  • Support the Performance Door project field supervisor for the timely delivery of materials according to the construction schedule. Send field use drawings periodically reflecting updated schedules incorporating project revisions.
  • Provide monthly pay application to the accounting department including back up documentation for stored or FSC materials.
  • Actively pursue contractual “Change Orders” from “price and proceed” CO Due letters. Take an active role in collecting money.
  • Approve weekly vendor invoices for payment. Check vendor costs against our purchase order.

Required Skills & Experience:


  • Experience: 5–8 years in paid media or digital marketing, with at least 3 years focused on e-commerce growth or performance marketing.


  • Budget Oversight: Proven success managing multi-million-dollar media budgets across multiple channels.


  • Analytical Skills: Deep understanding of paid media metrics (ROAS, MER, CPC, CAC, LTV:CAC) and incrementality testing methodologies.


  • Technical Proficiency: Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills and experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Looker or Motion).


  • Leadership: Experience managing and developing direct reports within an in-house environment.
