Position Summary

The Long-Term Service Agreement (LTSA) Program Manager is responsible for managing customer service contracts throughout their lifecycle to ensure contractual compliance, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence. This role serves as the primary liaison between Hanwha Power Systems Americas and its LTSA customers, with a strong focus on service interval scheduling, performance and KPI reporting, and overall customer relationship management.

The Program Manager ensures that contractual obligations are executed accurately and on time while providing customers with transparent reporting and proactive communication regarding service activities, equipment performance, and long-term maintenance planning.


Key Responsibilities

Program & Contract Management

  • Manage assigned LTSA contracts from execution through renewal or closeout.
  • Ensure all contractual service scope, milestones, and deliverables are fulfilled in accordance with LTSA terms.
  • Track contract KPIs, obligations, and service entitlements and generate periodic reports.

Service Scheduling & Coordination

  • Develop, maintain, and manage long-term service interval schedules in coordination with Field Service, Engineering, Parts, and Operations teams.
  • Proactively adjust schedules based on operational conditions, customer needs, and asset performance.
  • Ensure timely planning and execution of outages, inspections, overhauls, and preventive maintenance activities.

Reporting & Data Management

  • Generate and distribute routine and ad-hoc reports related to LTSA performance, service execution, cost tracking, and asset reliability.
  • Maintain accurate program documentation, service records, and performance metrics.
  • Present program status, risks, and improvement opportunities to internal stakeholders and customers.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for LTSA customers.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships through regular communication, meetings, and performance reviews.
  • Address customer concerns, coordinate issue resolution, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Support contract renewals, amendments, and commercial discussions in partnership with Sales and Leadership.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Coordinate closely with Sales, Field Service, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Finance to ensure seamless service execution.
  • Participate in internal program review meetings and continuous improvement initiatives.

Risk & Performance Management

  • Identify program risks, service gaps, and performance deviations.
  • Develop mitigation plans and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
  • Support root cause analysis and lessons-learned processes.


Qualifications

  • Education & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Project Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of experience in program management, service contract management, or industrial service operations.
  • Experience in power generation, turbomachinery, energy, or heavy industrial services strongly preferred.

We are looking for a skilled Manual Machinist to join our team. As a Manual Machinist for IPS, you will identify problems and make necessary adjustments as they relate to industrial AC/DC electric motors and generators. You will use a variety of manual machine tools and balancing equipment for rotating machinery, while following service center safety procedures. You will need to have excellent attention to detail and an ability to work from drawings, sketches, and blueprints.   • Operate conventional manual machining tools including engine lathes, horizontal lathes, milling machines, grinders, drilling machines, and related equipment
  • Safely use overhead, gantry cranes, and lift trucks, and associated lift rigging
  • Perform mechanical measurements using portable mechanical instruments such as dial indicators, micrometers, and portable vibration measurement equipment
  • Machine and fabricate parts using engine lathes, grinders and drill presses
  • Draw accurate prints for parts needing to be fabricated

Job Summary

The Inventory Control Specialist at Hanwha Power Systems Americas is responsible for the oversight of mission-critical turbomachinery parts and equipment. Key Responsibilities


  • Part Stocking & Logistics Support
  • Coordinate the arrival and storage of critical spare parts at our Houston Service facility.
  • Validate received materials against shipping documents (BOL) for accuracy in item counts and quality.
  • Maintain accurate reporting of inventory levels and generate requisitions for replenishment of stock.


Shipment Preparation & Fulfillment

  • Oversee the packing and labeling of high-precision turbomachinery components for safe transport.
  • Schedule and dispatch LTL and general shipping carriers (Fed-Ex/UPS) for on-time delivery to customer sites.
  • Ensure all fulfillment activities adhere to strict safety and quality standards.


Inventory Control & Auditing

  • Perform regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits to reconcile digital records with actual stock.
  • Utilize ERP systems (such as SAP or Oracle) to track real-time stock inflows and outflows.
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies between system data and physical stock to minimize shrinkage.
  • Report Generation & Data Analysis
  • Generate regular inventory reports for management, highlighting stock turnover, trends, and aging inventory.
  • Develop and present KPIs such as order fulfillment rates and cost of goods sold (COGS).
  • Provide data-driven recommendations to procurement for reorder points and stocking strategies.


Qualifications & Requirements

  • Education: High school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics or Business preferred.
  • Experience: 1–3+ years of experience in inventory control, warehousing, or logistics, ideally within the energy or manufacturing sectors.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite) and advanced Microsoft Excel.
  • Soft Skills: High attention to detail, strong analytical problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills.
  • Physical: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift/handle heavy boxes or equipment as required in a warehouse environment.
  • Wooden crating and boxing experience is a plus.

The position of Senior Project Manager is responsible for the overall coordination of assigned construction projects and ensures timely and profitable completion in a professional manner. Key Responsibilities

  • Review or prepare cost-plus, design-build, and construction management contracts and route for approvals per policy prior to submission to Project Executive for his signature.
  • Participate in preparing estimates on jobs to be bid and assist estimator in the preparation of estimate summaries on all projects assigned to him.
  • Review contract documents with superintendent, including how project was estimated, code breakdowns, and critical scheduling dates.
  • Work with the municipalities in determining the special conditions and requirements of the project, such as permits, bonds, and other special items.

  • Review and approve all subcontractor’s invoices and vendor invoices after they have been approved by the project superintendent.
  • Coordinates with the project superintendent to ensure projects are properly manned to meet schedules and budgets.
  • Approve and forward submittals according to schedules for all shop drawings and material samples.
  • Refer all legal problems concerning projects through the Project Executive to the corporate attorney.
  • Advise the V.P. and Project Executive of availability for reassignment of equipment no longer required on projects.
  • Approve and resolve all back charges and change orders to the project. Prepare all charge order requests for architect’s approval.
  • At the close of the job, review project with owner and receive letter of recommendation. Refer to close out list, and post-mortem expeditiously.


Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in construction management, architecture, or engineering.
  • 5-8 years of commercial construction industry practices, procedures, and market trends experience and knowledge
  • Proficiency in Accounting Software & Reports (Jonas)
