Summer Graphic Design Intern (Hybrid – NYC)
We’re looking for a talented and detail-oriented Graphic Design Intern to join our team at PopUp Bagels this summer for our 10-week internship program. This role is ideal for a junior or senior currently pursuing a degree in graphic design who is eager to gain hands-on experience working on real projects in a fast-paced creative environment.
This is a hybrid role based in New York City, with a mix of in-office collaboration and remote work.

What You’ll Do
- Support the Creative Director with a variety of print and digital design projects
- Create and update assets for marketing campaigns, social media, websites, and printed materials
- Assist with production design and preparing files for print
- Maintain brand consistency across all creative work
- Help organize and manage design files and creative assets
- Collaborate with internal teams to bring creative ideas to life
- Participate in brainstorming and creative development sessions
- General Internship Program Expectations:
- Attend intern onboarding sessions, weekly departmental check-ins, and end-of-program presentations
- Demonstrate ownership, curiosity, and professionalism while managing deadlines and deliverables.
- Communicate progress and ask questions proactively to ensure alignment and learning.
What We’re Looking For

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)

Job Summary
The Sustainability Event Planner & Outreach Coordinator is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing sustainabilityfocused events and outreach initiatives for Campus Services. This role schedules and manages events in the Community Garden, supports zerowaste event practices across the unit, coordinates outreach activities, and oversees student staff assisting with event execution. POSITION SUMMARY
The Store Director is the key leader responsible for overseeing daily operations, driving revenue
growth, and fostering a culture of teamwork and excellence in a dynamic multi-story retail &
showroom experience. This role involves strategic planning, team leadership, client relationship
management, and ensuring the store aligns with brand standards to achieve sales targets and
profitability.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement new and diverse sales strategies to drive revenue and nurture

QUALIFICATIONS
- 5-10+ years of progressive experience in luxury retail, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role such as Store Manager or Director, ideally in home goods, furniture, or lifestyle brands
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving KPIs in a competitive city
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels, including high-net-worth clients
- Knowledge of luxury home retail trends, visual merchandising, and operational retail systems
- Ability to manage and grow business areas such as interiors, art and hospitality; and

What you will be doing:

POSITION PROFILE
Oversee all kitchen operations, managing staff, creating menus, and controlling the budget. Key duties involve ensuring food quality and safety, managing inventory and food costs, hiring and training staff, and maintaining kitchen standards. This role requires strong leadership, creativity, and business acumen to manage the culinary vision and daily operations of a kitchen
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILTIES
- Kitchen Management: Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, enforce food safety and sanitation standards, and maintain a clean and organized environment.
- Menu and Culinary Development: Design menus and create new dishes, ensuring quality and consistency in presentation and taste. Stay updated on culinary trends to innovate the menu.
- Staff Management: Hire, train, schedule, and manage all kitchen staff, including line cooks, sous chefs, and assistants. Foster a positive and productive work environment.
- Financial Management: Manage the kitchen budget, control food costs, oversee inventory, and place orders for food and supplies.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
- Leadership: Strong leadership and communication skills to manage and motivate staff.
- Creativity: Culinary innovation and creativity in menu planning and dish development.
- Business Acumen: Strong organizational and time management skills, with knowledge of budgeting and cost control.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in food safety and sanitation regulations. Experience in food preparation is still often required, even for a managerial role.
- Experience: Proven experience in kitchen management and culinary arts is essential.
