Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of Salesforce projects from initiation through deployment and post-go-live support.
• Define project scope, milestones, and deliverables aligned with government timelines and funding cycles.
• Manage project budgets, resource allocations, and risk registers in accordance with PMO or agency standards.
• Implement effective change control and governance to ensure compliance with contracts and SOWs.
• Serve as the primary liaison between government clients, technical teams, and executive sponsors.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops, requirement sessions, and steering committee meetings.
• Manage implementation of Salesforce Public Sector Solutions (PSS), Experience Cloud, and related modules.
• Ensure compliance with public-sector frameworks including FedRAMP, NIST, CJIS, or StateRAMP.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and process mapping sessions across multiple agencies or departments.
• Elicit, document, and validate functional and non-functional requirements for Salesforce Public Sector Solutions (PSS), Experience Cloud portals, and case management systems.
• Translate complex public-sector policies and procedures into configurable Salesforce features and workflows.
• Develop user stories, acceptance criteria, and business process documentation in tools such as Jira or Confluence.
• Partner with Solution Architects, Developers, and Product Owners to ensure requirements are understood, feasible, and aligned with Salesforce best practices.
• Recommend improvements and assist in backlog grooming for Agile delivery.
• Analyze existing case management, licensing, permitting, or citizen service processes and recommend Salesforce-enabled efficiencies.
• Ensure all documentation and requirements align with government compliance, audit, and reporting standards.
• Collaborate on grant, budget, or legislative reporting requirements integrated within Salesforce.
• Prepare status reports, requirement traceability matrices (RTMs), and process diagrams.
• Maintain detailed documentation for system requirements, process flows, and future enhancements.
• Assist in developing training materials and user guides to support end-user adoption and change management efforts.
• Lead multi-disciplinary teams of Salesforce administrators, developers, analysts, architects, data analysts and partners.

Job Summary

Reports to and is under direct supervision of Case Management Department. Provides ongoing support and expertise through comprehensive assessment, planning, implementation and overall evaluation of individual patient needs. Job Description :

Methodist Richardson Medical Center is seeking a full time Night Registered Respiratory Therapist to join its TEAM. This position will be located in the Bush / Renner Campus.

Your Job:
The Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) is responsible for a variety of therapeutic and diagnostic procedures including ABG, PFT’s, and various forms of ventilator support, oxygen and aerosol therapy, bronchial hygiene therapy and airway maintenance.  You will be expected to be proficient with the respiratory assessment and respiratory treatment of both adults and neonates. These procedures are performed under the indirect supervision of the department’s medical director, according to departmental policies and procedures.  The RRT must demonstrate the knowledge, skills, understanding and ability to care for patients of all age groups; and be sensitive to the diverse and unique needs of patients based on age, sex, race and culture.

Your Job Responsibilities:

Under the general direction of the Pharmacy Manager or designee, will dispense drugs prescribed by physicians and other health practitioners and provide information to patients about medications and their use. He or she may advise physicians and other health practitioners on the selection, dosage, interactions, and side effects of medications. 

• Compounds and dispenses medications and other pharmaceutical supplies, reviews orders and prescriptions for appropriateness and patient safety
• Ensures that medication profiles are accurate and up to date
• Checks for drug interactions, incompatibilities and optimum drug therapy
• Participates in narcotic and controlled drug distribution programs as required
• Audits medication records and makes necessary corrections 
• Explains proper use of all prescriptions for outpatients.
• Accountable for investigational drug study integrity
• Ensures that non-sterile, sterile, and hazardous medications are prepared in accordance with USP 795, 797, and 800 regulation
• Supplies drug information to physicians, nurses and other members of the health care team
• Participates in the department's in-service education program.
• Performs monthly nursing unit inspections as assigned  
• Perform other duties as required.
   

Required:

• BS or PharmD Degree

Preferred: 

• Completion of ASHP residency program

Required:

• Active NYS Pharmacy License

Preferred: 

• Board Certification from the Board of Pharmaceutical Specialties

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop strategies and initiatives to maximize operational performance that establishes a total safety culture for guests and team members.
• Lead the safe operation of all Public Safety Departments – Security, Loss Prevention, First Aid, Parking Lot, and Risk Management.
• Budgeting and maintenance of department operating expenses, labor, and insurance costs to include accurate monthly financial forecasting.
• Participate in long range planning for park capital investments and contribute ideas to achieve business objectives.
• Establish positive and collaborative relationship with regulatory agencies overseeing permitting and inspection processes.
• Oversee all litigation claims: reporting, investigating and maintaining files on potential claims, active claims, and lawsuits against the Park. Be the Park liaison with attorneys and insurance companies. Serve as corporate designee in litigation cases and testify on the behalf of the company.
• Interpret, implement, and update the Safety Compliance Manual, Emergency Response Manual, First Aid Standard Operating Procedures, First Aid Patient Care Protocols and support Corporate Safety and Health Standards.
• Maintain records and produce use of force reviews of security-related incidents.
• Communicate with Park management and Team Members on any Safety and/or Security threats that exist or may come to exist.
• Meet and review Emergency Response Procedures with local, county, state and federal agencies on a periodic basis.
• Develop training program for Park leadership and Public Safety employees. Coordinate scaled emergency response simulations in conjunction with local, county, state, and federal agencies.
• Serve as a liaison of off-duty police officers working for Six Flags Over Georgia.
• Monitor department Team Member Voice survey scores and assist in the development of initiatives to address areas of needed improvement.
• Serve as Park Guest Service Ambassador and work to resolve all concerns brought to your attention.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

Salary Range: starting at $90,000 annually (based on experience, education, and qualifications)

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Law Enforcement, Occupational Safety, Business, related field, or equivalent work experience required.
• OSHA 30 required
• In-depth knowledge of Georgia and Cobb County ordinances and law enforcement guidelines.
• Must possess strong organizational skills and be able to multitask under high-pressure emergencies.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities with a team-oriented approach.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Will be required to work various shifts as project and park needs dictate, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Must have the ability to stand, walk, crouch, bend, stoop, kneel and lift up to fifty pounds occasionally.
