SUMMARY:


Assists with the preparation and analysis of the monthly financial reporting, budgeting process, and forecasting process for specific functional areas. These processes must follow Pella Corporate guidelines and policies. Responsible for analysis of monthly activity and trends to support the operating business plans. Will review, research, and explain variances to budget and forecasts. Special Projects and other duties as assigned and based on business necessity.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following, but not limited to:

  • Provide ongoing support to designated functional teams and team members. This may include recurring reports, ad-hoc support, responding to questions, investigation, and follow-up, providing guidance, and participation in various team events and activities.
  • Responsible for preparation and analysis of monthly financial reporting summaries for management team across designated functional areas.
  • Provide financial support for discounting, promotional, or other sales programs effectiveness.
  • Analyze sales trends and support sales and operations planning process. Identify poor performing customers supported by recurring reports and ad-hoc requests for improvement plans.
  • Identify and research variances to plan and prior year on monthly operating expense reports statements. Identify areas of risk and cost control/savings opportunities. Reports the findings to management.
  • Responsible for monthly cyclical activities to support the month end close such as journal entries, reconciliations, etc.
  • Lead in the preparation of expense budgets and forecasts. Recommend and implement process and methodology improvements.
  • Maintain cost center, account structure, and financial allocations, as necessary.
  • Prepares and submits journal entries.
  • Prepare year-end and interim audit work papers.
  • Special projects as assigned.

Primary Objectives:

The primary objective of the Restoration Consultant (RC) is to generate revenue in alignment with PCS Residential’s sales culture and goals. This involves securing signed contingency agreements for insurance claims and signed work-order contracts for exterior restoration projects. The RC guides clients through the insurance claims process, ensuring accurate documentation and maximizing approval chances. Primary Responsibilities:


Client Management:

· Contact customers via door knocking, phone calls, text messages, and other means applicable to obtain contact or property inspections with customers

· Perform property inspections to confirm storm damage and efficiently educate homeowners on PCS solutions/offerings

As a Residential Sales Consultant, you will sell Pella windows and doors directly to homeowners seeking replacement solutions. You will work toward first‑time close opportunities and provide strong follow‑up to capture remaining sales. Pella provides qualified appointments with 24-hour notice. Responsibilities/Accountabilities:

  • Achieving individual sales and customer satisfaction goals and objectives.
  • Effectively presenting Pella solutions to customers by executing the Pella Retail Sales Process during the in-home consultation.
  • Striving to close the sale during all customer interactions.
  • Ensuring quotes and orders are accurate following company sales process.
  • Responding to customer concerns and engaging sales support resources to achieve first-time resolution on all customer problems/issues.
  • Be available for customer appointments during evenings and weekends, in addition to weekday hours.
  • Maintaining an exceptional level of expertise in products/services relating to Pella’s customers, as well as staying abreast of the competitive landscape.
  • Conducting after-sales follow-up with customers and developing lead and referral generation.
  • Actively represent Pella at company sponsored events, invitations to discuss and/or present Pella products, and/or home shows.
  • Strong customer database systems tools capabilities leveraged to manage all customer interactions and proactively communicate to customers.
