The Senior Major Gifts Officer (Senior MGO) position is a full-time, exempt role that will have an opportunity to make a tremendous impact on a committed and dynamic fundraising team. Requirements:

In this role, you will partner closely with attorneys to provide key legal support throughout the entire litigation process. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist attorneys throughout the entire litigation process, including handling incoming document discovery and conducting research.
- Organize and manage all documents and client files, thoroughly tracking all depositions and filing deadlines.
- Prepare draft pleadings and other legal correspondence, while also overseeing all incoming documents to ensure matters are addressed promptly.
- Support attorneys with filing, docketing, and handling proceedings before the USPTO.
- Assist in preparing for and attending depositions, hearings, and trials.

What We're Looking For:
- Experienced. You have at least two (2) or more years of intellectual property litigation experience. An Associate or Bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Tech-savvy. You have strong working knowledge and ability to operate on a range of software systems including Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe, and document and file management systems.
- Proactive. You bring your A-game every day and can work independently to prioritize a busy workload in a dynamic, deadline-intensive environment.
