The Cable Technician is responsible for installation and documentation of new and/or updated Inside Plant cable infrastructure to include conduit, cable trays, copper, coax, fiber and all associated elements in the Pentagon, Mark Center & buildings within the National Capital Region (NCR).


Responsibilities Include:



  • Analyzes, administers, and maintains telecommunications and network cabling infrastructure.
  • Responsible for tasks assigned by Coordinators in connection with service orders and repair activities related to Category 6 cabling, Voice over IP networks (VOIP), and fiber optic cabling infrastructure.
  • Installs, maintains and repairs voice and data communications systems.
  • Interprets service orders, circuit diagrams, and electrical schematics.
  • Tests, locates, installs, and repairs cabling infrastructure associated with trouble calls, and performs routine maintenance.
  • Verifies work order information and receipt of all necessary equipment and information.
  • Verifies service by testing installed cabling, identifying, correcting, or escalating problems.
  • Well versed in the use of network cabling test equipment including network testers, copper cable testers, fiber OTDRs and fiber power meters.

What you'll be doing:

Warehouse material handlers' essential duties are to perform various tasks in the warehouse such as but not limited to:

  • Inbound: Unload trucks, trailers, containers of freight, counting products, compare to manifest to check all shipments for damage, infestation, or production code dates. Material handlers must report shortages, damages, and mis-shipments on appropriate forms. Also be able to sign for inbound shipments when necessary. All inbound shipments are moved safely to storage locations to be efficiently stacked as store merchandise.
  • Order Picking: Ensure that the correct product number, quantity and type (lot, batch, serial number) of product are picked. Transport orders to shipping locations or delivery platforms with material handling equipment such as but not limited to fork trucks, cherry pickers, or pallet jacks. Materials handlers must be able to label, stencil, tag, mark orders, band, bundle, wrap, over-pack, and palletize as required.
  • Outbound: Compare quantity, labeling and address with order to ensure outgoing shipments are complete and correct. Assign signature for outbound as necessary. Efficiently move products, cartons and or pallets into trailers, rail cars or containers.
  • Equipment: Maintain equipment in a neat, clean and orderly fashion. Operate equipment safely and efficiently. Comply with company standards and OSHA requirements.
  • Inventory: Keep accurate records and reports. Assist in physical inventories and cycle counts. Ensure proper stock rotation. May key inventory adjustments in computer.
  • Other Duties: Repack or re-box cases per customer instructions. Repair and consolidate damaged goods as required. Operate shrink-wrap machine. Charge forklift battery as needed; stack and or separate good from bad pallets when necessary; clean railcars, trailers, and truck docks, bays as requested.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

A licensed Respiratory Care Practitioner is responsible for the performance of diagnostic testing and the administration of prescribed respiratory therapy procedures and medications and related life support measures to patients with deficiencies, abnormalities, and diseases of the cardiopulmonary system. The Respiratory Care Practitioner assesses patient condition, reviews medical history, and documents patient progress and response to treatment according to hospital department and accrediting organizations standards. The Respiratory Care Practitioner is aware of and applies research-based current clinical practices for patient care. Contacts physician regarding patient status, to clarify orders, makes recommendations for therapy, and recognizes when contraindications are present.
