QUALIFICATIONS

- 8+ years of experience delivering camera- or vision-enabled systems, with experience deploying solutions in industrial or edge environments.
- Experience with connected, automated, or safety-critical systems preferred.

POSITION SUMMARY:
Responsible for leading all strategic and operational aspects of Fielmann USAβs insurance division, Fielmann Vision Insurance d/b/a Single Vision Solutions (SVS). Expand participation in SVS insurance plans, develop new insurance products, lead outbound sales strategy, and deliver a superior experience to members, groups/brokers, and providers. STRATEGIC DIRECTION
- Define and execute the strategic growth plan for Fielmann Vision Insurance, to include increasing plan participation and revenue
- Serve as the key architect of plan design, pricing models, and market positioning to ensure competitive and customer friendly offerings
- Lead product development initiatives, including ancillary programs (e.g., safety eyewear, school grants)
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through employer groups, store programs, and external partnerships

- Oversee development and distribution of sales collateral, presentations, and standard pricing tools to support sales efforts

Responsibilities
- Evaluate and manage patients with a broad spectrum of infectious diseases in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
- Provide guidance on complex infections, antimicrobial stewardship, and infection prevention protocols.
- Collaborate with hospitalists, surgeons, primary care providers, and specialty teams to ensure coordinated patient care.
- Participate in infection control committees, policy development, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Educate patients, families, and staff on infection prevention, treatment plans, and emerging public health concerns.
- Stay current with emerging infectious diseases and implement evidence-based best practices.
Qualifications
- MD or DO degree from an accredited institution.
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Infectious Disease.
- Active medical license in Maine.
- Strong clinical skills in hospital-based infectious disease care.

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our team. As an Account Manager specializing in landscaping services, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, developing relationships with prospective clients, and delivering tailored landscaping solutions.
This is a performance-driven role with unlimited earning potential. During the initial 3-month probationary period, you'll receive a base salary to help you get up to speed and ramp up your pipeline.
