About the Role

As a Facilities Maintenance Technician, you’ll perform maintenance and repair of mechanical, electrical, and other building systems in accordance with standard operating procedures, manufacturer specifications, and safety policies. While this role does not include direct supervisory responsibilities, you may provide mentorship and training to entry-level technicians.

Job Overview:

The Product Manager Equipment - Electronics will be responsible for Sales in support of overall sales internally at Matheson facilities and externally with customer visits.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Understand and adhere to company safety work policies and operating practices: report safety incidents and near misses.
• Increase sales and market share of point of use and bulk gas purifiers through direct and indirect sales activities.

Position Summary:

The Maintenance Manager will lead all maintenance and reliability efforts within a high-volume machining operation consisting of CNC machines, bar transfer systems, CNC lathes, and transfer equipment. This role is responsible for stabilizing equipment performance, reducing chronic downtime, and transitioning the plant from reactive maintenance to a fully implemented Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) system.

This leader will manage a 15-person maintenance team across three shifts and drive initiatives across equipment reliability, tooling readiness, automation improvements, and capital equipment strategy.
