PeerSource is currently recruiting for an Epicor Systems Analyst (AI & Data Initiatives) on a Direct Hire basis. This role is based out of Elkhart, IN (open to either a 4 or 5 days per week flexible work schedule).

Summary

We are seeking an Epicor Systems Analyst to support and optimize ERP processes across manufacturing, operations, supply chain, customer service, and finance. This role partners closely with business users and functional leaders to translate operational needs into effective Epicor workflows, system enhancements, and improved data quality. This role will also have exposure to emerging initiatives focused on data architecture and AI-driven insights within a modern manufacturing technology stack.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes across multiple functions and translate them into efficient, accurate workflows within Epicor.
• Partner with end users, supervisors, and department leaders to gather requirements and design practical system solutions.
• Configure, maintain, and enhance Epicor to support day-to-day operations and long-term process improvements.
• Develop and maintain BAQs, BPMs, dashboards, and SSRS reports to improve visibility and decision-making.
• Support manufacturing workflows within Epicor, including job management, routings, scheduling, WIP, and inventory processes.
• Identify opportunities to improve data quality, system usage, and overall operational efficiency.
• Provide hands-on support and cross-functional collaboration with production, engineering, customer service, and accounting teams.
• Support evolving initiatives focused on leveraging ERP data within modern analytics and AI platforms to drive operational insights and process improvements.

Required Skills

• 3-5+ years of Epicor ERP experience in a functional, business systems, or analyst role.
• Hands-on experience with BAQs, BPMs, SSRS report development, and dashboard creation.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing workflows, including job management, routings, scheduling, WIP, and inventory.
• Proven ability to capture business requirements and translate them into Epicor configuration and process improvements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a process-oriented mindset.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work with stakeholders at all levels, from operators to executives.
• Exposure to modern data platforms, analytics environments, or AI initiatives within enterprise systems is a plus.
