About the Role
As a Facilities Maintenance Technician, you’ll perform maintenance and repair of mechanical, electrical, and other building systems in accordance with standard operating procedures, manufacturer specifications, and safety policies. While this role does not include direct supervisory responsibilities, you may provide mentorship and training to entry-level technicians.
You’ll support multiple industrial facilities within the account, performing both preventative and reactive maintenance to keep operations running safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintenance: Perform routine and preventive maintenance on buildings and equipment, including HVAC, carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work.
- Execution: Complete work orders as assigned by supervisors, ensuring all requests are documented and finalized properly.

POSITION SUMMARY:

Job Overview:
The Product Manager Equipment - Electronics will be responsible for Sales in support of overall sales internally at Matheson facilities and externally with customer visits.
Primary Responsibilities:

This role is responsible for stabilizing equipment performance, reducing chronic downtime, and transitioning the plant from reactive maintenance to a fully implemented Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) system.
This leader will manage a 15-person maintenance team across three shifts and drive initiatives across equipment reliability, tooling readiness, automation improvements, and capital equipment strategy.

The Welder II is under the supervision of the E&A supervisor or group leader, the technician will perform all functions under this job description. Welder II performs tack welding and finish welding of piping systems utilizing both SMAW, FCAW, SAW, GTAW and GMAW welding procedures. Certification to CCC procedures required. Welder II inspects own work to ensure compliance to drawings and weld procedures and makes necessary repairs. Welder II will assist with incoming parts inspection and final product inspection and complete appropriate documentation. Welder II will operate Fork trucks, jib cranes and overhead crane. Position: Welder I
Location: Equipment & Assembly Plant - Pittsburgh, PA

Hours of work: Mondays - Fridays, 40 Hrs/Wk - 3 shift operation
An entry level position under the supervision of the E&A supervisor or group leader, the Welder I will perform all functions under this job description. This includes all necessary functions to maintain a clean and safe shop. The Welder I will comply with all Company and Safety Policies and procedures in the performance of assigned duties. The Welder I performs tack welding and finish welding of piping systems utilizing both SMAW, FCAW, and GMAW welding procedures. Certification to CCC procedures is required. The Welder I welds vessels and structural components utilizing SMAW, FCAW, and GMAW welding processes. Performs these procedures to meet CCC certified procedures. The Welder I inspects own work to ensure compliance to drawings and weld procedures and makes necessary repairs. The Welder I will operate Fork trucks, jib cranes and overhead crane after training. The Welder I assist in other areas of the plan as assigned.
