Summary
We are seeking an experienced Connector Development Engineer to join our team and contribute to the design and development of next-generation interconnect products. Essential Job Functions
  • Reviews and documents customer requirements and designs products in compliance with stated requirements, focusing on ease of manufacturing with high reliability.
  • Develop prototypes, oversee testing/qualification, and ensure compliance with industry and customer performance standards.
  • Partner with Manufacturing to address cost reduction, quality improvement, and customer issue resolution.

JOB SUMMARY

This position is responsible to lead one or more construction projects and for the management of the overall planning, scheduling, code compliance, cost tracking, safety, and completion of these projects. The Superintendent is responsible for directing and mentoring subcontractors and other on-site field staff. RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Communicate with and support each subcontractor to execute their job duties effectively and efficiently.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Requires Engineering, Construction Management or related Bachelor’s degree, OR equivalent years of related experience.
