About the Position

We are seeking a skilled Obstetrician/Gynecologist for a 60-day assignment in California, commencing Apr 20, 2026. This role involves 24-hour in-house Laborist shifts, providing comprehensive care across various obstetric cases, including low-risk pregnancies, FHR interpretation, OB ultrasounds, routine deliveries, and managing complicated deliveries like c-sections and breech presentations.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Provide care for low risk pregnancy
- Perform FHR interpretation, including NST/CST/FSE
- Conduct and interpret OB Ultrasounds, including Level I/Screening (viability)
- Manage routine vaginal and low forceps deliveries
- Make decisions for c-section procedures
- Oversee complicated deliveries, including c-sections, breech presentations, and abruptions
