Key Responsibilities
Key Account Management & Relationship Growth
- Own end-to-end sales for tier-1 pet retail accounts, including PetSmart, Pet Supplies Plus, Mud Bay, and All the Best extra, leveraging existing relationships with decision-makers (e.g., category managers, regional buyers) to expand product distribution, negotiate favorable terms (pricing, promotions, shelf placement), and hit annual sales targets
- Conduct proactive account maintenance: lead quarterly business reviews, resolve supply chain or merchandising issues, and co-create joint marketing initiative to boost sell-through.
Regional Chain Development
- Identify and onboard high-potential regional pet retail chains by tailoring pitches to their unique shopper demographics.
- Build long-term loyalty with regional partners through personalized support: aligning product assortments with local pet trends, providing in-store training for staff, and optimizing inventory levels to avoid stockouts.
Channel Strategy & Product Curation
- Demonstrate sensitivity to channel-specific needs: curate product assortments that fit each retailer’s positioning and adjust strategies based on shopper insights
- Develop data-backed channel strategies: analyze POS data and sales trends to identify growth opportunities and outperform competitors.
Deep Channel Operations & Cross-Team Collaboration
- Oversee end-to-end channel operations: coordinate with supply chain teams to ensure on-time delivery to retail distribution centers, work with marketing to align brand messaging with retailer campaigns, and train internal teams on account-specific requirements.
- Forecast sales performance for key accounts and regional chains, track pipeline progress, and report monthly/quarterly results to the leadership team.
Required Qualifications
- Pet Industry Expertise: 5+ years of sales experience in the North American pet industry, with a proven track record of managing pet specialty or regional retail accounts. Prior experience with PetSmart, Pet Supplies Plus, Mud Bay, or All the Best is a must.
- Channel Relationships: Established, active connections with decision-makers at target accounts (e.g., national category buyers, regional managers) – ability to leverage these relationships to accelerate partnership growth.
- Strategic & Curation Skills: Demonstrated ability to develop channel-specific strategies and curate products that drive sales.
- Remote Work Readiness: Proficient in remote collaboration tools (CRM platforms like HubSpot) and self-motivated to manage accounts across North America and Canada.
- Data Fluency: Comfortable analyzing sales data, POS trends, and shopper insights to inform decisions (experience with retail analytics tools a plus).
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience scaling regional pet chains from 5+ locations to 100+ locations.

Position Overview
The Regional Sales Manager - SF Bay Area & Western Region represents a curated portfolio of premium brands within an assigned territory, serving as the primary field partner to distributors and select dealers. The role centers on two key product lines: one undergoing a significant brand and product refresh following years in market, and another experiencing strong momentum and rapid growth. This position requires thoughtful brand stewardship, strong distributor relationships, and the ability to balance development, education, and sell-through across multiple lines.
This role is based out of the SF Bay Area with travel throughout the greater territory (Western Canada, PNW, Hawaii).
Key Responsibilities
· Represent and manage a curated portfolio of Lunada Bay Corp. brands, with primary focus on two core lines—one in active revitalization and one experiencing rapid growth
· Serve as the face of the Lunada Bay Corp. brands within the territory, building long-term relationships with distributors, dealers, and select trade partners
· Work closely with distributor principals and sales teams to align priorities, training, and in-market execution
· Support dealer and showroom partners through regular visits, product education, merchandising guidance, and hands-on market support
· Make targeted A&D calls in key markets, focusing on strategic firms, designers, and projects that align with brand positioning and distributor capabilities
· Partner with distributor and dealer teams to support specification influence and project pull-through, while recognizing that final project management and order execution reside with the channel
· Drive sell-through with thoughtful support of product launches, brand refresh initiatives, and select local programs
· Develop and execute territory plans that balance growth, brand integrity, and long-term market development
· Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, customer success team, and operations to ensure consistent and high-quality customer experience
· Track activity, opportunities, and performance using CRM and reporting tools
· Represent the Lunada Bay Corp. portfolio at industry events, trade shows, and design-focused functions as appropriate
· Provide ongoing market feedback on product performance, customer needs, and competitive dynamics
Requirements & Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of outside sales experience representing manufacturers or rep agencies in tile, floor coverings, wall coverings, textiles, or related premium building materials
· Proven ability to manage multiple brands while maintaining focus on priority lines
· Experience supporting brand refreshes, product launches, or growth-stage product lines preferred
· Strong distributor and dealer relationship experience in design-driven or specialty markets
· Comfortable in a field-based role with regular regional travel
· Consultative, relationship-first sales style with attention to detail and brand presentation
· Highly organized and self-directed with strong territory and time management skills
· Proficient with CRM systems and standard business tools
· Polished communication and presentation skills
Pay range and compensation package
- Base salary: Competitive and commensurate with experience in B2B sales and/or inventory-related roles in building materials or similar industries; may be structured appropriately for full-time or part-time employment. Full-time salary range: $60,000 - $80,000 + commission.
- Commission: Sales Commission in addition to base salary.

SPECIAL OPERATIONS CORPSMAN: CAREER DETAILS & REQUIREMENTS
Responsibilities
Those in the Hospital Corpsman Advanced Technical Field go beyond the duties of basic Hospital Corpsman, working in austere and challenging environments while saving lives. Each of the three classifications has its own responsibilities:
Special Operations Independent Duty Corpsman (SOIDC)
- Provide advanced medical care and operational services for Marine Reconnaissance, USMC Special Operations Forces and Navy Special Operations Command personnel, like SWCC and SEALs
- Engage as a team member in direct action, special reconnaissance, foreign internal defense and unconventional warfare
Search and Rescue Medical Technician (SMT)
- Rescue patients and deliver emergency care from the back of a helicopter
- Perform aircrew duties and En Route Care (ERC) for routine illness and emergent patients
- Provide relief and assistance in areas ravaged by catastrophic natural disasters
- Support Search and Rescue (SAR), tactical evacuation (TECEVAC), Medical Evacuation (MEDEVAC), casualty evacuation (CASEVAC) and Combat Search & Rescue (CSAR) for Navy and Marine Corps Aviation
Deep Sea Diving Medical Technician (DMT)
- Provide basic medicine and assist medics in prevention and treatment of diving related illnesses, injuries associated with deep sea diving and hyperbaric conditions
- Operate, test and repair all Navy diving equipment
- Perform underwater inspections, harbor/port/ship security inspections, conduct ordnance searches, rescue personnel, engage in special warfare and small boat operations
- Operate Swimmer Delivery Vehicle Dry-Deck Shelter system and submarine Lock-in/Lock-out systems
Work Environment
As a Hospital Corpsman, you have the most diverse range of work environments in the Navy. Your job will likely take you all over the world-and far out of your comfort zone. If you choose to go the Hospital Corpsman Advanced Technical Field route, you will work in extreme and sometimes precarious conditions. From deep-sea diving to combat missions to flying in MH-60 Romeo helicopters, you will train outside the realm of conventional military forces to prepare for any mission. You may work independent of a physician or under supervision in this program.
Training & Advancement
Upon completion of initial training at Recruit Training Command Great Lakes (known as Boot Camp), you'll report for specialized training including:
Hospital Corps "A" School (19 weeks) in San Antonio, Texas for training on basic principles and techniques of patient care and first aid procedures.
After "A" School, HM-ATF candidates track to one of three advanced training paths:
- Special Operations Independent Duty Corpsman Pipeline (121 weeks)
Areas of training include but are not limited to basic reconnaissance, airborne operations, combatant diving, demolitions, clinical diagnostics, advanced trauma skills, Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), basic surgical anesthesia, basic veterinary medicine and basic dental exams. - Search and Rescue Medical Tech Pipeline (27 weeks)
Areas of training include but are not limited to advanced fluid resuscitation, administration and management of Advanced Life Support medications, use of emergency medical equipment, rescue and recovery devices and patient handling. - Medical Deep Sea Diving Tech Pipeline (28 weeks)
Areas of training include but are not limited to diving physics, scuba and surface-supplied air diving, recognition and treatment of diving related illnesses.
After completing your pipeline, you'll receive your first assignment. You'll go wherever you're needed, which can be anywhere in the world. Automatic promotion opportunities are available but are competitive and based on completion of pipeline.
Post-Service Opportunities
There's no better way to begin a successful career in health care than by serving in the medical support division of America's Navy. Specialized training received and work experience gained in the course of service can lead to valuable credentialing and occupational opportunities in related fields in the civilian world, such as Emergency Medical Technician (EMT), Home Health Aide, Anesthesiologist Assistant and more.
Education Opportunities
Beyond offering access to professional credentials and certifications, Navy technical and operational training in the medical field can translate to credit hours toward a bachelor's or associate degree through the American Council on Education.
You may also continue your education through undergraduate degree opportunities like the Navy College Program and Tuition Assistance and the Post-9/11 GI Bill.
Qualifications & Requirements
A high-school diploma or equivalent is required to become an Enlisted Sailor. Those seeking a position as a Hospital Corpsman must be U.S. citizens.
While no college degree is required to apply for a position as a Hospital Corpsman Advanced Technical Field, a high degree of difficulty should be expected. Entry Requirements include:
- Vision correctable to 20/20
- Normal color perception
- Pass a physical examination
- 28 years of age or younger
- U.S. citizen eligible for security clearance
In addition to strong communication, writing and arithmetic skills, you should also have a genuine interest in providing health care, along with good use of your hands and strong physical stamina.

• Prepares and assists with the preparation of the operating room according to the needs and age appropriateness of the

Position Summary
The Director of Regulatory Compliance (DORC) serves as IDE Americas’ senior environmental, occupational health, and safety executive, accountable for establishing and overseeing comprehensive EHS programs across all phases of company operations including project bidding, design, construction, commissioning, and long-term O&M. The DORC provides executive-level leadership and direction for environmental permitting, regulatory compliance, workplace safety, emergency preparedness, and environmental stewardship across all IDE Americas facilities and pilot projects in the continental U.S.
This position serves as the primary Legally Responsible Person (LRP) for environmental and occupational health and safety matters, representing IDE before federal, state, and local regulatory agencies, and ensuring company-wide compliance with all applicable environmental laws, permits, safety standards, and operational agreements. The DORC also acts as a key stakeholder and representative in industry forums, government-led regulatory development processes, and enforcement actions (e.g., NOVs, consent orders, hearings, abatement negotiations).
Core Responsibilities
Environmental Compliance and Regulatory Engagement
- Serve as the designated Legally Responsible Person (LRP) representing IDE Americas before federal, state, and local agencies on matters related to environmental permitting, enforcement, and regulatory oversight.
- Lead all environmental regulatory strategies, including permitting, negotiation of permit conditions, regulatory response, and policy interpretation across all IDE Americas facilities and projects.
- Oversee multi-jurisdictional environmental compliance programs in coordination with agencies such as the State and Regional Water Quality Control Boards (SWRCB/RWQCB), California Environmental Protection Agency (CalEPA), U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, U.S. Coast Guard, California Coastal Commission, CUPAs, APCDs, and other federal, state, and local entities.
- Direct preparation and timely submission of required regulatory reports and data, including NPDES Discharge Monitoring Reports (DMRs), CIWQS uploads, CDP filings, CERS entries, eGGRT, EPCRA Tier II, TRI, and SWMP Annual Reports.
Executive EHS Program Leadership
- Provide strategic leadership for the development, implementation, and ongoing improvement of IDE’s integrated Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) program, encompassing permitting, reporting, risk mitigation, and compliance assurance.
- Establish company-wide EHS policies and performance metrics in alignment with corporate values, client expectations, and evolving regulatory requirements.
- Regularly interface with IDE Technologies (Israel) to coordinate international compliance alignment, support project oversight, and deliver quarterly EHS performance presentations to IDE Technologies’ Board of Directors.
Operational Risk Management and Site Leadership
- Actively lead field-based audits, inspections, and O&M activity reviews at project sites throughout North America, with a focus on identifying and mitigating environmental and occupational risks.
- Serve as IDE’s Project Environmental Coordinator (PEC) for shoreline and offshore infrastructure work, including coordination of marine operations such as intake pump servicing, crane-supported offshore deployment/recovery, diver-assisted inspections, and emergency response activities.
- Direct on-site regulatory walkthroughs, contractor coordination, and compliance readiness activities during construction, commissioning, and operational phases of each project.
Occupational Health and Safety Oversight
- Oversee all aspects of IDE Americas’ occupational health and safety programs, ensuring compliance with State and Federal OSHA, and facility-specific health and safety standards
- Supervise the Occupational Health & Safety Officer and guide the implementation of key safety programs including confined space entry, LOTO, respiratory protection, hazard communication, industrial hygiene, and injury/illness prevention.
- Lead internal investigations into safety incidents, near misses, and hazardous conditions, and coordinate regulatory notifications, root cause analyses, and corrective action planning.
Organizational Development and Reporting
- Recruit and retain a high-performing EHS team and cultivate a culture of excellence, accountability, and proactive risk management across all departments.
- Develop and administer the annual EHS departmental budget, including line-item forecasts for environmental monitoring, regulatory consulting, capital safety improvements, training initiatives, and environmental settlements.
Knowledge Skills and Abilities (KSAs)
- Strategic Regulatory Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead, manage, and improve regulatory compliance and EHS programs across large, multi-facility operations with complex permitting, legal, and operational components. Must be capable of representing IDE as the Legally Responsible Person (LRP) in regulatory negotiations, permit proceedings, and hearings with federal, state, and local agencies.
- Environmental and Occupational Health Proficiency: In-depth understanding of environmental permitting and reporting under NPDES, CIWQS, CDPs, and other federal/state programs, as well as direct oversight experience of occupational safety programs governed by OSHA and Cal/OSHA. Strong working knowledge of field-based risk management, industrial hygiene, confined space programs, and marine/offshore compliance.
- Agency and Stakeholder Engagement: Proven ability to build and maintain effective relationships with regulatory bodies (e.g., SWRCB, RWQCB, EPA, CalEPA, CUPAs, APCDs, USCG, Army Corps), city governments, NGOs, clients, and third-party contractors. Able to navigate complex regulatory landscapes and serve on multi-agency technical advisory groups or steering committees.
- Communication and Representation: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with experience preparing regulatory submittals, enforcement responses, internal reports, and board-level presentations. Must be capable of delivering strategic updates to IDE Technologies (Israel), including quarterly EHS KPI presentations to the Board of Directors.
Minimum Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in environmental engineering, Environmental Science, Business Management, or a closely related technical discipline. Equivalent combinations of education and directly relevant experience (e.g., Associate’s degree plus 10 additional years of progressively responsible environmental permitting and regulatory compliance experience) may be considered.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of direct experience managing environmental permitting, regulatory compliance, and reporting responsibilities as the designated Legally Responsible Person (LRP) or equivalent, within utility, industrial process, or large-scale water/wastewater treatment environments. At least 5 of those years must be in a senior or executive leadership capacity with oversight responsibilities across multiple jurisdictions or sites.
- Regulatory Expertise: Deep working knowledge of the National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES), California Ocean Plan, and brine/ocean discharge permit frameworks, with hands-on experience navigating marine and coastal environmental regulations, source water protection, and the regulatory landscape governing seawater desalination and potable water production.
- Multi-Jurisdictional Oversight: Demonstrated ability to manage compliance obligations across multi-site and multi-state operations involving strict adherence to local, state, and federal environmental statutes—including permitting, inspections, and regulatory reporting across all lifecycle phases (design, construction, commissioning, and operations).
