What we're looking for:

Boeing Test and Evaluation (BT&E) is seeking multiple Machinist Assemblers Precision to join our Machinist departments in either Seattle, WA or Tukwila, WA.
Machinists in this position participate in the design, fabrication and assembly of various production and research projects. Using a variety of precision machines (e.g., lathes, grinders, EDM, CNC and milling machines) to support aircraft engineering and production groups.
Position Responsibilities:
- Perform bench work (e.g., drilling, honing, tapping, reaming) on production and experimental parts, as required
- Assemble parts using rivets and bolts with correct tools such as rivet squeeze, lock bolt puller, rivet gun and bucking bar, power screwdriver, or ratchet per engineering requirements
- Lay-out, plan and sequence machining operation
- Analyze and interpret drawings, sketches, blueprints and verbal instructions to determine work to be performed on detailed precision parts (e.g., aircraft castings, fixtures, tools, shop aids)
- Use shop math, geometry and/or trig to calculate dimensions
- Determine/obtain raw material to be used (e.g., brass, aluminum, steel, composites, and wood) for machining or fabrication per drawing or customer requirements
- Set up operate and adjust all common machine tools (e.g., lathe, mill, bridgeport, electrical discharge machine (EDM), drill press) to accomplish work on precision assemblies
- Select machine to be used in machining process

- Assemble, fit, check, test of developmental machine parts and assemblies to customer specification
- Troubleshoot and test precision assemblies with working groups (e.g., engineering, production, inspection, manufacturing resource & development (MRD)) to resolve tooling/production problems
- Handle and dispose of hazardous materials (e.g., coolants, solvents) in approved manner (per Material Safety Data Sheets) using personal protective equipment, as required
- Maintain personal tool certifications, as required
- Ability to use computers and knowledge and ability to use MSWord, Excel, Outlook, etc.

The Senior National Sales Training Manager Precision Oncology & Pathology (SNTM - Oncology) will have a primary focus on building content, including assessing and revising current curriculum for precision oncology and pathology, building out new curriculum for product launches, and developing ongoing curriculum to ensure the field sales team is clinically up to date and prepared to address current market conditions/competitors.
This position reports to the Executive Director, Sales Training & Development and leads Oncology training for the Commercial organization. The Senior National Training Manager β Oncology will lead the development of new training curriculum pathways and the significant upskilling of Questβs commercial team in the Oncology space. The SNTM β Oncology will also lead all new hire STAGE training curriculum development and delivery.
This SNTM position will serve as an integral member of the Oncology commercial leadership team and will consult with the franchise to determine knowledge and skill needs for selling into the Oncology marketplace. Position Summary
This position is responsible for executing compound development projects as a part of the Technology R&D Materials organization. The position is located at the Indianapolis Technology Center.
Nature & Scope
Reporting to the Polymer and Compounding Manager, this position is responsible for leading compound development projects and is accountable for communication and delivery of results to the broader Technology team. The R&D Materials Senior Engineer will apply a systematic and designed experimental approach to develop new polymeric compounds and evaluate changes in material performance prior to commercial scale-up in our manufacturing plants.
Specific Job Duties
- Leads or supports cross-functional project teams in production-scale compounding and prototype processing trials within the applicable Prysmian manufacturing facility associated with compound development projects.
- Drives cost reduction and enhanced performance compound development from bench scale to commercialization.
- Investigates and applies new polymer and additive technologies from a variety of suppliers.
- Leverages polymers and materials experience to identify and execute projects which improve compound/cable Sustainability and carbon footprint.
- Works to tight deadlines as well as contributing to longer term R&D projects.
- Coordinates laboratory experiments through Technical Service Requests.
- Works independently and provides guidance to R&D Materials laboratory technicians in order to complete project tasks.
- Creates and modifies compound specifications (including relevant raw material codes in HFA and SAP) to support the production of new or existing compounds
- Prepares informative and accurate technical reports.
- Updates and maintains records/database on compound changes or modifications.

Education
