Sika St. Louis is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic. We are looking for someone with strong electrical and mechanical knowledge as well as welding equipment.
- Installs, repairs, and maintains electrical systems and components using schematics and/or wiring diagrams according to current National Electrical Code requirements.
- Builds, installs, repairs, and maintains plant mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems using prints and system diagrams.

Watson Bowman Acme, a Sika company, is a manufacturer and supplier of expansion joint solutions for the transportation sector, including bridge and highway fabrication, preservation, and tunnels.
This position is responsible for assisting Welding Fitters, Master Fitters, Forepersons, and Manufacturing Supervision staff as directed in the manufacture and assembly of metallic products supplied to the construction industry. More specifically, assist in fitting sub-assemblies as instructed, including but not limited to, tie downs, straightening, grinding, and stud welding on strip seal steel rails, using hand tools, overhead cranes, and welding equipment. Attention to safety and quality is essential to this position.
Salary Range: $24 - $27 an hour based on education, experience, and qualifications of the applicant.
- High school diploma or equivalency required, additional course work with emphasis on welding preferred.
- Ability to read and understand shop drawings and other written instructions.

About the Role
We’re seeking a dynamic, articulate, and adaptable Programs Manager (AI Curriculum for HigherEd)to support the global expansion and US localization of our AI education programs.
This role involves delivery, curriculum creation, and program development, ideal for someone confident in discussing AI with non-technical audiences, passionate about learning, and eager to influence AI upskilling’s future. You’ll lead technical Train-the-Trainer (TTT) sessions with professors from community colleges and universities both virtually and in-person helping them develop/integrate technical AI concepts as part of their certifications/degrees.
This role blends delivery, curriculum design, and program development, ideal for a flexible, self-motivated individual with a growth mindset who thrives in ambiguous environments, constantly finding solutions to new problems.
Key Responsibilities
1. AI Programs Training & Facilitation (TTT Model)
- Lead virtual and in-person technical Train-the-Trainer (TTT) workshops across US, supporting partners in vocational education and workforce institutions worldwide.
- Ensure participants understand the content and are equipped to customize it for local contexts and learner needs.
- Develop and implement standardized training regimens and SOPs tailored for cross-cultural, regional, and state-wide implementation partners.
- Translate core AI, ML, DL, and Python concepts into engaging, beginner-friendly lessons sensitive to language diversity and digital fluency levels - but also able to deliver technical concepts like Maths for AI, Data science, and Agentic AI topics in depth.
- Conduct engaging and informative training sessions utilizing a standardized curriculum.
2. US Programme & Business Development (SMEs, Colleges, Universities, K12, communities)
- Manage the continuity and expansion of SLL's US programs, particularly within its extensive network of 140+ community colleges and universities spanning 40+ states.
- Work with the team to position SL2 as a leading partner in AI and emerging tech education for the US community college and vocational sector.
- Scale educational programs with school districts, community colleges, and universities, focusing on out-of-school programs and boot camps.
- Scale AI Community Engagements with clubs, societies, and foundations.
- Identify and articulate compelling use-case stories for workforce development partnerships.
- Support engagements with colleges, government agencies, and employers to co-develop bespoke AI education pathways.
3. Content Development and Productization
- Collaborate with internal teams to evolve and update existing programs and co-create new offerings.
- Lead the creation of slide decks, training decks, and other content as a core part of the role.
- Contribute to productizing key experiential learning offerings such as hands-on coding challenges and platform-based simulated work experiences.
- Help localize material for US-based institutions, aligning with skills frameworks and employer demand.
- Co-deliver experiential coding/skilling events, ensuring the core product is designed for global scalability and is adaptable to various educational levels, including tailoring project focus for different competitions for community college and university students.
What We're Looking For
- HigherEd/SME Training Experience: Minimum of 3 years in Higher Ed, training, or facilitation working with HigherEd/SMEs, including at least 2 years focused on technical or digital skills. Experience working across cultures and time zones is highly valued.
- Tech & Learning Aptitude: Intermediate to high knowledge of Python and AI/ML/DL/Agentic AI/Maths for AI/Data concepts. Strong personal interest in the evolving AI landscape and comfort with explaining complex topics to beginners. Experience or enthusiasm for Vibe Coding, digital hackathons, or collaborative prototyping is a plus.
- Communication & Facilitation: Fluent, clear-spoken English and strong public speaking skills. Able to adjust tone, pace, and clarity based on audience (e.g., teachers vs. college professors vs. workforce leaders). A strong presence on MS Teams/Zoom or in person - whether running a classroom session, hackathon, or partner presentation.
- Mindset & Tools: Adaptable, self-motivated, and collaborative. Skilled in using tools like Zoom, Google Workspace, and Teams, and eager to learn new platforms and facilitation techniques.
- Location & Eligibility: Preference for candidates based in Austin, TX, but open to strong remote applicants. Must be authorized to work in the US.

SCHEDULE:

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Operate small industrial vehicles including but not limited to- stand up forklift, sit down forklift, vna (very narrow aisle) forklift, cherry picker, tugger, reach truck, small box truck, or pallet jack as needed
- Assist in the management and distribution of goods within BMW’s logistics system
- Move and transport parts and pallets from incoming trucks and stack them in assigned locations, including racks that are up to 30 ft. high
- Use a cherry picker forklift or reach truck to move and transport large items on warehouse shelves
- Responsible for scanning, picking, sequencing, inspecting, transporting and moving parts within the plant to ensure the production line has the correct parts in a timely manner
- Perform general warehouse duties as necessary
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and show problem-solving and multitasking skills

As a dispenser technician you will provide field service to the concrete admixture sales team in the installation and support of dispensing equipment at customer locations; troubleshoot and repair equipment as necessary. The employee in this position works remotely within established policies and procedures. Sika Corporation will supply a vehicle, cell phone, tools, and necessary equipment to meet the jobs needs. Specific Responsibilities:
- Travel to customer locations to maintain and install dispensing equipment; including electrical, pneumatic, and plumbing components.
- Assemble, install, troubleshoot, service, maintain and repair dispensing equipment as needed. Assist the customer in the use and maintenance of equipment.
- Maintain inventory of equipment and parts; insure availability of all materials needed to install and maintain dispensing equipment.
- Work closely with sales team and customers to insure excellent customer satisfaction with product and service and to resolve issues.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related discipline
- Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience in production planning and supply chain operations, with practical knowledge of procurement processes in a manufacturing environment
- Hands-on experience with SAP ERP (PP / MM modules) in a manufacturing environment is required
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel
- Professional working proficiency in English
- Strong analytical, organizational, and coordination skills
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional manufacturing environment
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and support the governance of short-, mid-, and long-term production plans in line with Global Planning department directives and strategic guidance
- Plan raw material and material requirements in alignment with production strategies, demand forecasts, and customer commitments
- Review production, planning, and inventory data using SAP (PP / MM modules), ensuring data accuracy and alignment with global planning standards
- Monitor daily inventory levels and proactively identify aged, slow-moving, and at-risk stock in accordance with Global Planning policies to support inventory optimization
- Execute operational procurement activities with approved suppliers, including proactive follow-up on lead times, delivery performance, and supply continuity
- Support and contribute to supplier negotiations on pricing, delivery terms, and commercial conditions to achieve cost efficiency and supply reliability
- Collaborate closely with Production, Customer Service, Warehouse, and Quality teams while ensuring alignment with Global Planning department guidance to achieve service levels and operational efficiency
- Support integration between procurement and production planning processes to ensure smooth end-to-end supply chain operations
- Analyze and report KPIs related to inventory, supply, and production planning performance
- Ensure adherence to company procedures, quality standards, and EHS regulations

Join our Building & Finishing team at our Haines City, FL plant, where you’ll play a key role in driving efficient production planning, inventory management, and supply coordination to support our growing operations. The position operates under the guidance of the Materials Manager and offers the opportunity to collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence.
This role requires daily onsite presence. Candidates should live in or near the Haines City, FL area.
- Review and analyze MRP-generated material requirements to support accurate planning and uninterrupted production.
- Develop, manage, and track production schedules to ensure on-time manufacturing and delivery commitments.
- Establish and maintain stocking strategies and inventory levels for designated locations to meet service and cost objectives.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with manufacturing, quality, procurement, logistics, and warehouse teams to resolve material issues and prioritize production needs.
- Coordinate material transfers and expediting activities to ensure timely availability of materials for production.
- Maintain accurate purchasing and inventory master data, communicating changes in pricing, lead times, and material attributes to Corporate Procurement.
- Monitor open purchase orders, follow up on delayed or past-due receipts, and coordinate resolution of material shortages.
- Ensure end-to-end material traceability for WIP and finished goods, addressing discrepancies to maintain production schedules.
- Support inventory accuracy initiatives and best practices in coordination with warehouse operations.
- Develop and analyze monthly reports on schedule attainment, inventory performance, forecasts, and other key metrics, while supporting special projects as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field is preferred
- Proficient in ERP systems (SAP Preferred), advanced Excel skills, and experience with scheduling software (MRP)
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.

To operate line/machine or inspect/pack finished good parts in a quality and timely manner. Performs miscellaneous duties at supervisor’s or team lead’s request.
- Operate / running injection molding machines.
- Responsible for quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of injection molding machine.
- Adhere to all safety protocols, as well as, safely operating all required equipment.
