The Production Supervisor serves as a vital member of the manufacturing operations site leadership team reporting directly to the Plant Manager. This position will be responsible for leading Manufacturing functions for a hydraulic assembly operations plant. The chosen candidate will effectively direct and lead all aspects of manufacturing operations as well as provide critical support to continuously improve Quality in our manufacturing processes. This person must possess a “continuous improvement” mindset and be a champion of LEAN efforts throughout the facility. Key Responsibilities & Duties:

· Utilize data driven processes to achieve key performance goals that meet or exceed manufacturing requirements and increase customer satisfaction. Follow world-class operational standards for measuring and communicating visual metrics related to Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, Inventory, etc.

· Work with plant direct and indirect labor to manage daily operations and consistently apply practices and enforce policies.

· Working with the Quality organization, manage the corrective action process. This is achieved through utilization of 8D/A3 problem solving, and customer audits. Achieve Cost Reduction through championing data-drive decisions and utilization of Lean and Six-Sigma problem-solving techniques.

· Must take ownership and accountability for improving safety throughout the operation and support the organization’s overall HSSE mission

· Drive continuous improvement processes by utilizing CMOS techniques to increase output and lower costs in manufacturing/assembly areas.

· Support and ensure ISO 9001 processes and procedures are maintained and coordinates preventative measures to enhance system capability. Provide leadership for problem resolution and use formalized root-cause problem solving approaches (5-Why, 4-Block, 8D, etc.) to effectively define problems and drive to solutions.

Your Role: The Plant Manager for our Weasler Engineering-West Bend WI, will be responsible for executing company objectives, accelerating operational achievement of standard for manufacturing and operational capabilities. ABOUT THE POSITION

The Operational Excellence Leader at our manufacturing site in Parsons, Kansas, plays a critical role in driving the Power Flame Inc Lean Systems throughout the organization. Our ideal Staff Attorney is a goal-driven, detail-oriented, problem solver who is committed to working collaboratively and respectfully with organizers and members to develop shared strategies that support worker power.   • Represent a small volume of non-US citizens in deportation defense, or affirmative applications for immigration relief (case selection driven by organizing and campaign priorities) 
  • Provide remote and in-person immigration consultations and screenings to immigrant workers, tenants, and community members 
  • Assist with the organization and coordination of both in-person and remote legal clinics, including family preparedness clinics 
  • Develop and conduct know-your-rights trainings for immigrants, tenants, workers, and small business owners 
  • Conduct legal and policy research to support strategic campaign development
  • Serve as policy expert in support of organizing and advocacy to advance immigrant, worker, and tenant rights at the local, state, and federal level
  • Researching and staying abreast of developments in both employment/labor and immigration law
  • Represent workers and worker organizations in administrative complaints before federal labor agencies
  • Conduct legal and factual research to develop litigation and work with local and regional partners to develop strategic litigation as the need arises 
  • Draft Freedom of Information and Public Records Act requests and litigate inadequate responses
  • Provide technical assistance to community groups, organizers, and advocates
  • Develop and grow a network of government, private and legal aid legal resources to support workers throughout the Sunbelt, including: a) private attorneys,; b) pro bono attorneys; c) legal aid attorneys; and d) law school clinics
  • Maintain and strengthen collaborative working relationships with national, regional, and local advocacy organizations
  • Assist with mentorship of staff (depending on experience level), general administrative tasks, and grant reporting as appropriate
