Purpose of the Job:
As a Pre-Sales Consultant you are expected to have strong understanding of supply chain challenges and opportunities, and how technology can enable companies to gain competitive advantage by addressing these challenges quickly and effectively. You will work closely with sales, professional services, and executive leadership to turn supply chain challenges into opportunities. Your goal is not just to demonstrate features, but to paint a picture of a future state where the customer’s pain points are resolved. Core Duties and Responsibilities:
- Become a Trusted Advisor to our existing customers and prospects.
- Collaborate with a cross-functional team to create an opportunity/account strategy, align the Made4net solution with pain points, assist/build ROI presentation(s), and present/demo the solution.
- Deep Discovery: Conduct discovery workshops not just to gather requirements, but to truly understand the nuance of the customer's business and the friction in their current processes.
- Behind the Scenes: While the presentation is art, the setup is engineering. You will configure demonstrations and engineer solutions using your technical proficiency.
- The Narrative Architect: Instead of simply clicking through features, you will craft and deliver demonstrations that follow a storyboard, guiding the customer through a journey from their current struggle to their future success.
- The "Aha!" Moment Creator: Use your presentation skills to create moments of realization for the client, helping them visualize exactly how Made4net integrates with or replaces their existing ERP, OMS, and automation technologies.
- Replay & Validate: "Replay" the customer's process back to them to prove you understand their reality, establishing yourself as a Trusted Advisor who "gets it" before you ever pitch a solution.
- Develop and maintain technical and business knowledge of industry directions and trends.
- The Bridge Builder: You will act as a translator, taking complex technical capabilities—like our private cloud/SaaS or on-premise models—and explaining them in a way that resonates with business goals and solves specific pain points.

Required Qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree in Logistics, STEM, or a comparable area of study.

SUMMARY
Directs and coordinates activities of production departments in processing materials or manufacturing products by performing the following duties personally or though subordinate supervisors.

Position Summary
Reporting to the Manufacturing Engineering Manager, this role is required to perform preventative maintenance, continuous improvement initiatives, programming and repair duties for the company owned equipment such as SMT equipment, THM/PTH equipment, test fixtures, solder fixtures, fume extracts, and other equipment in our PCBA manufacturing departments. The role will also maintain, repair, program and assist in the installation of new equipment. It will also be the responsibility of this role to keep the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition.
Essential Job Functions
- Identify and resolve PCBA manufacturing issues to ensure production efficiency and quality.
- Maintain and repair equipment, tools, and machinery as needed.
- Document and maintain weekly, monthly, and annual preventative maintenance requirements.

- Knowledge of fabricating parts from aluminum, steel, brass, and other metals or from plastic with ability to solder wires and components.

Position Overview
Partner with Division GM, Area Managers, Asphalt Production Managers, Aggregates Production Managers, Construction and QC Groups to assist and enhance development, supply, and production of suitable quality products to meet specifications for Private, Commercial, and Agency Projects. The Quality Control (QC) Manager is responsible for overseeing and directing the quality control work and Technicians within his/her area.
Key Responsibilities (Essential Duties and Functions)
The duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Meets all requirements for Ohio Department of Transportation, Levels 2 and 3 (asphalt), Levels 1, 2 and 3 (aggregate).
- Continually improve operations to take full advantage of Vertical Integration Capabilities and leverage Market Share through Asphalt Mix Optimization and Engineering, implementation of Recycle Materials, and Aggregates.
- Recruit, coach, and develop employees to strengthen work force.

- Assists the sales department, handling customer complaints as it relates to mixes.
- Conducts training sessions.
- Interaction and communication/scheduling with internal and external consumer base.
- Ensure proper and accurate calibration of testing equipment.
- Perform basic mathematical calculations to perform asphalt mix designs.
- Design and fabricate HMA that meets or exceeds the required job specifications.
- Supervise the daily work of the QC Technicians within the area.
- Ensure that QC techs are following QC Plan and Specs.

Education and Experience

Reporting to the President, the 2nd Shift Conventional Manufacturing Supervisor is responsible for leading and coordinating all 2nd shift machining operations.
