Provides perioperative patient care, specifically in the intraoperative phase, in both the scrub and circulating roles according to established guidelines. Serves the population from neonate, infant, pediatric, adolescent, adult and geriatric. This position will be full-time exempt and paid a weekly salary to provide on-call coverage weeknights M-F, starting at 1800 each evening and ending at 0700 the next morning. A commitment to work one 10-hour shift a pay period M-F between the hours of 0600 and 1800 will be in place at the discretion of the facilitator/manager.

Possession of a current or compact state license as a Registered Nurse issued/defined by the State of Iowa. Operating Room experience preferred. Role Opportunity:
We are looking for a Senior Interior Designer to help shape what Kiln looks and feels like as we grow. This role sits at the intersection of space design, workplace design, and experience design. You will help create environments that influence how people work, connect, and move through a space.
You will work closely with our Creative Director as part of a small, in-house design team responsible for bringing new Kiln locations to life. From early concepts through final installation, your work will contribute to thoughtfully designed environments that support productivity, community, and hospitality. Your work will directly influence spaces experienced by thousands of members every day.
The Role:
This is both a technical and creative role for a designer who is equally comfortable producing detailed drawing packages and developing design concepts.
You will contribute to the space design, workplace design, and experience design of new Kiln locations while helping evolve the design language of the brand.
This includes space planning, test-fitting new sites, collaborating with architectural partners, and helping deliver environments that feel cohesive, layered, and intentional.
You will also participate in the development of The Kiln Series — our proprietary furniture and componentry line, which is a key part of Kiln’s long-term design strategy.

Experience and Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in commercial interior design, workplace design, or hospitality environments
- A design sensibility that is layered, eclectic, and experience-driven rather than purely neutral or corporate
- Portfolio required demonstrating thoughtful commercial interior design work (hospitality experience highly valued)
- College graduate with a four-year degree preferred, but not required
- Highly proficient in CAD software, preferably Vectorworks
- Experience with space planning, commercial workplace design, and interior documentation
- Experience with rendering, visualization, and hand sketching for presentations
- Proficiency with Adobe Suite, Google Suite, Slack, and Asana, and comfort learning new SaaS platforms
- Understanding of ADA and commercial office code requirements

Work Responsibilities:

Position Summary: The Application Analyst III is responsible for working with assigned internal clients to assist them in achieving their business objectives. The Analyst will drive results through the effective development and support of key business applications such as Client Signature and other commercial banking technology applications, including Sageworks Abrigo, CML and LaserPro. The Application Analyst will work with vendors to integrate and support third-party solutions. Key responsibilities include managing in-house applications, writing specs for new application needs, implementing applications, and supporting and testing existing applications for various issues and updates. The Application Analyst III leads others in the design, configuration, build, and daily support of these solutions and actively engages with business partners to solve business problems. A strong passion to continuously improve the user experience and enterprise efficiency is required, as this role will work to turn ideas into deliverables and valuable business solutions.
Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities:
Support and Manage Current Applications
- Demonstrate broad expertise in appropriate software applications used and supported by the organization. This position supports primarily Commercial Lending Applications such as Abrigo, Laser Pro and CML. An understanding of commercial systems such as Client Signature
- Knowledge of API implementation and third-party integration best practices is an important aspect of the role.
- Continually build product knowledge of existing product features and product requirements.
- Manage, coordinate, and provide consultative support to the day-to-day functioning of business line clients.
- Provide superior customer service to external/internal clients, including response to incidents, proactively notifying customers of issues, assessing and communicating business impact, and identifying root causes.
- Lead monitoring and testing of new releases and systems, as well as changes and fixes to existing systems, to ensure effective implementation.
- Analyzes system logic and uses evaluative judgment to make recommendations and implement enhancements or fixes.
- Communicate and address complex application problems/issues and planned resolution to key stakeholders, including management, development teams, end users and unit leaders.
- Clearly communicate complex technical solutions in a manner that is understandable to internal customers and other partners.
- Must be able to understand, generate, and amend technical documentation in addition to completing formal process documentation.
Facilitate enhancements in line with changing business needs
- Create and foster partnerships with internal stakeholders to develop a solid knowledge base of the business, including needs and opportunities specifically related to application/IT platform solutions.
- Formulate and define scope and objectives for changes through research and fact-finding combined with an understanding of business systems and industry standards; documents requirements.
- Research and review new or upgraded application functionality with business partners to help them prepare appropriate training and procedures updates.
- Develop and cultivate relationships with vendors and external industry contacts; work closely with vendors to ensure third party applications operate as documented.
- Provide intermediate to complex analysis, supporting the planning and implementation of systems and upgrades, and process changes.

- Prepare documentation of changes for SOX, internal and external auditors, and other regulatory agencies, as needed.

Qualifications:
- 5-6 + years of experience with Commercial Loan Origination Systems.
- Expert-level knowledge of Abrigo and Laser Pro preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in computer information systems, Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
- Professional experience developing, maintaining and supporting banking and financial systems.
- Understanding of the Software Development Lifecyle (SDLC) and Agile best practices.
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects/tasks.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to technical and non-technical audiences of various levels in the organization.
- Ability to travel and stay overnight as needed.

ABOUT THE POSITION
The Saenger Theatre, an ATG Entertainment venue, located in New Orleans is seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Box Office to join our leadership team. Reporting to the General Manager, this individual will oversee all aspects of box office operations and strategy, ensuring efficient processes, accurate event builds, and top-tier customer service. The Director of Box Office plays a critical role in executing ticketing builds, driving sales, and collaborating with both internal teams and external partners to ensure a seamless experience for patrons and promoters alike.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead day-to-day box office and ticketing operations with a focus on accuracy, efficiency, and exceptional customer service.
- Manage and mentor one full-time Box Office Manager and a team of part-time ticket sellers to foster a high-performance, guest-focused culture.
- Issue Event Audits and Ticketing Settlement Reports for all music, comedy, entertainment (MCE) events and serve as the primary ticketing liaison between the venue and Broadway Across America (BAA).
- Execute timely and accurate event builds, including seating manifests, scaling maps, audits, holds/kills, discounts, presales, and dynamic pricing.
- Adapt quickly to last-minute event changes and ticketing build adjustments, ensuring accuracy and timely updates in collaboration with internal teams, promoters, and ATG Central Ticketing.
- Oversee ticket inventory management, including general availability, premium seating, and house/promoter/artist holds.
- Ensure all customer-facing ticketing information is accurate and up to date across digital and physical platforms.
- Serve as the primary liaison with ATG’s Central Ticketing Team to coordinate builds, sales strategies, and technical needs.
- Collaborate with the General Manager and the Marketing department to develop and monitor ticket sales goals, revenue targets, and KPIs.
- Analyze sales trends and reporting to identify sales opportunities and operational improvements; share insights with leadership.
- Resolve customer service issues involving patrons, promoters, or artists with professionalism and care.
- Support Front of House teams with ticketing-related guidance to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Collaborate across departments including General Management, Production, Facilities, and Food & Beverage to support event success.

EXPERIENCE and SKILLS
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in the live entertainment or ticketing industry, including supervising box office staff and managing ticketing operations.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate teams while delivering high-quality service in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Brings confidence and clarity to decision-making, issue resolution, and representing the box office across departments, clients, promoter teams, and customers.

Responsibilities
Plan & Develop
- Lead permitting and regulatory approval processes for customer sites.
- Coordinate with AE firms and engineers to design layouts, infrastructure, and system integration plans.
- Develop site plans and training procedures for site operations and maintenance.
- Support business development by identifying opportunities during planning to deepen customer partnerships.
Execute
- Manage deployment activities end-to-end, from permitting through construction, installation, and commissioning.
- Oversee contractors, vendors, and site partners to ensure scope, schedule, and budget targets are met.
- Identify risks early and implement mitigation strategies to avoid project delays or cost impacts.
- Travel frequently to customer sites to oversee execution and resolve challenges.
