance with regulatory requirements.

Inspect, clean, repair, and maintain the condition of stormwater treatment equipment, chemical systems, tanks, filters, pumps, filter press and associated equipment.

Monitor operating conditions, meters and gauges to determine system efficiency and detect malfunctions.

Coordinate larger repairs and maintenance with the appropriate management personnel and subcontractors.

Collect, preserve and ship samples to a laboratory for analysis.

Record and maintain records as required for the stormwater treatment system operation and regulatory reporting.

Test, troubleshoot and respond to all alarms at the facility. Verify all backup systems are operational.

Maintain a clean and efficient work area.

Maintain positive working relationships with coworkers.

Attend and participate in training.

The successful operation of the stormwater treatment system is critical to the facility. There will be times when long hours and overtime work are required. This may occur during day, night or weekend shifts.

This senior HR leadership role supports hospitals, physician groups, and operational service lines across a regional healthcare system. Based in Wausau, the Director partners closely with executive leadership to align workforce strategy, talent development, and organizational capability with operational priorities across the Central Region.


The Director leads a team of HR Business Partners supporting hospital operations and serves as a key advisor to system leaders. This role combines strategic leadership with operational HR oversight, including employee relations, workforce planning, labor productivity initiatives, and leadership development.


As part of the HR service delivery model, the Director works closely with talent acquisition, learning and development, total rewards, and workforce analytics teams to ensure coordinated support across the system. Aspirus Health in WAUSAU, WI is seeking a DIRECTOR- SYSTEM FACILITIES MANAGEMENT AND SECURITY to join our MAINTENANCE team!


The System Director of Facilities Management and Security is directly accountable for the staff, management, fiscal responsibility, and operational oversight of multiple departments across the system. This position works collaboratively with Aspirus leadership and executive leadership to ensure the successful creation and oversight of the goals and objectives assigned to the system departments and programs. Has accountability to ensure that all key constituency groups are aligned and achieving strategic business plan implementation.


In addition, this role will have direct responsibility for administrative management, budget and financial management, capital planning oversight and accountability for all operational programs of the hospitals and outlying buildings including, but not limited to, Plant Operations, Grounds and Landscaping, Security, Safety and Emergency Management programs, and Joint Commission standards. Serves as the liaison for Clinical Engineering and Environmental Services.



Experience/Qualifications

  • Knowledge of management practices, and hospital maintenance standards and practices normally acquired through completion of a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management/Administration or Engineering or through work experience of equal equivalence.
  • Master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of ten years’ progressively responsible experience in facilities management, security, safety, emergency management or related field. Minimum of five years of leadership experience required.
  • Experience leading multisite and/or system level programs in healthcare or related field.
  • Healthcare experience required.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, interpersonal skills, and facilitation skills are essential.
  • Professional certification in healthcare facilities engineering preferred.
