Bachstein Consulting is growing, and we’re looking for a hands-on Engineering Technician to support our firearms research, development, and testing efforts.
This is a shop-based, hands-on role working closely with engineers to build prototypes, assemble test hardware, support range testing, and keep development programs moving quickly. Our in-house machine shop supports rapid iteration and low-rate production, allowing ideas to move quickly from concept to functional hardware.
This role is best suited for someone who enjoys building, troubleshooting, and working with mechanical systems in a fast-moving development environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble and modify prototype firearm components and test hardware

Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, mentor, and develop a plant engineering team, plan staffing outlook for maintenance and engineering team based on operational demand and make decision on hiring, training, etc.

Qualifications:
