To qualify for the role, you must have

  • A Bachelor’s degree required in STEM
  • 12+ years professional consulting experience in industry or in technology consulting.
  • 12+ years hands-on experience in architecting, designing, delivering or optimizing data lake solutions.
  • 5+ years’ experience with native cloud products and services such as Azure or GCP.
  • 8+ years of experience mentoring and leading teams of data architects and data engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and professional development.
  • In-depth knowledge of data architecture principles and best practices, including data modelling, data warehousing, data lakes, and data integration.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading large data engineering teams to design and build platforms with complex architectures and diverse features including various data flow patterns, relational and no-SQL databases, production-grade performance, and delivery to downstream use cases and applications.
  • Hands-on experience in designing end-to-end architectures and pipelines that collect, process, and deliver data to its destination efficiently and reliably.
  • Proficiency in data modelling techniques and the ability to choose appropriate architectural design patterns, including Data Fabrics, Data Mesh, Lake Houses, or Delta Lakes.
  • Manage complex data analysis, migration, and integration of enterprise solutions to modern platforms, including code efficiency and performance optimizations.
  • Previous hands‑on coding skills in languages commonly used in data engineering, such as Python, Java, or Scala.
  • Ability to design data solutions that can scale horizontally and vertically while optimizing performance.
  • Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and container orchestration platforms like Kubernetes for managing data workloads.
  • Experience in version control systems (e.g. Git) and knowledge of DevOps practices for automating data engineering workflows (DataOps).
  • Practical understanding of data encryption, access control, and security best practices to protect sensitive data.

  • We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you’ll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $144,000 to $329,100. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $172,800 to $374,000. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options.

The opportunity

The AI Finance Senior Manager is a crucial role responsible for supporting the Finance Applications Data Lead in executing the overall data management strategy for finance applications. The successful candidate will leverage their deep expertise finance applications (planning, reporting, close/consolidation) coupled with deep skills in enterprise data management, data governance, data quality, master data management, Machine Learning, and Generative AI (Gen AI) to support key finance personas. The Senior Technical Solutions Analyst - GenAI is a key role within the Software Engineering and Architecture organization and will be central to continually developing and improving our Generative AI platform and technologies within Skechers.


The Senior Technical Solutions Analyst - GenAI will be at the helm of managing Skechers’ private GenAI platform, SkechAI, which features two privately instanced Generative AI models, Claude & Stable Diffusion, along with several business-focused GenAI use cases. This pivotal role involves steering the platform to maximize its value to Skechers by overseeing the entire lifecycle of GenAI use case development from ideation to delivery and beyond. The GenAI Technical Analyst & Functional Lead will be the visionary force, identifying and prioritizing GenAI use cases and product enhancements, ensuring strategic alignment and effective deployment of resources. They will be the lead-from-the-front technology and Agile delivery experts deeply dedicated to their projects

The Sr. FP&A Analyst is a key business partner to Erie Home’s Operations, Pricing, and Expansion leadership teams. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Operational Finance & Decision Support

· Serve as a trusted finance business partner to regional and branch operations leaders, supporting day-to-day and strategic decision-making

· Assess and maintain standard costs to reflect changes in key cost inputs

· Analyze job-level, branch-level, and regional profitability, including labor, material, and overhead performance

· Develop and monitor KPIs related to margin, productivity, backlog, capacity utilization, and cost control

· Identify operational inefficiencies and margin improvement opportunities; quantify financial impact, and support execution

· Evaluate and optimize incentive compensation for operations team to drive performance and clarity

· Evaluate capital project and equipment investment requests, including vehicles, roofing equipment, facility improvements, and operational infrastructure

· Build financial models to assess ROI, payback periods, IRR, and cash flow impact of proposed capital investments


Reporting & Analysis

· Prepare and deliver recurring financial reporting packages for operations leadership, including variance analysis vs. budget, forecast, and prior periods

· Perform deep-dive analyses on key drivers such as labor efficiency, material inflation, waste, and service costs

· Support monthly close by reviewing operational results and accruals related to operations

· Support Board of Director presentation material preparation


Budgeting & Forecasting

· Support the annual budgeting and rolling forecast processes for operations, including volume, revenue, labor, and cost assumptions

· Partner with operations to develop realistic forecasts aligned with backlog, seasonality, and market conditions

· Track performance against budget and forecast, proactively highlighting risks and opportunities


Cross-Functional Collaboration

· Work closely with Operations, Accounting, Supply Chain, and Pricing teams to ensure financial alignment and data accuracy

· Support strategic initiatives such as expansion, footprint optimization, and operational process improvements

· Contribute to standardization of financial and operational reporting

Role Overview

Under general supervision, the Sr. Accountant will collaborate with partners across the organization to:

  • Provide detailed reports, including profit/loss projections

  • Present financial reports and insights to internal leaders

  • Analyze financial data and propose solutions to accounting issues

  • Investigate and provide feedback on irregularities

  • Support monthend, quarterend, and yearend closing processes

  • Ensure SOX compliance and support remediation efforts

  • Assist internal and external audit processes

  • Manage fixed asset accounting including acquisition, classification, depreciation, and disposal

  • Partner with Engineering on capital project accounting (budgets, AUC tracking, requests, capitalization)

  • Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, roll forwards, and variance analysis

  • Conduct balance sheet reconciliations and validate subsystem accuracy

  • Support tax filings (sales/use tax)

  • Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance accuracy & efficiency

  • Validate accuracy of work product and uphold quality standards

Who You Are

You demonstrate a balance of technical depth, operational awareness, and the ability to collaborate across diverse teams. You also bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field

  • 3-6+ years of relevant experience

  • Strong ERP experience (SAP preferred)

  • Intermediate-Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables)

  • Solid GAAP knowledge and internal controls understanding

  • Strong organizational skills and exceptional followup

  • Proactive problemsolver with continuous improvement orientation

Summary of Role:

Serena & Lily, a fast-growing home furnishings brand, is seeking a highly motivated Senior Financial Analyst of Financial Planning & Analysis to join our team. Reporting directly to the Senior Director of Financial Planning & Analysis, this fast-paced position provides an outstanding opportunity to understand and influence our retail and e-commerce business. The position will be responsible for providing support to enable business partners and executive leadership to make timely and informed decisions and achieve desired financial results.


Responsibilities:

  • Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead analysis to support the development and maintenance of the company budget.
  • Reporting: Create and maintain dashboards for monthly financial package to Board of Directors and weekly internal meetings.
  • Cross-Functional Analysis: Prepare and present analysis highlighting key trends and insights across functional areas. Support business partners by developing reporting to help manage and track performance to goals.

The base salary range for this role is listed above. Total compensation includes base salary, annual company-based performance bonus, and equity.
