Position Overview

We’re looking for an Assistant Superintendent to help manage all areas of golf course maintenance and crew operations. This person will work closely with the Superintendent to ensure the course is maintained to a high standard, safe for play, and visually outstanding.

Key Responsibilities

• Support planning and execution of the annual maintenance budget
• Assist with hiring, training, and supervising the maintenance team
• Maintain turf, plants, irrigation, drainage, and equipment
• Oversee fertilizer, pest control, and aeration programs
• Supervise course projects and repairs
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and compliance with environmental standards
• Track maintenance records and inventory
• Help with ordering and receiving supplies
• Stay current with industry practices and regulations

Requirements

• Degree, certification, or equivalent experience in turfgrass management
• 3+ years of golf course maintenance experience
• Texas Applicator’s License or ability to obtain within 90 days
• Strong knowledge of turf care, irrigation, construction, and course maintenance
• Ability to lead a team, communicate clearly, and stay organized
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office

• Zone outside merchandising spaces such as the load lanes, nurseries, bullpens, and front side walks during available intervals to maintain an orderly display.
• Use standard office equipment, including telephones, copiers, fax machines, calculators, and computers.
• Operate retail equipment such as the Telxon gun, forklift, pallet jack, ladder, and other tools.
• Participate in cross-training for flexibility in various departments and responsibilities.
• Actively participate in learning initiatives offered such as training programs, workshops, and webinars. Leverage these opportunities to acquire new knowledge, refine existing skills, and stay current on the latest developments.

The Alterations Customer Service Representative (CSR) is a critical role for the successful operation of the Alterations department and completing tasks that contribute to providing superior customer service. The (CSR) is responsible for providing an A+ customer experience to David's Bridal customers. S/he reports to the Store Manager. The Alterations CSR is responsible for tasks that may include welcoming and servicing customers, making appointments, answering phones, pressing garments, and/or ensuring that items are ready for pickups. • Greet and escort all alterations customers to and from alterations for appointments.
• Press, steam, and spot clean all merchandise.
• Follows quality control guidelines and inspects all garments altered/steamed/pressed to verify pristine condition before final delivery to customer.
• Build long-term relationships to meet and exceed customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Support inventory management by processing special orders, pick-ups and first quality standards for all merchandise.
• Supports all cash wrap behaviors and processes transactions with accuracy to make sure every customer feels celebrated.
• Seeks assistance from the Alterations Manager to address customer issues that s/he is not able to resolve.
• Maintains a clean and well-organized alterations room.
• Performs duties and tasks as assigned by store management.

Physical Demands:
