We are seeking a Realty Specialist to play a critical role in managing and supporting federal real estate acquisitions, leasing, and contract administration.
The Realty Specialist Team performs a full range of complex contracting/leasing functions including, but not limited to, acquisitions, renewals, terminations, construction management, purchases, dispositions, and other space related tasks to Government entities requiring space for general administrative as well as unique operational needs. The Realty Specialists will oversee and manage multiple portfolios of commercial and/or residential real estate properties, build relationships with all Government space users (ex. Program level, Field Office level and End User) to solve any occupant related problem or space use need quickly and comprehensively that may arise and manage projects working alongside Contracting Officers to provide solutions for space requirements by Government entities needing overt or law enforcement sensitive (LES) non-public space.

Key Responsibilities:

RESPONSIBILITIES
Defines and develops performance metrics.
Ensures data integrity in reporting and analytics.

What will you do?

Our team of Entertainment Team Leads work with performers, associates, and guests to ensure safety for all as well as creating memorable entertainment and event experiences parkwide. This role supervises associates in the park daily, assists with training, scheduling, evaluating, disciplining, and supporting teams on location. As an Entertainment leader, you will work to ensure departmental goals and objectives are communicated and implemented by personnel under your supervision. ACTIVITIES INCLUDE:
- Play a key role in the Training and Development of seasonal staff.

- Responsible for all aspects of the day-to-day operation of assigned retail locations to produce maximum revenues while keeping the cost within budgeted guidelines.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be 17 years of age or older
- 1 to 2-year of park experience and retail background is a plus.
- High School Diploma or GED
- Strong analytical skills; ability to effectively identify issues and propose solutions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and ability to interact effectively with all levels of management.
- Ability to handle registered transactions.
- Previous experience in supervising a team.
- Must be highly organized and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be able to walk and stand for up to 6-8 hours at a time. Applicants must be capable of lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds, and able to operate a motor vehicle.

The magic of the Entertainment Department at Worlds of Fun happens because of the work of the dedicated support staff. As an Entertainment Show Dresser and Usher, you’ll have a front row seat and provide invaluable assistance to the incredible performances of our great park.
Responsibilities:
- You’ll aid in dressing performers for our numerous shows.
- Gathering costumes from the Wardrobe Dept and delivering them to theater venues across the park.
- Working to maintain costume pieces including ironing, washing, hanging, and organizing costumes.
- Pre-set costumes and props before show times.
- Maintain a safe workplace throughout the department and in all workspaces.
- Interact personally with other Ambassadors and Entertainment Performers.
- Warmly greet our guests and help them to their seats as well as exit the theater after the production.
- Cleaning and maintaining aisles, seating, and lobby.
Qualifications:
- Must be comfortable standing and walking throughout an entire shift.
- Must be comfortable and able to push a laundry cart across the terrain of the park.
