The BPO Post-Closing Associate is responsible for processing loan closing packages in accordance with company policies and client requirements. This role ensures accuracy, completeness, and timely handling of post-closing documentation while maintaining strong communication with internal teams and clients.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Opening packages and creating orders in VSI internal systems.
- upload original signed closing package documents into internal systems for processing, retention, and client accessibility.
- Complete required tasks within VSI internal applications and client systems accurately and timely.
- Review returned loan documents for completeness and accuracy; upload and file documents accordingly.
- Maintain open and effective communication with customers and internal department members to ensure timely and accurate processing.
- Review deed and mortgage documents to ensure recordable documents are present for Quality Control and Auditing.
- Copy, scan, and retain completed package documents for internal records and client access.
- Shipping Collateral Docs out to Lenders.
- Consistently meet or exceed established production standards, performance metrics, and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Prepare completed loan packages for overnight delivery to lenders following established delivery and shipping procedures.
Additional Responsibilities
- Provide backup support to other department functions as needed to maintain workflow continuity.
- Perform additional duties as assigned, including mandatory overtime when required.
Education and Experience

SCHEDULE:
- Day Shift hours start between 6:45am-7:00am and end between 5:25pm-5:40pm

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Operate small industrial vehicles including but not limited to- stand up forklift, sit down forklift, vna (very narrow aisle) forklift, cherry picker, tugger, reach truck, small box truck, or pallet jack as needed
- Assist in the management and distribution of goods within BMWβs logistics system
- Move and transport parts and pallets from incoming trucks and stack them in assigned locations, including racks that are up to 30 ft. high
- Use a cherry picker forklift or reach truck to move and transport large items on warehouse shelves
- Responsible for scanning, picking, sequencing, inspecting, transporting and moving parts within the plant to ensure the production line has the correct parts in a timely manner

About the Role
Kolon TissueGene, Inc. is seeking an Associate Director, Clinical Quality Assurance responsible for maintaining the Quality Management System and other programs to support Clinical Operations and commercialization of biopharmaceutical products. This role will ensure that all Clinical QA details are managed efficiently and exhibit continuous improvement.
Reporting to the Head of Quality Assurance, this role will support Inspection Readiness, regulatory Inspections, Quality policies and procedures. The Associate Director, Quality Assurance will work with Clinical Operations and Regulatory Affairs to ensure adherence to KTG policies, programs, and procedures in support of commercialization. A fundamental measure of success for the position will be a successful BLA Approval Inspection and launch of commercialized drug products.

Key Responsibilities
Quality Systems Leadership
