General SummaryOur Sales Associates are responsible for the proper and efficient operation of the station during their shift, within company policy. This includes ensuring that the shift contributes to the increased profitability and growth of the store and ensuring our customers needs are met every step of the way. We empower our employees/team members to step outside the box to ensure we offer the best in class service to all of our customers each and every day.
Principle Duties And Responsibilities- Must be able to work a flexible schedule as needed. Communicate verbally and in writing with various management on store operations in a very quick timeline especially any changes or items that may adversely affect the store's operations.
- Must be able to interact with customers in a friendly, professional manner
- Prepare a shift report at the end of the shift as per company guidelines.
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Provide the best customer experience to every customer
- Greet every customer with a smile and sincere greeting
- Suggest possible purchases to the customers and promote specials
- Assume full responsibility for the execution of our customer service program at the site level
- Responsible for doing what is necessary to minimize the safety risks to employees, customers, and suppliers.
- Assure all environmental and hazardous material regulations are strictly enforced
- Maintain safety and security of the store and document any accidents or incidents that occur
- Manage the maintenance of the customer environment inside and around the perimeter of the store
- Operate all assigned equipment safely and efficiently
- Support implementation of our Safety and Health program
- Promptly Report workplace accidents, injuries, incidents, or illnesses
- Complete the new employee safety orientation procedure
- Read, understand, and write the English language at the eighth-grade level.
- Perform arithmetic calculations at the eighth-grade level in order to be able to make change, complete shift reports, and account for a variety of products during vendor check-in.
- Having the ability to validating Identification prior to selling tobacco and/or alcohol (as per required under regulations).
- Can lift up to 30 pounds, and carry cases of milk cartons and soft drinks, beer and juice containers through proper lifting techniques
- Ability to remain calm and respond according to policies and procedures in any form of emergencies.
- Tolerate exposure to gasoline fumes and cleaning products;
- Ability to work in various temperature environments (coolers, outside in various weather conditions, and in the store)
- Perform general housekeeping duties as needed
- Must be 18 years of age
- Ensures physical maintenance, safety, cleanliness, and attractiveness of all store facilities
- Performs other related duties as required

The Learning Management System (LMS) Specialist plays a critical role within our Learning Ecosystem, partnering closely with HR and with Team Members across the organization. This role reports to the Senior Manager, Curriculum.
In this position, you will own the tasks and activities related to Workday Learning, including building courses, learning paths, and programs. Also, maintaining regular assignments and working with HR technology to build easy-to-use reporting for key training metrics and measures. This role will also work with our content vendors, troubleshoot issues or concerns, and build relationships with our account management team.
Responsibilities:
- Administer and maintain the LMS, including audience management, course setup, and content uploads.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide support to users, including assisting Nouria Team Members with LMS navigation and functionality.
- Collaborate with instructional designers and content creators to develop and implement online courses and assessments.
- Ensure course materials are updated and aligned with educational and quality standards.
- Monitor and analyze LMS data, including user engagement and course completion rates.
- Generate reports for stakeholders to inform instructional improvements and decision-making.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in LMS management.
- Recommend enhancements to improve user experience and system functionality.
Qualifications and Skills:
- College degree or equivalent experience required
- Proven experience as an LMS Administrator, familiarity with various LMS platforms (Workday Learning is a strongly preferred).
- Strong technical skills, including troubleshooting and problem-solving.
- Experience using industry‑standard assessment tools (strongly preferred).
- Demonstrated ability to design and develop learning content tailored to specific roles and audiences with exceptional attention to detail.
- Proficiency with the ADDIE model from analysis through evaluation.
- Ability to synthesize complex information and stakeholder feedback into clear, accessible learning materials.
- Proven ability to build strong relationships and influence across functions and all organizational levels.
- Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate ideas into actionable solutions.
- Exercises sound judgment and comfortably challenges assumptions to drive improvement.

Nouria is seeking a Wholesale Sales Representative to join our expanding Wholesale Fuels Division. In this key growth role, you will be responsible for driving new business development across both branded and unbranded fuel channels, helping to strengthen Nouria’s position as one of the leading independent fuel distributors in the Northeast market. The candidate will proactively identify, qualify, and secure new dealer relationships, working with independent station owners, commercial accounts, and regional operators to structure competitive long-term supply agreements that align with Nouria’s strategic objectives. This position requires a blend of relationship management, market intelligence, and negotiation skills to effectively represent Nouria’s value proposition — offering reliable supply, competitive pricing, and strong brand programs. As the face of Nouria’s wholesale growth initiative, you will play a critical role in expanding our market footprint, supporting brand conversions, and contributing directly to the company’s continued expansion across new geographies.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify, prospect, and secure new wholesale fuel customers within target regions.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to grow both branded (e.g., Shell, Citgo, Marathon, Sunoco) and unbranded fuel portfolios
• Conduct market research to identify competitive opportunities and dealer prospects.
• Generate qualified leads through cold calls, referrals, networking, and trade show participation.
• Serve as the primary liaison for assigned customers, ensuring a seamless onboarding process from initial contact to contract execution.
• Collaborate with internal departments—supply, dispatch, credit, and legal—to finalize product supply agreements and ensure compliance.
• Maintain ongoing relationships to maximize retention and volume growth.
• Prepare and present proposals, supply agreements, and renewal terms.
• Provide weekly updates to management on performance metrics, market activity, and competitive insights.
Education/Experience/Skill Requirements:
• 3–5 years of experience in fuel sales, petroleum distribution, or energy marketing (preferred).
• Knowledge of branded and unbranded fuel supply chains, rack pricing, allocations, and hauler relationships.
• Proven success in new business development, negotiation, and long-term account management. • Microsoft Office Suite Experience
• Ability to travel regionally as required
