SUMMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION: The Head Coach for Men's Lacrosse/Game Management Assistant leads all facets of the men's lacrosse program, including practice and competition management, student-athlete recruitment and retention, fiscal oversight, supervision and mentoring of assistant coaches, academic and personal development of studentathlete recruitment and retention, fiscal oversight, supervision and mentoring of assistant coaches, academic and personal development of studentathletes, scheduling, travel coordination, and alumni and family engagement. In addition to coaching duties, the incumbent supports the Athletics Facilities team by performing secondary responsibilities as a game management assistant, contributing to the setup, coordination, and administration of home athletic events to ensure a safe, organized, and positive experience for teams, officials, and spectators.


In carrying out these responsibilities, the incumbent follows the University's best practices to build and/or support student academic success and retention and assist in meeting strategic objectives for persistence and timely graduation of all the student population.


EXAMPLES OF PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:


Lacrosse Coaching & Program Management



  • Performs all the duties associated with managing and serving as the Head Coach of men's lacrosse, including but not limited to managing practices and competitions, team recruitment and retention, budget management (e.g., equipment, recruiting, personnel), supervision and mentoring of assistant coaches, mentoring student-athletes, competition schedule development, transportation and meals for away contests, alumni and family engagement
  • Ensures compliance with NCAA, Conference, and institutional policies and procedures, including the NCAA Principals of Ethical Conduct, and demonstrates professionalism on and off the field
  • Reinforces the priorities of health and safety through attention to the NCAA acclimatization rules, NCAA Sports Sciences Institute consensus statements, National Operating Committee on Standards for Athletics Equipment (NOCSAE) protective equipment standards, institutional policies and procedures, and best practices in collaboration with the Sports Medicine team
  • Collaborates with department and campus partners to support team publicity. statistics, health and injury reporting, equipment management, and the upkeep of sport and locker room facilities

Game Management Support



  • Serves as a member of the athletic facilities team for game management support


  • Assists with field and facility setup and breakdown for home contests, ensuring all areas are prepared safely and in accordance with departmental standards
  • Supports game day coordination to help deliver a positive and wellorganized game day experience
  • Serves as an athletic administrator at home events when assigned, helping oversee game operations, troubleshoot issues, and ensure compliance with conference and NCAA expectations

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Must be available to respond to situations that arise during holidays, weekends, or evenings


Possession of a valid driver's license and a good driving record. Driver's license must remain valid throughout the duration of employment in the position.


Successfully completes required annual NCAA Division III rules testing, maintains relevant certifications, and fulfills assigned training requirements


CPR, AED, and First Aid certifications

The AM Analyst will represent ownership in executing business plans of each property under her/his management and recommend strategies and solutions to optimize performance of each property. The responsibilities of an AM Analyst will include: monitoring property operations, managing controllable expenses, and managing building compliance and capital improvements. The AM Analyst is expected to be a hands-on team member who can multi-task, has a strong work ethic, and welcomes a challenge, while working in a highly collaborative, entrepreneurial work environment. Essential Functions

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

โ€ขย ย Monitor and track property operations in coordination with the Property Managers to ensure targets are being hit. Operational items include: occupancy, leasing, unit turnovers, violations clearance, collections, subsidy terminations, and work order completion.

โ€ขย ย ย Develop plans to obtain and implement increases for rental subsidies and work with property management staff to execute.

โ€ขย ย ย Collaborate with maintenance staff, vendors, and expeditors to clear HPD, DOB, ECB and FDNY violations.

Education and Experience Requested:

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, good phone skills, organized, able to set priorities and meet deadlines, able to multitask, carefully proofs own work.

Position Description

We are currently seeking an experienced Asset Manager to join our growing asset management team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated self-starter possessing strong financial skills, business acumen and leadership qualities to take ownership of a portfolio of commercial assets, working with the asset management team in analyzing, monitoring, and reporting on the portfolioโ€™s performance to senior leaders in the organization. This role will be responsible for all aspects of the investment lifecycle including business plan development, leasing strategy implementation, property financials oversight, capital expenditure planning, and property disposition. Overseeing both wholly owned and joint venture investments, the role will have regular communication with portfolio managers, equity partners, leasing and sales brokers, property managers, and lenders to ensure the strategy for each property under their purview is being executed appropriately. Additionally, this person will work with the acquisition, development, and underwriting teams once a property has been identified and will provide support in gathering market information and due diligence items through the closing of a property.

Essential Job Functions:

Job Summary and Qualificationsย 

Responsible for providing high quality critical care including assessment, triage, and treatment utilizing standards and guidelines established by HCA Houston Healthcare AirLife Medical Director(s). The Flight Nurse assess the nature and extent of illness or injury to establish and prioritize the care needed for safe transport of the critical patient to the appropriate facility and are responsible for carrying out the mission and goals of HCA Houston Healthcare AirLife assuring that safety remains the highest priority throughout the transport continuum.

ย What you will do in this role:

  • Provides nursing care within his/her scope of practice from the initial contact until patient care is relinquished to the accepting medical facility; maintains thorough patient care documentation.
  • Maintains competency in knowledge and psychomotor skills by participating in ongoing laboratory and clinical experiences. Communicates educational needs to the Clinical Director, Medical Transport. Maintains documentation of required licensure, certifications, continuing education, aviation and safety training, OSHA and HIPAA training, clinical rotations, and advanced procedures and attends continuing education programs pertinent to his/her area of practice.
  • Knowledgeable in use and routine maintenance of all equipment and supplies used by HCA Houston Healthcare AirLife. Responsible for reporting medical equipment failures and taking initial steps to ensure repair of equipment as directed. Maintains adequate supplies onboard aircraft to deliver safe patient care. Keeps aircraft clean and orderly to ensure rapid response to all transport requests.
  • Functions as a medical flight member by attending pre-mission briefings and mission debriefings and completing necessary documentation. Assists in pre-mission liftoff checklist and assists pilot as requested, i.e., radio, navigational, and visual observation activities. Complies with safety standards to assure safety of self, medical personnel, patient, and equipment and conducts aircraft safety briefings as needed.
  • Participate in patient and referring institution follow-up and in planned outreach marketing and education activities
  • Acts as a preceptor and/or participates in orientation of new employees and students as assigned and communicates program goals and objectives
  • Participates regularly in HCA Houston Healthcare AirLife meetings, activities, projects and committees (to include research and publishing opportunities).
  • Other Duties as assigned.

What qualifications you will need:ย 

  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a B.S.N or Masterโ€™s Degree
  • Current licensure in Texas as an RN
