Responsibilities

PURPOSE OF POSITION: Providing administrative s upport for the operations of our vehicle repair shop. This position is critical to ensuring an efficient workflow by managing work orders, tracking vehicle repairs, and serving as the primary point of contact for shop-related needs. By minimizing distractions to technicians and maintaining accurate records, the Vehicle Shop Administrator contributes to the overall success and productivity of the shop.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work Orders and Documentation:
- Write and manage detailed work orders for all vehicles and equipment entering the shop.
- Ensure repair notes and parts information are thorough, accurate , and up to date.
- Track and monitor vehicle repair costs, status reports, and downtime using fleet management software.
- Customer and Team Support:
- Serve as the first line of communication for repair needs, assisting staff, vendors, and other stakeholders entering the shop.
- Act as the customer-facing representative, ensuring technicians remain focused on tasks without interruptions.
- Gather information on repair needs and assign tasks to the appropriate technician .
- Inventory and Purchasing:

- Operational Support:

QUALIFICATIONS:

The Procurement Agent & Fleet Administrator is responsible for managing the companyβs vehicle fleet while overseeing procurement activities related to vehicles, parts, services, and fleet-related supplies. SUMMARY
The Director, Fleet & Facilities, is responsible for the strategic leadership and operational excellence of both the companyβs fleet and facilities. This role places a strong emphasis on capital management, cost-effective repair and maintenance, and exceptional internal customer service. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Fleet Management
- Lead capital planning for fleet assets, including acquisition, replacement, and disposal strategies to optimize value and reduce total cost of ownership.
- Develop and enforce policies for cost-efficient fleet usage, fueling, maintenance, and regulatory compliance.

Registration & Licensing
- Manage IRP registrations and renewals for all applicable fleet vehicles.
- Ensure timely renewal of license plates, permits, and operating credentials.

- Obtain registrations for new FE/FM owned vehicles and IRP vehicles
Claims & Incident Management

The Fleet Service Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the daily maintenance, repair coordination, and overall condition management of the companyβs vehicle fleet. This role will provide comprehensive oversight of the agency's vehicle fleet to ensure safety, compliance, reliability, and costeffective operations. WHAT YOU WILL DO:

VP, PORTFOLIO MANAGER, REAL ESTATE DEBT
The VP, Portfolio Manager, Real Estate Debt will play a critical role in assisting the Senior Portfolio Manager (βSPMβ) in management of all aspects of the principal debt funds. This includes working with the SPM to analyze prospective new loans, products, and markets as well as plan for strategic positioning of the portfolio. This senior position will collaborate with the other members of the real estate debt team, including production, accounting and transactions, to ensure the SPMβs portfolio and investment objectives are achieved.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Servicing and Workouts
- Identify and review impaired loans and lead in the negotiations for necessary restructuring with the approval and oversight of the SPM.
- Coordinate the foreclosure and deed in lieu process with the Borrower, legal counsel and internal departments.
- Manage the internal approval and documentation process for any debt restructurings
- Supervise servicing of all loans in the two principal funds, and any debt separate accounts.
- Administer all construction and land loans by approving draws, change orders, CC&Rs, easements, and partial release requests.
- With the SPM, assist accounting and compliance to resolve all audit requests and action items.
Fund Management
- Join Client Services and SPM in client & consultant calls.
- Assist SPM in maintaining the 12-month cash flow projections to track cash available for new investments.
- Assist with training and supervision of analysts and loan production staff.
Loan Production
- Provide input to the SPM on new potential loan transactions related to underwriting, structure and pricing.
- Assist the SPM in managing the underwriting and credit memo process for recommending new lending proposals to credit committee.
Loan Closing
- Assist the SPM in managing the legal aspects of a loan closing by negotiating the loan documents, signing documents for the funds, and determining needed post-close conditions. Work closely with the transactions team and accounting.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelorβs degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field. MBA preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in commercial real estate, investment banking, private equity, or asset management.
- Expertise in loan workouts and debt restructuring.

This is a hybrid position (in office/remote). We offer a telecommute option to work once a week from the office, with a minimum of 6 times per month at the office, and the remainder of the time to work from home. - Deep exposure to institutional-grade commercial mortgage loans
