We are seeking a Staff Data Engineer to lead the design, implementation, and evolution of our identity services and data governance platform. This role is critical to ensuring trusted, privacy-safe, and well-governed data across the organization. You will work at the intersection of data engineering, identity resolution, privacy, and platform reliability.This is anindividual contributor role, where you will work to define and implement a strategic vision for data engineering within the organization.
What you'll do:
- Identity Services:
- Design and maintain a scalable identity resolution platform
- Build pipelines and services to ingest, normalize, link, and version identity data across multiple sources
- Ensure deterministic and probabilistic matching logic that is transparent, auditable, and measurable
- Partner with product and analytics teams to expose identity data through reliable, well-documented APIs and datasets
- Build and operate batch and streaming pipelines using modern data stack tools

What you'll do:
- Design and implement backend systems for contract lifecycle management, including creation, versioning, approvals, amendments, and renewals

We are seeking a Staff Product Manager to lead the strategy and execution for identity graph and data partnership initiatives, critical to enabling high-performance, privacy-compliant targeting across our CTV advertising platform. The Programmatic Ads team integrates with external demand partners (DSPs, SSPs, etc) through OpenRTB. We drive performance optimization (latency, conversion, engagement, fill rate, etc) for our programmatic ad products. We are also responsible for building internal tools to better enable cross-functional teams.
What you'll do:
- Lead one or two partner integrations, and work closely with product managers, data scientists, other cross-functional teams, and external partners to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Independently drive the full software development lifecycle, including ideation, technical design, prototyping, development, and release.
- Independently drive problem-solving and product iterations by utilizing A/B testing.
- Establish and maintain a high standard for technical excellence and production quality.
- Mentor junior engineers on the team and provide design and coding feedback.
What we're looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, a related field or equivalent experience.

About the Role
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Office & E-Commerce Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of our growing apparel brand. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and enjoys balancing operational responsibilities with creative and marketing support.
This position owns several core operational functions including order fulfillment, customer experience, inventory organization, and office management, while also supporting projects across e-commerce, marketing, wholesale, and brand initiatives.
