Summary of the Role
The function of the Sales Representative is to successfully develop and strengthen LGG Industrial's relationships with customers, identifying needs and opportunities within and across product lines and provide value to customers while strengthening business results. Works as part of a collaborative team to drive sales by focusing on acquisition, development, retention, and management of strategic clients in designated territories.
Responsibilities
- Must maintain 100% commitment to safety policies and procedures.
- Within the assigned territory, promotes and sells company products, systems, and services to existing customers.
- Analyzes customerβs problems and issues to identify best technical professional solution.
- Captures, documents, and shares VOC.
- Continuously plans for cross-selling and upselling within existing customer base.
- Research and reports marketplace and competitive information for sales strategy planning.
- Responsible for new business development through networking, prospecting, lead generation and lead follow-up.
- Successfully achieves personal sales objectives.
- Enters documented cost savings using Sales Strat.
- Builds and maintains strong relationships with new sales prospects, existing customers, and internal support personnel.
- Partners with Service Center teams to provide sales solutions, quotes, and processes orders.
- Assists A/R personnel in creating and establishing new accounts and follows up on collections.
- Coordinates with Customer Service Representatives and Service Center management to keep account activities updated.
- Monitors delivery date commitments and expedites where appropriate.
- Responsible for logging sales generation and data into system on a regular basis.

- Possess excellent sales skills including rapport building, questioning, negotiation, and follow up.

Qualifications

Job Description
Power Services Company is seeking experienced CDL Operators with labor experience to join our growing industrial cleaning team. This is a hands-on position requiring both CDL driving and on-site equipment operation . If you're looking for steady work, strong overtime opportunities, and a team-oriented environment, we want to hear from you.
This is NOT a driving-only position. CDL operators are expected to actively participate in field work and equipment operation at customer sites.
Job Responsibilities

The Industry Practice Leader will be responsible for building, leading, and expanding a specialized insurance practice across key verticals such as Education, Manufacturing, Healthcare, and Social Services. This role blends deep market expertise with leadership in underwriting strategy, portfolio performance, product innovation, and client engagement.
Reporting directly to executive leadership, the Practice Leader drives growth, profitability, and market differentiation by delivering industry insights, fostering cross-functional collaboration, and cultivating high-impact client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and lead a multi-year strategic plan to design an industry practice aligned with corporate business goals.
- Lead the design and implementation of tactical initiatives to build the practice.
- Monitor emerging trends, regulatory developments, and risk exposures specific to the industry focus areas.
- Act as the "face" of the practice internally and externally, driving thought leadership and representing the firm at industry events and conferences.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree (MBA, JD, CPCU, ARM) preferred.
- 10--15+ years of progressive experience in the insurance industry, with at least 5 years in leadership roles.
- Demonstrated success managing an industry-focused underwriting portfolio, practice line, or business unit.
- Deep subject matter expertise in at least one key vertical (e.g., Healthcare, Manufacturing etc.) or commercial insurance.
- Strong knowledge of commercial P&C insurance products, services, and risk management solutions.

Working Conditions:
Primarily on the road in the Northern California area. Must be willing to be on the road for the majority of the work week with some outside operational hours required. RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Safety Specialist I/II, you will:
- Assist location Project Managers, Project Engineers and Field Supervision with all safety related tasks
- Conduct safety training as needed
- Ensure adherence to federal, state, company, and customer safety policies and procedures on project
- Conduct field safety audits
- Train and educate location management and workers on safety responsibilities, behaviors, and accident prevention techniques
- Assist in conducting incident investigations
- Work with local leadership and field personnel to identify potential hazards and controls
- Work with other contractors and the client to address safety concerns
- Assist in preparing and conducting weekly safety toolbox talks
- Prolonged travel and working on construction projects throughout the US may be required
Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelorβs degree in Safety or equivalent years of experience in construction safety
- Certification preferred: OSHA 510, OSHA 10 and NCCR

Essential Job Functions:
- Lead the companyβs corporate Safety & EHS program across all industrial construction sites, including Pulp and Paper mills, Power plants, Steel mills, and other heavy industrial facilities.
- Develop, implement, and enforce safety policies, procedures, and training programs, including OSHA compliance and site-specific protocols (e.g., confined space, fall protection, lock-out/tag-out).
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and oversight for a team of Safety Supervisors and Field Specialists.
- Ensure safe and timely execution of projects during plant shutdowns, outages, and turnarounds, managing safety priorities under tight timelines without compromising quality or compliance standards.
- Conduct safety audits, incident investigations, and root cause analyses to prevent recurrence of safety events and improve program effectiveness.
- Collaborate with Project Managers, Superintendents, and Field Craft personnel to ensure safe execution of maintenance, repair, and new construction projects.
- Monitor and report on safety performance metrics, including OSHA recordables, lost-time incidents, and near-miss events.
- Build strong relationships with field crews to promote personal ownership of safety culture through education, onsite toolbox meetings, and open communication.
- Ensure all personnel, including contractors, are trained and compliant with site-specific safety requirements and company standards.
- Travel up to 50% to project sites primarily located in Southeast and South Central US.
Qualifications & Experience Required:
- BS/BA in Construction Management, Engineering, Occupational Safety, or a related technical field. Advanced degrees preferred.
- Advanced Safety certifications (CSP, CHST) are a plus, but not required.
- 10β15 years of Safety Program leadership in Heavy Industrial, Construction Management, Mechanical Contracting, or Industrial Cleaning, with hands-on experience planning and executing maintenance/repair projects during plant shutdowns, outages, and turnarounds.
- Experience in Pulp and Paper mills or similar industrial settings is strongly preferred.
- Proven track record of leading Safety programs, building Safety cultures, and achieving measurable Safety improvements.
- Strong knowledge of OSHA standards, safety regulations, and industrial construction practices.
- Experience managing and developing Safety teams, including field-based personnel and contractors.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with field crews, supervisors, and corporate leadership.
- Comfortable using online training portals (e.g., ISN, TappiSafe, Cognabox) and managing digital compliance tracking.
- Willingness to travel 50% overnight and reside in/near Central AL corporate HQ.
