Qualifications You qualify for the GL-5 grade level if you possess one of the following: Experience: One (1) year of general work experience that demonstrates the ability to take charge, make sound decisions, and maintain composure in stressful situations; to learn regulations, methods, and techniques through classroom training and/or on-the-job instruction; and the ability to gather concise information through questioning, observation, and examination of documents and records; A bachelor's degree or successful completion of a full four-year course of study in any field leading to a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university; A combination of general work experience AND successfully completed college education.

You qualify for the GL-7 grade level if you possess one of the following: Experience: One year of specialized work experience that shows you have the skills necessary to: Make sound judgments and decisions in the use of firearms.

Position Title: Entry Level Retention Support
Location: Scottsdale, AZ (In Office)
Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Entry Level Retention Support professional to manage inbound cancellation requests, retain merchant relationships, and drive revenue through strategic save efforts and upselling opportunities. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a performance-driven environment and is motivated by uncapped earning potential.
This individual will also play a key role in refining retention processes and may have the opportunity to help build and scale the retention function over time.
Compensation
- $17/hr base pay plus uncapped commission structure - Average total earnings of $100,000+ annually - bi weekly pay and commissions paid monthly
Compensation is heavily performance-driven, with multiple commission streams tied to saves, early termination collections, re-signs, and installations.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle live transfer calls from merchants requesting to cancel service
- Retain accounts by addressing concerns, offering revised pricing, resolving service issues, and presenting equipment upgrades
- Identify upsell opportunities to new pricing structures
- Manage approximately 50 calls per day
- Work service tickets and re-engage previous clients when not on calls
- Assist in developing and implementing retention processes
- Contribute to building and scaling the retention department
Qualifications Required:
- Strong motivation to earn commission-based income
- Sales or collections experience
- Ability to confidently manage high-volume, high-pressure phone conversations
- Self-starter with a competitive and resilient mindset
Schedule:
- Monday–Friday 8am to 5pm
- 1-hour unpaid lunch

- 0–2 years of construction, technician, or trade experience (data center experience is a plus)
- U.S. citizenship or naturalized citizen, 18+ years old
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Able to pass a background check and drug screen
- Comfortable working at heights, around noise, and in temperatures from 0–100°F+
- Physically able to lift 50 lbs and stay on your feet most of the day
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and good communication skills

Support Capital Projects as an integral team member in providing analysis to support optimized layout, flow, machine cycle, and staffing for new equipment and processes.

WHAT WILL YOU BRING
Demonstrated experience in leading a team or project group by setting clear goals, delegating tasks effectively, providing regular feedback/coaching, leading by example, and fostering a positive work environment. Military service (Junior Military Officer or Senior Non-Commission Officer) a plus.
Minimum of 1 to 3 years of industrial, manufacturing, maintenance, engineering, project, or related technical experience. For Entry Level, this can include internship, Co-op, apprentices, military service, or similar programs.
BS in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent technical major is preferred.
Ability to influence and negotiate with others both in verbal and written forms.
