The Strategic Sourcing Manager-Indirect will be responsible for designing, managing and implementing sourcing strategies for the enterprise. This role will work closely with various business owners and functional leadership throughout the enterprise and will be responsible for delivering category management services including but not limited to, strategic sourcing, client stakeholder management, supplier performance management and continuous cost and performance improvement. ESSENTAIL FUNCTIONS:
Key Accountabilities:
Strategic Sourcing / Procurement = 70%
- Design and implement cost savings/value driving projects across multiple indirect sourcing categories based on historical and forecasted spend.
- Establish annual savings targets with Business Partners in support of business goals.
- Research and collaborate with internal stakeholders and external resources to identify a broad selection (e.g., large, boutique, small, diverse) of qualified suppliers to participate in sourcing events and other projects.
- Evaluate competitive offerings to determine the overall best offer for a service or product. Manage the analysis of proposals in support of the bid evaluation process.
- Skillfully apply appropriate procurement approach in negotiations. Prepare and lead negotiations to conclusion.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Education:

Experience
- Minimum seven to ten yearsβ experience in strategic sourcing/purchasing (preferably in the pharmaceutical industry), including the use of sourcing technologies (i.e. Coupa, Corcentric, etc) to develop and conduct RFIs and RFPs, with exposure and responsibility for various functional areas (supplier management, spend analytics, contracting, negotiating, bid management).
- Minimum 5+ yearsβ experience in souring IT goods and services.
- Four to six years in a position leading cross-functional teams in the development of sourcing or supplier management strategies for key indirect expenditure categories (e.g., IT, Finance, Sales and Marketing, Legal, Facilities, MRO, HR, R&D, Professional Services, Capital Projects).

Job Description Summary
Reporting to the Head of Internal Audit and Internal Controls (IA/IC), this role will support in providing assurance to the Audit Committee in through developing and executing a risk-based annual audit plan focused on the company's strategic risk and compliance with regulations and Company policies. The position also has exposure to SOX 404 compliance efforts, the general internal control framework, and working with external auditors. The role includes facilitating, maintaining, and managing audits and client relationships within the Organization as well as performing independent SOX testing. The position will have responsibility for a broad range of audit types (e.g., Financial, Compliance, Commercial, Operational, and Information Technology). Additionally, the position will serve as the primary contact and lead for all forensic investigations managed by Internal Audit.

Primary responsibilities:
- Management and execution of Financial, Compliance, Commercial, Operational, and IT audits, and SOX testing
- Leads forensic investigations/audits
- Co-develops the annual risk-based audit plan for Audit Committee approval
- Co-develops the annual risk-based SOX 404 Testing Plan
- Defining the departmentβs data analytics strategy and developing analytics capabilities within the annual audit plan
- Designated power user for the IA departmentβs systems and tools, including but not limited to 1) data analysis software and 2) AlignGRC, an internal audit management solution.
This position interacts with IT, Legal, HR, Compliance, and operational management personnel across the company, as well as Compliance and Finance for forensic and/or continuous audits.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Assist the Head of IA/IC in developing and executing the scope of audit responsibilities for the Par Health Internal Audit Team. Adjust as necessary to align with Par Healthβs business strategies, emerging risks, and the Internal Audit charter, as approved by the Audit Committee.
- Co-develop the annual risk-based audit plan by utilizing IAβs risk assessment methodology, which includes identifying relevant risks, seeking input from leadership, owning the departmentβs risk assessment model, and generating the annual plan for Audit Committee approval.
- Supports SOX 404 business process and IT activities, including overseeing documentation and testing internal controls over financial reporting (ICFR).
- If applicable, lead/manage an outsourced team in conducting financial, operational, compliance, and IT audits, including audit planning, execution, reviewing audit work papers, and drafting audit reports.
- Responsible for resource management and assisting the audit team in overall audit plan completion.
- Assist with the departmentβs systems and tools, such as software updates, implementations, troubleshooting issues, and guiding the department in best practices.
- Makes recommendations on utilizing data analysis tools and methodologies to improve efficiency and effectiveness for all internal audits, including best practices in data validation to ensure the reliability of results.
- Manages forensic auditing and leads the interview process to investigate suspected criminal law or corporate policy violations, including theft, fraud, embezzlement, conflicts of interest, collusion, kickbacks, and record falsification.
- Identify and clearly define audit issues and root causes, recommend improved internal controls and processes, and ensure corrective action plans are developed and implementedβpresent findings to audit leadership and management.
- Remain current on technology advances; attend/join relevant professional organizations (e.g., IIA, ISACA, ACFE), industry conferences, and round tables.
- Promote a zero-tolerance control environment where fraud or non-compliance is unacceptable and difficult to conceal.
QUALIFICATIONS:
To qualify for this highly visible position, candidates must have:
- BA / BS in Accounting or Finance, MBA preferred.
- CPA or CIA is preferred, and CFE is highly desirable.
- Certification in data analysis software is a plus.
- Experience with data visualizations and the ability to summarize complex data from multiple sources.
- Relentless attention to detail with data integrity validation.
- Experience implementing audit analytics with proven results (e.g., identifying suspected fraud, control recommendations to mitigate identified risk, or resulting in the recovery of funds).
- A minimum of six years of experience includes financial or forensic auditing or other relevant finance function experience.
- Other Skills and Competencies: Working knowledge of ERP systems, COSO, and other data analytic / visualization tools.
- Experience with SAP. Knowledge of SAP data tables and relationships is a plus.

Job Description Summary
A Product Surveillance Specialist is primarily responsible for monitoring the safety, quality and efficacy of products marketed and sold by Par Health (βThe Companyβ). This is accomplished by receiving, capturing and evaluating product feedback reports from the field in accordance with current FDA and global regulations and guidelines. Additionally, they provide technical and clinical information regarding product usage and performance. As a result of these activities, they will frequently develop, preserve and strengthen customer relationships which is a necessary and expected commodity in today's competitive pharmaceutical, biologic and medical device industries. Establish and maintain positive and mutually rewarding relationships with internal customers.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Answer and triage incoming calls via the ACD line. Capture, review and analyze customer usage reports. Follow up on post-market customer usage and field service reports as necessary. Evaluate complaints for potential adverse events which are then forwarded to pharmacovigilance. Collaborate with colleagues globally on reports that are received from outside the US. Conduct trend analyses in order to provide and alert to changing safety and efficacy profiles on regular and ad-hoc basis. Prepare and deliver accurate reports of continuing product performance for Quality and other departments of The Company. Identify potential product performance issues and alert appropriate management personnel when needed. Initiate and coordinate investigations for complaints and support medical inquiries. Comply with relevant global product quality related guidelines, standards and regulations regarding the receipt, review, investigation, and reporting of product usage experiences. Provide oversight of customer usage experiences, field feedback reports, product safety reporting, and professional consultation in matters related to safety, efficacy, and proper product functioning. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in clinical with a healthcare certification required (i.e. RN, RPh, PharmD, Physicianβs Assistant, Nurse Practitioner, Respiratory Therapist, etc.)
Experience:
1. A minimum of five years clinical/practical experience in a relevant clinical environment required.

The Sr. Preconstruction Estimator will have daily involvement in the preconstruction phase of various projects by sourcing and reviewing potential opportunities, preparing budgetary estimates/schedules, and formulating work plans based on conceptual or schematic designs through construction documents. The Sr. Preconstruction Estimator helps develop project GMP by performing quantity take-off, soliciting subcontractor pricing as necessary, and/or applying historical cost data. The Sr. Preconstruction Estimator will be involved with both public and private clients.
Assigned Responsibilities
Client Development
- Promote the growth and development of Client and Designer relationships.
- Maintain positive working relationship with Client and Architect and/or Engineer contacts to facilitate successful project execution.
- Attend Client initiated meetings throughout the preconstruction phase of the project.
- Meet with owners, architects, and other industry related professionals to network and promote the interests of F.H. Paschen.
- Monitor and review potential opportunities via various solicitation websites.
- Prepare preliminary budgets, conceptual estimates and detailed estimates (conceptual, schematic, design development, construction) including quantity take-offs.
- Review documents and provide input regarding general conditions, project phasing and site logistics.
- Create subcontractor/material supplier bid lists. Solicit subcontractor input when necessary.
- Prepare bid packages, obtain bids from subcontractors and material vendors, and analyze bids from subcontractors and material vendors.
- Participate in preconstruction presentations with the Owner (i.e., Design Development estimates or Guaranteed Maximum Price (βGMPβ) booklets, etc.).
- Collaborate with Architects, Engineers, Consultants to identify, track and implement value engineering opportunities to proactively guide the design to optimize cost.
- Have a working knowledge of material unit costs, systems square foot costs and total building square foot costs.
- Research, compile and maintain historical data base for use in future preliminary budgets and pricing
- Identify and qualify new material suppliers and subcontractors and place into subcontractor database.
- Review proposal specifications and drawings to determine scope of work and required contents of estimate.
- Prepare discipline estimates by calculating complete takeoff of scope of work.
- Maintain files of working documents as back up for estimate figures, including current (accurate) information on prices from suppliers through direct contact, sales brochures, price lists, etc.
- Prepare instruction to bidders and other bid solicitation information as required
- Participate with the preconstruction team during the strategy meetings on the approach to the project or estimate.
- Assist in the preparation of preliminary construction schedules and work plans.
- Attend design meetings with Owner, Architect, Engineers, and Consultants
- Participate in the project hand-off meeting between the project Operations team and the preconstruction team.
- Visit on-going projects to verify status of estimate versus project status, meet with the project operations team, view work in place for experience and comparison to the estimate.
- General work hours are 7:30am - 5pm and 5-day work weeks are standard. Note that work hours and workdays may vary (changes, additions, etc.) based on critical work activities and/or required safety supervision.
- Over ten (10) years, experience with preconstruction and estimating preferred.
- Civil and Structural experience in preconstruction and estimating strongly preferred.
- Preferred four (4) year degree in construction or civil engineering.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office to include Outlook, Excel & Word.
- Knowledge of estimating, scheduling and quantity take-off software.
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail required
- OSHA certification preferred.

Position Overview
