The Warehouse Technician 2 is an experienced position whose duties will include: Transporting reactivated carbons, supplies, and equipment to and from reactivation plant to/from offsite warehouse. Shipping and receiving finished product and spent carbon; ensure accuracy of all inbound and outbound shipments; store and reorganize stock; operates forklifts and material handling equipment; keep warehouse clean, safe and orderly. Arrange for transportation of orders outbound orders as needed. The Warehouse Technician 2 will help to maintain warehouse inventory levels and assist in physical inventory and cycle counts and perform various SAP functions as needed
Duties and Responsibilities (not limited to)
- Responsible for following all safety policies, JSP's and guidelines to ensure a safe and environmentally compliant workplace and facility
- Maintain a positive work environment and strong customer service levels for both external and internal customers
- Effective utilization of warehouse storage capacity and equipment and compliance with required warehouse standards (food grade facility, NSF, etc.)
- Responsible for accurate receiving, picking, and shipping of materials
- Follow warehouse inventory control procedures, participate in monthly cycle counts, and annual physical inventories
- Call “special” carriers per instructions issued by customer and/or CSE
- Work with Landstar for daily shipping activities
- Request COA’s as needed for deliveries by emailing pick ticket to QA
- Exports - Coordinate use of special pallets, arrange booking for delivery, request COA, complete customs paperwork and distribute as needed
- Troubleshoot problem orders or discrepancies in inventory
- Perform warehouse operations including shipping/receiving, inventory management
- Maintain full knowledge of their job functions and duties
- Be able & willing to step into any position when needed for job completion
- Control and comply with all requirements for shipping hazardous materials including
- Contacting forwarder to arrange shipments - compiling the booking information, DG forms, SDS, COA’s to send to said forwarders – and any additional paperwork they may require as different forwarders requirements vary
- Creating new labels to apply to shipments/samples
- Correct any issues as needed
- Attending training for IATA, IMO and Hazmat in addition to keeping up with regulatory changes that occur in between the training
- Advise Warehouse Group Leader and Manager of any problems or delays in shipments
- Input batch numbers, part numbers, carriers and other pertinent information on bill of ladings
- Print copies of BOLs for distribution to drivers
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or General Education Degree (GED) is required
- IATA, IMDG and HAZMAT Certifications are required (IATA and IMDG training to be provided)
- 3-5 years of experience driving in commercial activities is required
- 3-5 years of experience shipping Hazmat materials is required (IATA and IMDG training to be provided)
- 5-7 years of experience with Warehouse/Materials Management is required
- Forklift experience is preferred
- SAP Knowledge is preferred

What you'll do...
Key responsibilities may include:
• Fire Suppression:
o Respond immediately and effectively to all types of fires using appropriate extinguishing agents and equipment.
o Operate and maintain fire apparatus, pumps, hoses, nozzles, and other specialized firefighting equipment.

o Stabilize patients and assist on site medical staff and external Emergency Medical Services (EMS) personnel upon their arrival.
• Technical Rescue:
o Participate in specialized rescue operations such as confined space rescue, high-angle rescue, and machine rescue, as trained and equipped by the facility.
o Utilize specialized rescue tools and techniques safely and effectively.
• Emergency Standby & Hot Work Coverage:
o Provide dedicated fire and safety coverage for high-risk operations within the facility, such as hot work (welding, cutting), confined space entry, or hazardous material transfers.
o Ensure all safety protocols and permit conditions are strictly adhered to during standby operations.
• Incident Command System (ICS) Support:
o Operate effectively within the established Incident Command System (ICS) structure during emergencies.
o Follow direct orders, maintain accountability, and provide clear, concise status reports to the Incident Commander or assigned supervisor.
• Maintenance:
o Regularly inspecting, cleaning, lubricating, and performing scheduled maintenance on fire prevention equipment like fire suppression system components, fire alarm system components and fire extinguishers.
o Perform routine inspections, functional tests, cleaning, and minor maintenance on all fire apparatus, tools, and equipment (e.g., hoses, nozzles, SCBA, pumps, rescue tools, HazMat detection devices, etc.) to ensure compliance and peak operational readiness.
o Ensure all internal apparatus fire pump components are operating properly, lubricate control valves, and identify any issues that require correction.
o Document all maintenance activities and report any unresolved deficiencies or malfunctions promptly.
o Collaborate with production operators, engineers, and maintenance technicians to identify and address fire prevention equipment issues, isolate compromised fire prevention system(s), and manage fire suppression system impairments.
• Facility Inspections:
o Conduct routine and systematic fire safety inspections of buildings, processing units, storage areas, and equipment to identify potential fire hazards, unsafe conditions, or non-compliance issues.
o Inspect fire suppression systems (sprinklers, standpipes, fire alarms), fire extinguishers, emergency lighting, and exit routes for proper function and readiness.
• Pre-Incident Planning:
o Participate in the development and review of pre-incident plans for various scenarios throughout the facility.
o Thoroughly understand building layouts, process flow diagrams, hazardous material locations, utility shut-offs, and emergency egress routes.
• Permit System Compliance:
o Review and verify compliance for hot work permits, confined space entry permits, and other safety-related permits, ensuring all conditions are met before and during operations.
• Risk Assessment:
o Actively participate in identifying and assessing risks related to fire, explosion, and other emergencies within the industrial environment.
• Safety Adherence:
o Strictly adhere to all company policies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), safety regulations, and industry best practices.
o Proactively identify, report, and help mitigate unsafe conditions or practices observed within the facility.
o Consistently and correctly wear and maintain all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
• Inventory Management:
o Maintain accurate inventory of all firefighting supplies, HazMat absorbents, medical supplies, and rescue equipment.
o Ensure proper storage and accessibility of all emergency response assets.
• Continuous Learning:
o Actively participate in all required internal and external training programs, drills, and exercises, including but not limited to: fire suppression techniques, HazMat operations/technician level, medical refreshers, technical rescue disciplines, and SCBA proficiency.

o Assist in developing and delivering fire safety and emergency preparedness training to facility personnel (e.g., fire extinguisher use, emergency evacuation procedures, basic first aid).

Leads the St Joseph Manufacturing Engineering, Operational Excellence and Maintenance teams to support and lead the development and optimization the manufacturing processes across the St. Joseph campus. This multi-faceted role will provide leadership and overall direction for technical aspects of both the St. Joseph Assembly Plant and our Distribution center. This will be a key role to drive operational improvements elevating performance and consistency to ensure global competitiveness is achieved and maintained. Technical Oversight
- Develop and Implement strategies to improve manufacturing processes ensuring quality, cost effectiveness, and efficiency in our operation.

General Summary
As the Director of Maintenance, you will be the on‑site authority guiding all maintenance and service operations to ensure aircraft are safe, airworthy, and ready for flight. You'll oversee maintenance activities in full alignment with FAA regulations, the Quality Control Manual (QCM), the Repair Station Manual (RSM), and all approved maintenance data. Your leadership ensures every aircraft is maintained and released to service in full compliance with 14 CFR Part 145.
In this pivotal role, you will provide the strategic direction, hands‑on leadership, and regulatory accountability that keeps our maintenance organization operating at peak performance. Primary Responsbilities
Regulatory & Airworthiness Oversight

Job Purpose: Achieve daily business objectives by supporting all shipping and receiving, overseeing inventory, monitoring store supplies, and maintaining back stock effectively. The Stock Supervisor is also responsible for supporting the sales floor as needed. Reporting directly to the store manager.
Stockroom Operations:
- Supervise stock associates and ensure proper training on all company policies and procedures.
- Make recommendations to Store Manager as necessary to improve store processes.
- Provide feedback to the Store Manager on stock associate performance issues.
- Maintain all merchandise in the stockroom by category and ensure that it is labeled appropriately for quick location.

Inventory Management:

- Maintain accurate Inventory Control records according to company policy and procedures. Participate in quarterly inventory process.

Daily Operations and Customer Service:
- Provide a courteous experience for all customers while on the selling floor.

- Prepare web orders and other charge send packages for shipment appropriately.
- Maintain accurate UPS records.
- Assist with housekeeping and other store operations duties as assigned by management
- Maintain organization, safety, cleanliness and standards of both front and back of house
- Check merchandise and supply deliveries for accuracy prior to receiving in Netsuite, verifying that quantities match packing lists, TO’s etc.
- Ensure damages/store repairs are processed accurately and at a minimum of once a month

- Prep new product for the sales floor, and backstock according to policy and procedure
- Analyze inventory levels to request bi-weekly allocation/inventory transfers
- Maintain ongoing communication with the store team regarding new arrivals, stock availability, and quality control issues
- Ensure damages/store repairs are processed accurately and at a minimum of once a month
- Support the sales floor team on replenishment and recovery during peak business hours
- Partner with store manager to identify repair and maintenance needs in the store

We are seeking a seasoned Studio & Equipment Operations Manager with experience in film and photo production environments to oversee daily operations for the Saniset Fleet Offices. The ideal candidate is willing to jump in where needed for last-minute equipment orders and has a proven track record in managing studio equipment and on-location productions, growing revenue, optimizing workflows, and working in a fast-paced production setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring equipment is prepared in time for rental pick-ups and inspections.
- Manage inventory control, maintenance schedules, transportation, and on-time delivery/return of gear.
- Lead the rental functions for our Clean Tech IE Mobile Battery Units, EV Pass Vans, Chargers, and mobile battery equipment.
- Develop, implement, and enforce safety protocols for equipment handling, warehouse operations, and on-set practices to ensure regulatory compliance and a safe working environment.
- Manage and mentor a high-performing operations team, providing training on equipment, software systems, and best practices to drive efficiency and professional growth.
- Maintain and expand relationships with producers, photographers, production managers, digital techs, and other key clients to drive repeat business and long-term partnerships.
- Collaborate closely with sales and business development teams to expand client base, introduce new product and service offerings, and support strategic growth initiatives.
- Implement and refine inventory management and rental management software workflows to improve accuracy, visibility, and turnaround times.
- Monitor operational KPIs (utilization, turn times, revenue per square foot, equipment ROI) and recommend process improvements to enhance productivity and revenue.
- Serve as an escalation point for complex rental, logistics, and technical issues, proposing creative, production-friendly solutions under tight deadlines.- Serve as the primary "fixer" for Tier 1 equipment issues (basic mechanical repairs, cable maintenance, and troubleshooting) to minimize downtime.- Jump into the warehouse or onto the fleet line during peak times to assist with last-minute orders or equipment inspections.
Qualifications
- 5-8+ years of progressive experience in studio operations, equipment rentals, or production services within film, television, or commercial photography.
- Demonstrated success managing multi-studio facilities and/or large-scale photo/film locations, including scheduling, client coordination, and operational oversight.
- Hands-on experience with grip, electric, and lighting equipment, with the ability to recommend appropriate gear packages and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Proven history of driving revenue growth, expanding client bases, and negotiating favorable vendor terms and discounts.
- Strong background in budgeting, cost control, and capital expenditure planning for equipment and facilities.
- Experience leading and mentoring teams in warehouse, rentals, or studio environments, with an emphasis on collaboration and coaching.

General Summary
As the Director of Maintenance, you will be the on‑site authority guiding all maintenance and service operations to ensure aircraft are safe, airworthy, and ready for flight. You'll oversee maintenance activities in full alignment with FAA regulations, the Quality Control Manual (QCM), the Repair Station Manual (RSM), and all approved maintenance data.
