The property manager will work closely with senior management to determine each property’s operating goals and objectives and the strategy to achieve them. - Ensure property is in compliance with governmental guidelines and regulations, file required reports and maintain appropriate documentation.
- Coordinate outside consulting services and third-party vendors such as architects, engineers, contractors, legal counsel as needed
- Assist in the due diligence for new acquisitions as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree, CPM or equivalent
- At least 5 years of prior, multi-property management experience with an owner/operator
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software
- Prior experience in Yardi; Yardi Voyager experience a plus
- Outstanding communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong time management, interpersonal and technical skills
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
- Self-starter with ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
