Help create some of this year's brand-new shows, attractions and events. Do you have previous experience and are looking to continue using your skills in an amusement park setting? Now is your chance to do just that by becoming a Live Shows Technician with Carowinds Live Entertainment Department.

  • Technicians with audio, lighting, networking and show control backgrounds.
  • Audio Engineers with troubleshooting skills, understanding of signal flow in live mixing; knowledge of QLab playback and show control as well as digital sound consoles such as Mackie and Allen+Heath are a plus.
  • Master Electricians to oversee and maintain designated show rigs and control systems. Must be capable of troubleshooting equipment and software problems at a moment's notice. Knowledge of conventional and moving lighting fixtures, DMX addressing and ETC Consoles are a must. Knowledge of Video Walls, Pixel/LED tape and Power Distro Racks are a plus.Β 
  • Operate a variety of equipment, as assigned, such as golf carts, forklifts, scissor lifts, boom lifts, construction equipment, and motor vehicles.

Job duties for this position include, but are not limited to:

- Comply with all quality, safety and work rules and regulations.

To perform advanced testing in the Echocardiography Laboratory.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

- Performs echocardiography which involves the ability to distinguish various cardiac structures and determine the quality of the tracings obtained.
- Performs advanced tests, such as 2-D and M-mode echocardiograms and Doppler studies.
- Performs daily inspection of equipment and arranges for repairs.
- Trains technicians, residents, and fellows in routing and specialized equipment procedures and in interpreting echocardiography test results.
- Responds to cardiovascular emergencies that occur during testing.
- Sets up and maintains the Echocardiological Laboratory.
- May perform other non-invasive cardiological tests, such as exercise/stress testing, Holter monitoring, stress echo, dobutamine stress echo, and Optison Stress.
- Generate Cardiology reports for review by cardiologists.

We are seeking a Process Optimization Engineer to enhance the efficiency, quality, and safety of our manufacturing processes at our Owensville, MO facility. In this role, you will design, troubleshoot, and optimize processes to reduce waste, boost productivity, and ensure exceptional product quality while leading impactful projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process Development & Optimization: Design and refine manufacturing processes to maximize uptime, minimize waste, and meet customer specifications while considering material properties, equipment capabilities, and operator workflows
  • Continuous Improvement: Lead Lean and Six Sigma initiatives to drive efficiency and enhance product quality; propose and execute projects using PDCA methodology with clear ROI justification
  • Troubleshooting & Problem Solving: Conduct root cause analysis using tools such as Ishikawa diagrams, 5 Whys, and Pareto Analysis; develop corrective actions including A3, 8D, and Supplier Corrective Action Reports (SCAR)
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze process data to identify trends and improvement opportunities; establish data collection methods, train operators, and deliver KPI reports (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly) to support strategic decisions

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in process engineering, manufacturing optimization, or continuous improvement roles
  • Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies
  • Automotive industry experience preferred
  • Familiarity with Core Tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA) is a plus
